13/07/2025: A small gem in the heart of Lecce, distinctive with its vaulted ceilings and stone walls, meticulously crafted decor, and authentic flavors. The meat is also delicious. I recommend booking to be sure, as the place isn't large.

13/07/2025: Three of us had lunch at this restaurant based on a recommendation from locals. We can say we had a great time. The location is small but charming. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Fresh pasta dishes typical of the Salento tradition. The portions were adequate. The quality food was further enhanced by the skill of the chef, who evoked emotions in me that I had forgotten. Prices were average. I recommend it.

19/07/2025: I was very surprised because I had never heard of this restaurant; I found it online while searching for Apulian cuisine. The octopus was really good, perfectly cooked, and the portion was generous. The place is beautiful both inside and out (even the bathroom). I'll definitely be back to try the first courses.

16/03/2025: Fantastic dinner experience in a classy and calm environment, just 2 minutes from the Amendola station (M1 line). Starters, primi and dessert, all classics with a little touch. All based on outstanding produce. A broad wine list, with a few by the glas. Very friendly service.

10/03/2025: A pleasant discovery, both for the very chic but without excessive pretensions environment and for the very "classic" but well-kept and seasonal menu. As often in Milan, a restaurant listed in the Michelin guide costs the same as many other banal restaurants and trattorias in the centre. Final accounts? €61 each with a starter and second course each, and two bottles of red for 6.

29/08/2025: I went for dinner as a couple. We had a table on the terrace; it was a fairly breezy but pleasant evening. The service was excellent, and the dishes were well-received. We had a starter of ricotta-filled ravioli with ragù sauce. (See photo) For main courses, we had brasciole with tomato sauce and breadcrumbs, and lamb with cacio e pepe sauce, baked potato, and chicory (a little too bitter). (See photo) We had two glasses of local red wine, which were very good. Quite reasonable value for money. Recommended!

24/08/2025: An average restaurant, typical of a tourist spot. The menu offers very little variety, with the usual standard tourist fare. The flavors are overall decent, but nothing memorable. In the evening, the atmosphere can be quite noisy and chaotic, partly due to the confusion among the waiters. We ordered stuffed eggplant for an appetizer and orecchiette with turnip greens for a main course: both were good, but the price was decidedly unjustified.

16/07/2025: Excellent accommodation, a bit dated inside but clean and comfortable. The amenities are excellent (ample parking, clean pool, simple but good breakfast, above-average room and bathroom amenities). We didn't have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner on site, but the location is secluded yet convenient for both the nearby center of Sarteano and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended for those looking for a place without too many pretensions that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay at a fair price.

13/08/2025: Five stars because unfortunately, it can't be given more! The restaurant offers a clear menu, typical Apulian cuisine, the kind that reminds you of home and smells of tradition. We ate divinely, with simple, authentic flavors, starting with the warm welcome appetizer of taralli and bruschetta, made with a few simple, top-quality ingredients. This was followed by a broad bean and chicory purée (usually hard to find elsewhere), which I highly recommend, followed by orecchiette, 'grandma's' (with sauce and bread meatballs), and turnip greens. Everything was expertly cooked, nothing more than the comforting, plentiful, and flavorful food you expect from such a place. Desserts, local wine, and limoncello rounded out a delightful evening. A paltry price for the experience, which, last but not least, was made unforgettable by Mr. Michele, the restaurant's owner. Mr. Michele and all his staff (special mention to his wife in the kitchen and the waiter Mario), with their friendliness, smiles, and enchanting stories, delighted us and capped off an unforgettable dinner. 03/08/2025: I went there for lunch today, on the recommendation of a friend. The place has been under new management for a few months. All the staff are young, friendly, and eager to learn. The meat is excellent, the service is fast. Beautiful both inside and out. I'll definitely be back. Well done guys!

26/08/2025: As the years pass, Osteria della Divina Provvidenza remains a trusted favorite. In the jungle of Lecce's restaurants, some of which are overly formal but lacking in substance, this restaurant remains the pinnacle of food, ensuring quality and satisfying a wide range of tastes with an interesting variety of dishes. The service is always attentive, professional, pleasant, and discreet. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, thanks to its multiple dining rooms. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: Our meal wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The brusque, nervous staff didn't inspire any positivity. It felt like management was improvised. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it. Special mention goes to the foreign waiter, I think Indian, who stood out from the rest of the staff.
