Located in the heart of Trastevere, this is a great option for lunch or dinner at a reasonable price (€15-€20 per person). The lasagna is spectacular!

We read recommendations about this place in Trastevere in travel guides and came here specifically to eat.
The service was good, the food I would say was average (one lasagna, one pasta with sauce), a big plus was the heavenly mozzarella and the house red wine. The place is great as a terrace opening onto the Trastevere square.

Excellent, plentiful, and traditional food in a non-touristy setting. The waiter was friendly and professional, just like in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Highly recommended (by Romans).

The experience was excellent. The place is very rustic and traditional. The pasta was excellent and the service very good. We arrived from the airport late at night and this was our first contact with Italy. Without a doubt, we were well received and the staff were attentive. For our last lunch, I asked them to pack up my dish so I could take it to my room. This wasn't their usual practice and they refused, but after speaking with the owner and explaining that my daughter was ill, she authorized them to prepare a "take away".

An absolute gem in the Trastevere neighborhood, half the price and twice as good as any of the other restaurants in the neighborhood while just steps away from the main square but away from the hubbub. Try the fried zucchini blossoms, lasagna, and cacio e pepe for an authentic Roman meal!

A genuinely Roman atmosphere. Warmth, courtesy, and an authentic menu. We ordered a selection of appetizers and main courses, including the ever-present puntarelle (chickpeas); all accompanied by an excellent house red wine. Even the traditional dessert was a fitting conclusion to an informal and relaxing dinner, never boring.

we decided to go here for a drink and lunch, ate greek salad, carbonara, bruschetta, pasta bolognese - everything was amazing (especially the bruschetta and it’s only 1€ !)
the service was good as well:)
i recommend going during the day to sit in the sun, very nice atmosphere

The carbonara was very good and tasty; the matriciana was good, but I preferred the carbonara. Otherwise, everything was good: friendly and polite staff, pleasant atmosphere. The restroom was clean and formal, with minor signs of wear and tear, acceptable for a public place.
