11/01/2026: I've known this place and been going there for years. Lately, I've noticed that, while the prices aren't exactly cheap, the quality has deteriorated.

19/12/2025: Best place in the area for an aperitivo. Wide selection of cocktails, generous platters full of delicious treats, friendly and welcoming staff. My colleagues and I were regulars; I even organized a couple of events there for about 30 people at a time, and everyone was happy. Unfortunately, they've now moved offices and we're no longer at the Torrino. We miss you so much, Flowery!!!

11/03/2026: Excellent fraschetteria, very good and plentiful hot and cold appetizers, and they brought us delicious macaroni carbonara arancini. I'd go back just for those. A slight disappointment with the porchetta, which arrived cold and wasn't very crunchy. For a 5-star rating, you can't go wrong with porchetta.

01/03/2026: We went to this Fraschetta today with friends. The appetizers were delicious, plentiful, and the cured meats were excellent. The porchetta was spectacular! Very kind and helpful staff. The first courses were generous, and even though it was crowded, they served us promptly! Recommended

07/03/2026: I went for dinner with my girlfriend The restaurant was empty when we entered but quickly started to fill up. We really liked the Portuguese food. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Try the Francesinha.

04/03/2026: Authentic Portuguese cuisine, with some Roman accents. Friendly staff, and the owner is very attentive to customer satisfaction. Exceptional food and generous individual portions. This time I had the cod with natas and cod assado. Spectacular flavor! Worth every euro for a wonderful experience in the heart of Italy. Thank you

13/03/2026: I honestly don’t even want to give this place a star. I went with my friends without a reservation and we were seated right next to the cashier. Because of that, the staff had to pass by my chair constantly, and they kicked my chair several times while walking by. I ordered their most famous cheese pasta, but the performance of making it was very disappointing. People kept walking in front of it even though the show was supposedly just for me, so I could barely see anything. The staff member was also talking to me during it, but she was mumbling and I couldn’t hear what she was saying at all. And honestly, the taste was the worst part. For €25, I expected something good at least. It was completely bland and tasted like plain noodles with no flavor. Very disappointing experience.

02/08/2025: Conseillé par plusieurs nous y sommes allés assez méfiant mais le régal était au rendez-vous. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique : nous avons commencé par des anchois frits une « tuerie », puis des pâtes au homard un régal et au prix très raisonnable de 25€, et des saltimbocca. De la cuisine faite au moment , avec de bons produits: mériterait une récompense du Michelin

31/05/2025: Torniamo da Nonna Maria dopo un anno: l’atmosfera è la stessa e simile il menu (che, del resto, risente della stagionalità). Questa volta scegliamo purea fave e pecorino, tortino di pecorino, tonnarelli alla carbonara + cacio e pepe e porchetta con patate: tutto ben preparato e gustoso, ma non del tutto all’altezza della scorsa volta. Ovviamente anche lo chef può avere a volte qualche piccola defaillance, e dunque lo perdoniamo gustandoci un amaro Nerone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e sempre buono il servizio con personale cordiale e disponibile.

28/05/2025: Prenotato per 4 ( 3 adulti e un bambino), ristorante piccolo ma curato, lo valuto molto negativamente per dei punti secondo me imprescindibili. Abbiamo richiesto del vino in calice, ci viene portato via il calice e versato chissà dove, senza che ci ci venga comunicato quale vino fosse, al costo di 6€.. al momento del pagamento ( effettuato in contanti) il titolare si “dimentica” di emettere scontrino, ma stampa solo il promemoria. Il conto comprendeva 2 bottiglie d’acqua ( io ne avevo richiesta solo 1 ), acqua micro filtrata, senza che venisse menzionato da nessuna parte. Poi vista l’età di mio figlio ( 4 anni) ho chiesto se era possibile un piatto più piccolo, al momento dell’ordine mi è stato comunicato che non ci fosse nessun problema, il problema l’ho trovato al momento del conto visto che mi è stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno. La qualità dei piatti nella media ma non può essere tollerata una così mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente.P.s: Attendo risposta

From classic Roman first courses to the most Roman of main courses and side dishes. The menu is handwritten, and the service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended...

09/03/2026: We went to Burro e Sugo on Saturday evening with a reservation through TheFork and a 50% discount. It was our second time there, and unfortunately, my concerns the first time were confirmed. As soon as we entered, we were hit by a very heavy smoke, almost like a fog, a clear sign that the kitchen hood was probably malfunctioning. The first time, I thought it was a temporary glitch, but the situation was the same this time. The restaurant also has a fairly low ceiling, making it very noisy. The service was very slow and disorganized. As for the food, some things were good, while others were truly disappointing. The artichokes (Roman-style or Jewish-style) were practically submerged in liquid, and the same thing happened with the chicken with peppers, which was sloppy. The tagliatelle with wild boar, on the other hand, was very good—the only dish we truly enjoyed. The thing that left us most perplexed, however, was the bill. We were a table of 10 with a 50% discount on TheFork. The total was €270, and we were given a €118 "discount," but we ended up paying €27 per person. Considering that almost everyone ordered just a main course (a first or second course), a few supplì or bruschetta, drinks, and a few sorbet, the final price was practically identical to what one would have paid without any discount. We all felt cheated. I hate to write this because some things were good, but between the smoke in the restaurant, the slow service, and the lack of transparency regarding the discount, the overall experience was disappointing.

08/03/2026: Big disappointment! On Valentine's Day, we went for a celebratory breakfast, and it ended up being a terrible choice: terrible service, rude and inattentive waiters. We arrived early in the morning, about 20 minutes after they opened. I ordered a pistachio croissant, and it arrived with a pistachio hat on it. I sent it back, and they told me I should wait for them to melt the pistachio because there wasn't another one (again, 20 minutes after the restaurant opened, and it was also empty). We ordered other things in the meantime; my husband ordered the pancakes, which they say are artisanal, but they were clearly the frozen ones, and they were a really small portion for the price of €12. When they brought the pistachio croissant back to me after a half-hour wait, it WAS NOT FILLED; they had simply put a layer of pistachio on top, as a decoration, in an empty croissant. Then, I ordered an eggs benedict, and what can I say... shameful, to say the least. Not only is it very small (a really small slice of round bread) with a single egg on top and a terrible sauce. Beyond all the other awful things, the loose chocolate is the only quality thing in this place. RUN AWAY, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

28/10/2025: Calling it a wine bar is an understatement. I had the pleasure of discovering this place because some colleagues were hosting a dinner on a Friday after work. The place is very well-kept and the atmosphere is relaxing. The background music is just the right volume, allowing us to chat without having to raise our voices. The menu is varied and delicious, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. Even those who, like me, have allergies or digestive issues will find an owner (and chef) who strives to find a compromise without completely changing the dish ordered. Two things worth mentioning: the owners' expertise in recommending wines and their approach to the customer, which makes each course a true treat. An evening worth repeating. Highly recommended, even for a romantic dinner.

16/12/2025: My wife and I had an exceptional dining experience at Antica Osteria Brunetti in Rome. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. Despite its size, the service was incredibly personal and attentive-we were seated right away and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the meal. My wife ordered the Spaghetti Vongole, I had the Grilled Prawns and Sea Bass Tartare on the side. The dishes were absolutely out of this world-fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Honestly, they were so good that we're already planning to go back just to order the exact same dishes again. From the food to the service, everything was excellent. Antica Osteria Brunetti is the kind of place that turns a meal into a memorable experience, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

27/01/2026: Rude and disrespectful owner… the chat confirms it… I kindly asked if there was room and he replied like this… the place is dirty and expensive as hell… I deeply regret the old management… they are not worthy in fact they closed… shameful… only the waiters remained nice as always and I feel sorry for them…

06/01/2026: I had the fortune of being in Rome in July 2025. I was exploring on my own, walking past lots of tourist traps when I found Krugh. Although it was hot, I decided to sit outside under the umbrella and have some lunch. A refreshing spritzer paired with some fresh bread and pasta really hit the spot. This was my second day in Rome, and this was easily the best meal I had while there. Grazie! Io consiglio vivamente! Until next time...

05/01/2026: It's a rip-off! They charge for the service and an exorbitant tip of almost 25%. This has never happened to us in any other restaurant in Rome, only in this one.
