06/04/2024: Small restaurant, but welcoming and familiar, the owner "Pina", the collaborator Fabio and the others always ready to satisfy every request. Really good and refined food. I advise.

01/04/2024: Never again. After 2 calls before arriving. After booking at 2pm. The owner tells us: you have to wait 10 minutes as the table is freed up. At 3.10pm we left because we still needed 10 minutes of waiting....I can't stand being bullied... While waiting we heard the waiters say to the tables, "this one is finished, this one too, this one too etc..... You are scandalous, I won't say anything else.... I would call the restaurant "10 MINUTES"... If it were possible even 0 stars.

06/04/2024: It's always difficult to choose a place in tourist locations because there are always many, but this is definitely one that shouldn't be missed. A warm and evocative place. Furnished with taste and richness of detail. An amazing cuisine. On Easter day, we tasted appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts... all truly impeccable. Perfectly cooked, balanced flavours... I really hope to return very soon. Last, not least, the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Personally, I recommend not to miss the Podolica tartare and the starter with burrata, unsurpassed! You really can't pass through Ostuni without stopping there!

15/01/2024: We probably made a mistake in the 'non-typical' choices, but the rib-eye was decidedly disappointing, arriving on incandescent lava stone and definitely too overcooked to look like a tile. 600 g 45 euros definitely too much even just for the quality of the meat which made us feel sick to our stomachs the next day. The rest is better, from the house starter to the bombette, typical capocollo average without infamy without praise. For the price paid you definitely get much better food.

07/01/2024: Outstanding selection and quality of Puglia food, including famous Cisternino BBQ bombettes, burrata cheese, and orecchiette di rapa. Delightful atmosphere with tables along narrow alley. Friendly and competent service. Highlight of our Puglia dining experiences. Cisternino also a lovely hill town.

And...it has never happened to me anywhere in the world, that the waiter told me that he could not pay with the card...OR AT LEAST HALF OF THE NOTE, LET IT BE CASH... At least with us, they tell you from the entrance that their internet doesn't work... :))))))

13/03/2024: Excellent traditional Apulian dishes. Orecchiette with turnip tops very tasty, grilled meat very good. The black tagliolini with prawns, cherry tomatoes and turnip tops are also excellent. The lady who waits, Sara, also gives good advice on food and is delightful in her approach. I will be back to try other dishes!

03/04/2024: A very nice and comfortable place. I didn't know this place and by chance we went among friends one evening to eat here. From the outside it seems small but inside it is huge. The place is well kept and looked after. The service is very good, including the waiters who are always available. The starter is well prepared and everything is of excellent quality. I had black spaghetti with clams and courgette flowers. The pasta was very al dente, perhaps a little too much. But the flavor was great. Then the dessert was also very tasty. Advised !!

01/04/2024: Being from Puglia on Easter trip, I had lunch in this restaurant to feel at home. Excellent menu choice with Easter Sunday dishes. All good, to come back to taste other specialties. Thank you Officina degli Apuli. Highly recommended.

03/03/2024: Cena prelibata, antipasti sfiziosi e gustosi così come i primi Piatti che cercano di sorprendere e ci riescono senza dover spendere cifre stratosferiche Gentilezza e cortesia a tutto tondo per rendere una cena piacevole e rilassata Unico piccolo neo aspetto del locale che dall’esterno potrebbe far pensare ad una pizzeria … ma varcate la porta e i piatti parleranno un altra musica

05/11/2023: Per un'occasione speciale abbiamo prenotato un pranzo a base di pesce. Tutto è risultato buonissimo a cominciare dagli antipasti ai primi, al fritto, alla grigliata e al dolce. Una menzione speciale alla focaccia barese, molto apprezzata. Ottima qualità delle materie prime cucinate a dovere. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ambiente tranquillo dove si gusta quello che si mangia. Torneremo sicuramente.
