Excellent family lunch, the menu was well explained by the owner, who was very helpful, and consisted of a few dishes using local produce, all excellent. I would gladly return, even just to try that sheep's milk ricotta and legume soup again, wonderful ❤️

10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Alberobello. Recommended by hungry_travelers Armando, Caterina, and Matteo
