08/03/2025: The place is nice and the owners seem like lovely people, they are kind and smiling. We will definitely come back because the proposals on the menu were captivating and above all tasty: we appreciated the crostini with "stracchino" and figs, the apple with walnuts and gondino, the Venetian-style tempeh, "chicken" alla cappella (obviously all vegan). I must also praise the bread and the oil, I found them both excellent.

02/03/2025: I had two incredible dinners at Le Bistrot. Daniela and Barbara are such lovely people and each of the courses was so flavourful. Honestly I am so thankful that there is a wholly vegan restaurant that I can order a well thought out 4 course meal. Their menu changed between my two visits and I went with much of their recommendations. The creativity they have in the dishes has me wanting to try and recreate a bit of the magic at home. The restaurant itself is very cute on the inside too and would make an excellent date night spot. It is worth taking the bus there and the bus stop is only a couple minute walk away. When I come back to Rome I will be sure to have dinner there again!

08/03/2025: Amazing place, you eat very well and the thing that makes the meal more enjoyable is the welcome of the staff. I have been there a couple of times so far but I would go back a thousand more!!

22/03/2025: I had dinner at this little restaurant on Via Trionfale a couple of weeks ago. I live nearby and honestly I had never thought of eating here both because of the somewhat inconvenient location and because I don't like living in the suburbs from which I prefer to escape in my free time. And instead....I would go back IMMEDIATELY. They cook excellent traditional Roman food such as fried cod, artichokes, pasta carbonara, oxtail stew and much more and it is all DELICIOUS, PLENTY AND AT AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE. A nice first course is about 9 euros and I guarantee it will fill you up. The atmosphere is simple, intimate and familiar. Not to mention the desserts. You must try the pistachio tiramisu which is better than the classic tiramisu even if I'm not crazy about pistachio. Fast and discreet service and kind and hospitable staff. I will return with the family to let them taste the tonnarelli cacio e pepe....a real delicacy! Keep it up!

25/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo posto sabato a pranzo con amici, a due passi dal cuore di Trastevere, personale gentilissimo, antipasti strepitosi, i fritti erano tutti molto leggeri, cacio e pepe fantastica e dolci fatti in casa...ci torneremo! Unica pecca: sono laziali😭

02/03/2025: Gran servicio y comida. Fuimos a almorzar y estaba lleno de familias italianas. Solo un ambiente encantador, comida de gran calidad y realmente gran lugar. Mucho mejor que los lugares concurridos en las calles principales.

25/03/2025: Wonderful culinary experience both visually and for the palate. The place is wonderful and the kindness of the staff is disarming and makes us feel at home. I must especially thank Denis who is sweet, efficient and smiling and the very nice Alessandro called the doctor (in name and in fact as far as I'm concerned because in a very delicate way he brought me some ice after I fell at the entrance of the restaurant.) If you want to spend a magical evening in all respects run there I recommend it wholeheartedly. Go there it's more than worth it

03/02/2025: We had carbonara and pasta with tomato pistachio sauce. It was delicious and we loved it. Fried artichoke was ok for us. Didn’t know how to eat them. lol.

18/03/2025: We came last night and there were three of us, we took the "binge" menu, when the second first course arrived we understood that perhaps it was better to take the "half binge" I recommend this type of menu only if you have had a light lunch! Excellent food, excellent welcome, we had a really great time, we will definitely be back! The dry desserts at the end of the meal were also excellent and the first courses were amazing! It was a pleasant surprise!

14/03/2025: "Giorgione" is an institution in Latina, I'm not from Latina, I didn't know it, then they took me there and I fell in love with it...rustic place and always crowded but the service is still fast, everyone is kind and helpful, traditional dishes cooked to perfection and decidedly generous portions! Everything super...including the price...unbeatable!!
