08/07/2025: My family loved this place! We all loved our food and had a great waiter. We have a toddler and in Italy it’s hard to find a dinner place that doesn’t have cars going by sometimes there were no cars which made it a lot easier for a toddler to roam around a little. It was also a great stop. Outside of Vatican . Gnocchi and pumpkin ravioli were dreamy and the pizza was delish.This place is so underrated!

01/05/2025: Locale piccolino in prati, piuttosto caratteristico. Ci son capitato per caso, non conoscevo lo chef sul quale mi sono poi informato. La proposta è interessante, molto buoni i ravioli. Ma la guancia di maiale era speciale. Consigliato

14/04/2025: Gambero Rosso, que publica las guías gastronómicas nacionales italianas, la califica como una de las mejores trattorias de Roma. La trattoria vende una mezcla de interesantes platos italianos, así como los clásicos romanos. Tuvimos calamares con alcachofas, que era uno de los especiales del día, que era fantástico. El pudín de ricota con cerezas y chocolate era cremoso y delicioso. Comería aquí a menudo si viviera en Roma

24/04/2025: Scoperto da alcuni consigli online, prenoto per una serata di sabato. Disponibilità al telefono e dal vivo. Impressione buona del locale. Buona la disponibilità dei camerieri. Non male antipasto della casa (anche se di latticini come detto a voce, solo una mozzarellina piccola da dividere in due, nessuna presenza di formaggi). Purtroppo non soddisfacente la carbonara ( non convinceva la cottura dell'uovo e della cremina annessa, passaggio fondamentale per un'ottima carbonara, piatto non facile) e la stessa cacio e pepe troppo tendente alla cremosità che alla lunga disgusta. Non oltre la sufficienza. Prezzi nella norma.

18/07/2025: I went to this restaurant with high expectations, especially because a friend had highly recommended the chicken cacciatore. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. For my appetizer, I ordered breaded zucchini flowers with anchovies. The breading was so thick and greasy that the zucchini flowers couldn't even be tasted. The chicken cacciatore was submerged in oil between the skin and bones, there was very little cacciatore, and it was all accompanied by fried toppings that looked like they came from McDonald's! I don't doubt that others have had better experiences, but mine was below expectations and certainly not in line with the reputation I had been told.

16/07/2025: ⸻ Sono andato in questo ristorante con aspettative alte, soprattutto perché un amico mi aveva vivamente consigliato il pollo alla cacciatora. Purtroppo, è stata una grande delusione. Come antipasto ho ordinato i fiori di zucca impanati con le alici , l’impanatua era talmente spessa e grassa che il fiore di zucca non si sentiva proprio, il pollo alla cacciatora era sommerso nel olio tra pelle e ossa, di cacciatora c’era ben poco e il tutto accompagnato da patine fritte che sembravano uscite dal Mc Donald !! Non metto in dubbio che altri abbiano avuto esperienze migliori, ma la mia è stata sotto le aspettative e sicuramente non in linea con la reputazione che mi era stata descritta.

02/06/2025: Sono andato con dei miei amici, dopo aver visto Sinner al tennis al foro italico ci abbiamo tantissima fame erano le 22:45 per fortuna ci hanno ospitato pizza buonissima, sottile alla romana per sbaglio un mio amico gli si è rotto il bicchiere ed è andato sulla pizza del mio amico e mia, per fortuna e stavamo per finire ce ne hanno date due senza farle pagare. Bagno, condizioni penose. Del resto, locale romano.

08/05/2025: Trattoria romana storica del quartiere Prati. Personale gentile e disponibile. Atmosfera retrò che ispira tradizione Ottimi arancini e fiori di zucca casarecci. Ottima pizza sottile e ben condita cotta nel forno a legna. La birra è in bottiglia. Spero che questi locali di una volta restino ancora a lungo.

05/07/2025: I think this restaurant gives a more authentic italian family restaurant.. not specifically for tourists… the food tasted great. The service was what i actually expect from italians ;-) might not be a place if you expect 5 star service.

02/07/2025: Delicious Roman-style pasta, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Luiggi is the best, he showered us with attention.

31/05/2025: The owner is very nice It reminds you of the classic Roman village .... The place is messy, and not very clean, cobwebs on the ceiling in the veranda, etc. and it seems a bit out of the ordinary with electrical cables and slippers a bit flying on the ceiling in the veranda where in the summer it is used as a place for tables. The food, well, the first few times it was good and plentiful, the last few times I'm sorry but the carbonara was too oily and heavy so much so that when we returned at night we all had a stomach ache and a feeling of thirst. To be reviewed a bit everything ...

27/06/2025: Great place, well hidden in a maze of narrow streets. I got there because I saw where I wanted to go. I recommend - traditional Roman cuisine. NOT Italian, Roman! Good ingredients, good prices, good wine. Menu written in chalk, several dishes with currently available ingredients, which guarantees freshness. Service cordial and smiling. There are no fireworks, but there is authentic simplicity, in which the beauty of this place lies. It's a shame not to leave a tip.

16/06/2025: Très agréablement surpris de trouver cette très bonne adresse dans ce quartier, la clientèle locale ne s’y trompe pas, elle vient nombreuse. La cuisine est assez élaborée, le service attentionné et les prix raisonnables.

30/03/2025: Cena con famiglia. Ordinati 4 primi: 2 carbonare, 1 tonnarello cacio e pepe e un’amatriciana… tutti talmente salati che sembravano cotti nell’acqua di mare! Sicuramente non assaggiati dal cuoco. Impossibile finire la portata. Mai più.

02/07/2025: True Osteria a stone's throw from the Vatican. Very clean. Excellent food. Both land and sea. Excellent staff. We will definitely return. My son gives a special shout out to the waiter Marco, very kind.

25/04/2025: Per quanto riguarda il cibo ed il servizio nulla da eccepire. Il problema sorge quando si arriva alla cassa dove la proprietaria calca la mano sul conto in maniera vergognosa...4 fettine di pane da 1 cm ciascuna 6 Euro...una grappa 9 euro...una liquirizia 5 euro . Vino che puoi acquistare a 9 euro te lo fanno pagare 24 euro...X me questo si chiama furto...Non mi vedrete mai più..

14/04/2025: Cibo di buona qualità, servizio cortese ma prezzi davvero esagerati. Il caffè costa 4 euro ed il pane 3...da lì si parte.

01/07/2025: Sono stato per la prima volta all'osteria del parco di cui uno dei titolari è Claudio Ammendola l'attore. Infatti ci sono alcune foto all'interno del locale. Ho mangiato una amatriciana eccellente. Personale gentilissimo. Ancora complimenti alla prossima.

09/06/2025: As for the experience in this place, it is definitely not to be repeated. We are only talking about the pizza product consumed in this restaurant, obviously nothing else that I cannot judge. The product is presented in small dimensions that immediately gave the impression of being little more than a cheap focaccia but with the same cost as a normal-sized pizza, with a dough that is too biscuity to seem little similar to what one would expect from a traditional pizza. Friendly staff.
