03/10/2025: Rustic and informal atmosphere, the staff makes you feel at home. We were undecided between several dishes, and they offered us half portions so we could try a little bit of everything, which we greatly appreciated. Plus, even the half portions were very generous. The orecchiette with horse meat ragù and the meatballs with tomato sauce are highly recommended. The prices are more than fair.

07/10/2025: The setting and atmosphere are particularly charming. Professionally trained staff, even for unexpected events. A qualified sommelier is especially knowledgeable about selecting the perfect wine. Several gluten-free options are available for celiacs. Small pets are welcome.

16/07/2025: Excellent accommodation, a bit dated inside but clean and comfortable. The amenities are excellent (ample parking, clean pool, simple but good breakfast, above-average room and bathroom amenities). We didn't have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner on site, but the location is secluded yet convenient for both the nearby center of Sarteano and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended for those looking for a place without too many pretensions that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay at a fair price.

21/04/2025: Found by chance on Google and booked for Easter, I must say that we were really happy both with regards to the excellent quality food and the welcome received from the staff. The idea of ​​having staff with various difficulties work is excellent, it's just a shame that the region never allocates these initiatives. As for the price well above my expectations. We will definitely be returning this summer

12/10/2025: It's the first time I've sat down at a Puglia restaurant in Milan and tasted a dish that reminds me of one my grandmother used to make. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and you can taste it, and when you try these dishes, you truly feel at home. The first courses are highly recommended, with meat and vegetables that are truly flavorful. The waiters are very friendly, and despite the restaurant being always busy, they make jokes and know how to manage their customers well. The prices are a bit higher but in line with Milanese prices. I'm still happy to pay for quality dishes, because often in the city center you pay very high prices for poor quality dishes that pass off as a gourmet experience. As someone who comes from a Puglian family, I highly recommend this place if you want to relive your roots or learn more about Puglia's culinary culture!

26/08/2025: As the years pass, Osteria della Divina Provvidenza remains a trusted favorite. In the jungle of Lecce's restaurants, some of which are overly formal but lacking in substance, this restaurant remains the pinnacle of food, ensuring quality and satisfying a wide range of tastes with an interesting variety of dishes. The service is always attentive, professional, pleasant, and discreet. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, thanks to its multiple dining rooms. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: Our meal wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The brusque, nervous staff didn't inspire any positivity. It felt like management was improvised. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it. Special mention goes to the foreign waiter, I think Indian, who stood out from the rest of the staff.

21/09/2025: Extremely low-quality aperitif. €17.50 each for a platter and a beer (there were three of us). We noticed that a pizza had been eaten previously. When we asked the staff about it, we were not only forced to believe that the aperitif pizzas weren't recycled, but also treated as if we were trying to run away without paying. Milan is full of aperitifs. I recommend the first bar next door.

20/09/2025: The platter is incredibly expensive, and it's made with very low-quality ingredients, as if the pizzas had been cooked days earlier. I absolutely do not recommend it. The staff are friendly, but don't go for an aperitif here.

11/10/2025: Excellent quality food and very kind waiter. Even though the can of Coke Zero didn't arrive right away, it didn't matter.

05/10/2025: Delicious pizzas and tiramisu. The red wine 🍷 was spectacular. The staff was very friendly throughout. I recommend it to anyone visiting Sassi! 💖😃

15/10/2025: The trattoria is traditional, small, and very welcoming, spread across two levels. The atmosphere is pleasant, although it seems the place is perhaps geared more toward foreigners. The dishes are carefully prepared and tasty, honest, but (perhaps with the exception of a few dishes) they don't impress with an explosion of flavors, despite maintaining a solid, traditional approach to cuisine. The cover charge (€1.00) is fair and in line with the type of service offered. The Antipasto della Casa (which was presented to us as a portion for two) was a bit disappointing: we didn't find a good balance between the price and the variety/quantity of the dishes. This could be an unfortunate exception due to the evening or our table, but it's an aspect that needs reconsidering.

14/10/2025: Our favourite trattoria in Lecce! Would highly recommend reserving a table because you would be extremely disappointed to miss out eating here! Always remember to ask what Nonna's fantasy is, we got extremely lucky and had a lobster pasta which was delicious.

14/09/2025: Excellent! Sunday lunch with a set menu, from appetizer to dessert, and coffee. Everything was plentiful and tasty. Traditional Apulian dishes were served with kindness by Michele, the owner, who is incredibly helpful. We had a table of 12, and everyone left more than satisfied!

12/09/2025: We stayed for two nights and were extremely well looked after and cared for. We'd go back anytime. Very simple but incredibly welcoming! Toilet, shower (cold), everything was there! Thanks, Michele
