The location is meticulously maintained, with a splendid view of the Roman hills, perfect for a romantic dinner or a day with family or friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, making you feel truly at home. The menu offers traditional dishes with a refined twist, using fresh, quality ingredients: every course is meticulously crafted, from flavor to presentation. The local wines are also excellent, perfectly pairing each dish. Ultimately, a place you'll always want to return to—for the good food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the authentic welcome. Highly recommended!

19/05/2026: Unfortunately our experience was not good. We ordered one pasta dish and one pizza, and they were mid at best. The amatriciana tasted store bought, and the guancialle were hard, they were inedible. The waiter was pushy, I understand having to up sell, but he was just too harsh. The pizza was also not good, the dough looked and tasted like it was not cooked correctly, I ended up sick when I left because of it. We also had an issue when paying, and when we asked for clarification our waiter was bantly rude. The manager helped us afterwards, and she was very kind.

04/04/2026: Choosing this place to eat was a great decision; we really enjoyed it. The restaurants in the surrounding area were very pushy and insistent on getting in to eat, which we didn't like at all. However, here, it was the complete opposite. Right in Piazza del Fiore, with the morning market. The mozzarella with tomato appetizer was the only thing that wasn't very flavorful. The carbonara was delicious; it had been a long time since I'd had such a good one! The fettuccine with artichokes was also very good, and the fettuccine with mushrooms and peas was good, but I wasn't thrilled with the tomato. (Personal opinion) The house wine was good, and the bread was free twice! It was amazing, especially the oven-toasted bread. For dessert, the mascarpone was delicious, and the coffees were too. They gave us a free promotional bib so we wouldn't get messy. Highly recommended. The only thing I found outrageous was the €3 cover charge.

28/03/2026: A delightful surprise in the central Campo de' Fiori. Typical local cuisine with generous, carefully prepared dishes that are truly excellent. The tripe and Roman-style artichokes are simply breathtaking. Competitively priced for the excellent quality. The owner is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: This restaurant is immediately outside of the exit of the Villa Gregoriana gift shop. You can dine next to an ancient Roman temple, which is stunning. It’s right on the cliff, so you can see amazing views of waterfalls and the nature of Tivoli. The food is amazing, as is the service. Service and food quality aren’t exactly issues when it comes to dining in Italy (in my experience, at least). The walls outside have plaques of all the royalty who have dined there, and there are also large pieces of ruins from even older structures of that area to see. It’s a gorgeous place with great food. You’ll love it.

17/05/2026: We went to this restaurant last night on our penultimate day in Rome. The atmosphere was immediately very cheerful, and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious. I had the eggplant parmigiana, which was truly devastating. My husband had the lamb chops, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Red wine and water were also included. The restaurant was clean. The price was in line with the area. Recommended for couples, families, and friends 🙂 Hugs from two guests from Liguria

15/05/2026: A quick stop in Rome... Trevi Fountain and looking for a good carbonara. We arrived here, even though we didn't book, they found us a seat right away... well, what can I say? Excellent!!! Very kind people, everything was so good that we even went back for lunch before going home. Congratulations to everyone and thanks for the hospitality ❣️

29/04/2026: We went here on the recommendation of friends, and it was excellent! From the ambiance to the service and cuisine, everything was excellent; the carbonara was spectacular, as was the grilled cuttlefish. The owner welcomes you and makes you feel at home; he's friendly and helpful... oh, and mopping up the bread is a must! We'll definitely be back!

21/04/2026: A delightful experience at this Roman restaurant. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to the ingredients and raw materials. The amatriciana is definitely worth trying, as is the traditional oxtail stew. The artichoke is very delicious. They also offer a wide selection of wines. The owner, Roman chef Carlo Pellizzardi, is very kind, friendly, and professional, as is the entire wait staff. The prices are average, perfectly in line with the quality and quantity of what's served. We'll definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu.
