20/08/2025: Horrible service. The staff weren't interested of serving us. When we ordered Dolce menu we only received the pizza. After 90 minutes of waiting we finally succeeded in gaining their attention. They brought us the check and tried to make us pay for the tiramisu we never received. Don't go there.

16/07/2025: Non un vero e proprio ristorante, molto più simile ad una trattoria vecchio stampo per i locali che offre, per i bagni ritagliati in pochi metri quadri, per lo stile vintage a dir poco di sedie e tavoli, per la caratteristica posizione interna ad una via appena dietro Piazza Navona: Navona Notte, ridenominata anche Senza Fondo, ti permette di assaggiare ogni tipo di tipico piatto romano grazie alla furba quanto intrigante formula All You Can Eat (a soli 19.50€ a pranzo, 25 a cena e nei weekend/festivi sempre). Le pietanze vengono servite in piatti da assaggio, in modo che ognuno possa testare un po’ tutto, sebbene la qualità non sia delle più eccelse, anzi… Presentazioni rivedibili, gusti lontani da quelli della tradizione: se dovessi scegliere, meglio i secondi come il saltimbocca e la polpetta al sugo piuttosto che primi come la cacio e pepe e la gricia, mentre piu accettabili mi sono sembrate essere carbonara e amatriciana (piatti comunque più ricchi e difficili da “sbagliare” in toto). Servizio altalenante, dipende da chi siete serviti: c’è chi è molto professionale e chi è più “ballerino”, ma nel complesso reputo l’esperienza fattibile proprio per la formula che offre. D’altra parte, accontentandosi e non cercando nulla di particolarmente elaborato, qui con 21€ a testa a pranzo si può uscire felici, sazi e carichi per ripartire a visitare Roma!

30/09/2025: Had the ragu & it was amazing. However, the waiters did that weird thing where they put those disposable bibs around you - very off putting for a nice restaurant & not necessary for a classic pasta dish. Also had a high cover charge & drinks were marked up considerably.

12/11/2025: I went to this restaurant twice within a few months. In July I ordered the spaghetti Alfredo and it really is a wonderful experience. It's an event, I highly recommend it. I went back in November and ordered spaghetti alla vongole. I had wanted to try it in July and since the experience had been wonderful I thought it was worth going back. It was a disappointment. It lacked salt, it lacked seasoning. Not even the vongole, which I love, had any flavor. A shame. Their wine list is very good, the atmosphere is excellent, and the service is also very good. But, due to my bad experience on the second visit, I think it's only really worth it for the spaghetti alfredo, which, it seems, was created in this restaurant.

Food Overall, the dishes were average, with no particular strengths or weaknesses, but with some contrasting surprises. I ordered cacio e pepe, which initially arrived without pecorino, with just parmesan and pepper, without the classic creamy sauce that characterizes the Roman dish, but with obvious oil and cooking water. After pointing this out quite clearly, I was brought a second course, this time correct and well-prepared, with the authentic flavor of the pecorino. However, the question remains as to why the first and second courses were different—a mistake, a lack of care, or perhaps different treatment depending on the customer. My mother ordered beef stew (presented as a roulade), which unfortunately she didn't like: the flavor was reminiscent of a packaged product, like canned meat. Another person chose the green pepper fillet, which initially arrived completely raw inside (not rare, but raw). After having it recooked, it came back to the table well-cooked and finally tasty, even though the wait was long. 09/11/2025: I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but since I'm used to being honest, I can't help but do so. We happened upon this place by chance, near the vintage show, enticed by the positive reviews we'd read. We didn't have a table reservation. The orders took forever to arrive at our table of four, all in random order, forcing us to eat one at a time. A forgotten appetizer even arrived with one of the first courses. The wait staff was very committed, but spoke and understood little Italian. A 75 cc bottle of still water cost €2, and the coffee arrived, just as we were paying the bill, for €2 in a small plastic cup. I'm trying to be understanding, thinking that it was all due to the staff being capable but insufficient for the number of seats in the crowded indoor and outdoor dining room. Other customers had similar complaints. With a few adjustments, it could improve.

20/10/2025: I absolutely don't understand all the hype about this place. It's a perfectly average restaurant, the food is adequate but nothing exceptional. I ordered the supplì (which cost €10, by the way) and got two small, burnt dumplings. If you talk to a waiter, you're almost met with a huff, as it seems like he's doing you a favor just by talking to you. Terrible service is an understatement. Never again, bye.

When the appetizer with cured meats arrived, we asked for bread several times, but unfortunately it arrived when we were already at the main course. Average food, confusing service, a long wait, and a rude owner who, when we were late for our reservation, scolded us like schoolchildren in a confidential and arrogant manner, certainly not welcoming to customers who travel so many kilometers to get there. The product is presented in small dimensions that immediately gave the impression of being little more than a cheap focaccia but with the same cost as a normal-sized pizza, with a dough that is too biscuity to seem little similar to what one would expect from a traditional pizza. 06/06/2025: Very cozy place, nice staff, very tasty food, I got to this restaurant by chance because there was no room in the neighboring ones, in the pictures in the reviews it seems that the portions are quite small but in fact the portions are standard, very tasty food. I ordered grilled vegetables, beef with mushrooms (I want to note that the mushrooms are not champignons as everywhere standard, the mushrooms look like honey mushrooms) very tasty, and ordered a Spritz drink.
