28/05/2025: We have been there several times and we always leave very satisfied with the first courses such as pasta with ragù and orecchiette with turnip tops and the second courses such as the excellent meatballs with sauce, octopus on broad bean puree and bombette...not to mention the pizza which has a divine dough. The desserts are also very welcome. We always come back really willingly. The staff is always really kind.

27/05/2025: Beautiful Sicilian restaurant with pizzeria. Beautiful environment, young and attentive staff...so big to find a place easily but always better to call. Excellent food and beers.

03/06/2025: Ambience that recalls the trulli. Everything was good except the breaded and fried anchovies that were too dry, but it still deserves 5 stars overall. Kind and helpful staff.

25/05/2025: Nice and clean restaurant. Too bad that on Saturday night if you are not careful you eat from the neighbor's plate... too many reservations. I happened to witness a comment/debate not very polite and respectful by the owner (I imagine) towards a waiter. Sometimes good food leaves a bitter taste...

13/04/2025: I've been once and will never go back, Abundance perhaps in the dishes, but Quality, Nothing, the famous Orecchiette, were the commercial ones, chewy, after all with that piece what do you expect. Never again.

11/05/2025: Found it by chance, we'll be back. Don't stop to look at the anonymous exterior, but let yourself be won over by the idea that if they have been there for almost 50 years there must be a good reason... We chose the tasting menu (it changes every month) and it was perfect, in quality and quantity. Everything, from the aperitif to grandma's little treat. The owners are good and friendly; family environment, cooking like at home (but those houses where you eat well...). Excellent quality/price ratio.

Il gestore, una persona cordiale e preparata, ci ha servito dall'antipasto al dolce, leccornie preparate da loro, tutte ottime, spiegando ogni volta la particolarità della preparazione e del piatto. Si nota una ricerca e attenzione per il cliente e per ciò che mangiamo! Ottimo! Super consigliato!

27/04/2025: Tradition and authenticity in the dish and in the staff. We were welcomed and pampered by the owner, very thoughtful and competent. He carefully explained to us all the dishes he served us, starting from the history, passing through their creation and ending with the composition. A rare experience. Top quality products with an ancient and authentic flavour. Also try the desserts and the nocino, they are exceptional. Dear congratulations and greetings from Lecce.

11/05/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile! Atmosfera calda e accogliente, servizio impeccabile e attento. Tutto è stato meraviglioso, ma una menzione speciale va al vino: semplicemente straordinario! Torneremo sicuramente.

28/05/2025: No home-cooked, homemade dishes. Just the assembly of ingredients, without necessarily using good quality ingredients. I had a local soup for €12 made with pieces of vegetables floating in water. The homemade tiramisu doesn't taste like mascarpone, etc. I don't recommend this establishment.

27/05/2025: Highly rated on Google so we thought it was worth a visit on our first night in Ostuni. Tucked up high in the city but no direct view out over the city walls. Seating was in little laneways under neon lights. The place was BUSY for a Monday night but we weren't that hungry. We ordered fava bean with chicory and orecchiette with meatballs to start, with chicken fillet with chips and salad to share as our main. Meatballs were simple but delicious, fava bean was dense and the chicory didn't add to the dish. The star of the night was the chicken fillet crumbed and fried to perfection, seasoned just right for that crunchy bite then juicy tender chicken inside. We love simple food done excellently. Finishing with the tiramisu was just right too. The waiters were friendly and helpful, no one waited too long to be seated, ordered and received their food despite all tables being filled and filled again.

05/06/2025: Nice place, great waiter, but there were a couple of things I didn't like. The tables were too close together and unfortunately a lady spilled a beer that stained my shoes and my wife's bag. Everyone took care of cleaning up the floor and tidying up the gentlemen's table but no one bothered to ask us if everything was okay. The potatoes that weren't crumbly but dry, and the fact that we were practically forced to leave. I didn't like the way or the tone.

02/06/2025: Very kind and helpful waiters. Good food! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere if there is not too much confusion. Everything is excellent!

13/05/2025: Recommended by a nearby hotel, I have to say that it was a disappointment, just consider that it was Sunday and the place was empty. The two of us take pizza and a cut of meat. What can I say, both are disappointing. Rubbery pizza, cut greasy with oil and hard... To be reviewed
