19/02/2024: It is more than a 2 star because it is much superior to other hotels with more stars. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are well equipped and modern, the restaurant is excellent, the managers are friendly and kind. There was a problem with the TV and the Rai channels could not be seen, otherwise I would have given five stars.
06/02/2024: Very simple without pretensions. At first I thought they took better care of cleaning, unfortunately during the 3 nights of our stay they never cleaned the bathroom. For goodness sake no one dies but perhaps a little attention in cleaning would be something to keep in mind. Courteous and kind. Simple structure.

03/04/2024: Fresh and crunchy cheese scone! The stuffed pasta with walnut sauce that I will remember for a long time... excellent fried food, rich and abundant, special "Mandilli" pesto! Excellent quality/price! The wait staff was friendly and quick!

Cold starter, meager and really cold from the fridge (barley pie?)
Pediatric portions and not particularly exciting taste.
I'm sorry, I think I'll give it another chance because up until now I've always been happy with it.

02/04/2024: We had lunch in this little restaurant the other day and we were satisfied... the funny thing was that while we were waiting for what we had ordered they would bring you samples of pasta or small entrées which were very welcome... fried ravioli with cheese top! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable..we wanted to go back yesterday but we couldn't find a place..it's a shame..congratulations anyway..fair prices and good quality of the raw materials..ah I forgot delicious apple cake

Good advice, homemade dishes.
Too bad, not quite hungry for dessert anymore.
Not far from the highway, perfect for a stopover while visiting the village.

31/03/2024: very expensive restaurant for empty plates....grilled octopus 2 poor tentacles barely grilled half a potato cut into 4 a small leaf of salad a small slice of eggplant and one of zucchini for 22 euros plus cover costs as well as for the paid carafe of water.... qualified theft and service to be avoided without counting the taste nothing exceptional... in short, don't go there at all

05/04/2024: As someone who doesn't normally like pesto in pastas, I quite enjoyed theirs, it was so refreshing, so different to what you get in UK. Also try their house red wine, it's very good.
05/04/2024: Searching and reading through different blogs, we ended up eating in this very informal but very warm little place! The staff was able to advise us on what to eat, letting us choose the typical dishes without necessarily making us take the most expensive things: honesty 10/10! We ate three starters and a first course spending €50 (without wine, just water) and were satisfied with everything. We recommend the mandillos with pesto (I hope I wrote it well XD) and the Genoese tops! Very good everything!
Maybe having a staff so attentive to diners and with passion. WELL DONE!!!

02/04/2024: If you have high expectations of a genuine italian food, you will be disapointed. This is a tourist trap that looks promising but tastes bad. The clams were as small as a 1 euro cent and the pasta thin and tasteless. We were 4 and had a chance to try 4 dishes and starters. Boil pasta and throw clams in it, job done. Muscules were tiny and with 2 day odor, ravioli from supermarket.
How can this be a top rated place?

07/04/2024: Typical Genoese experience, good and fresh dishes, let's say that whoever serves could push the dishes better since not everyone knows the dialect.
03/04/2024: Superb place, excellent traditional cuisine. Homemade pasta and Gnocchi, dishes well served without being too heavy. I recommend with my eyes closed! Warm and attentive staff. A little extra for the Basil liqueur, surprising and delicious.
Ps: I really fell in love with the Carbonnada, a light delicacy full of flavors that go together perfectly!

01/05/2024: I went for lunch this week at this restaurant overlooking the sea. Ligurian rabbit good but the portion could have been slightly more generous. Grilled vegetables are also slightly scarce. Spaghetti with clams here too a slightly larger portion wouldn't have gone amiss. The price is slightly high for the quantity served but we are in Alassio facing the sea... you are certainly paying for the location too

30/03/2024: We went for dinner on Easter Eve, we had dinner in the first round at 7.30pm. The place is nice but very noisy, being a bit small, I didn't give 5 stars because when we ordered the appetizers, the fried anchovies were already finished, we order a bottle of Bonarda on the price list, which was also finished. Luckily what we managed to eat was excellent, the last sore point being the chocolate mousse, which also ended, but above all I don't find it correct that the dessert list was without the prices of the portions. The staff was very kind and the final price was good, I forgot, we took 2 glasses of Ribolla Gialla and unfortunately it arrived at room temperature. If we return we hope to be luckier.
26/03/2024: Very polite and friendly staff, excellent traditional food. You can easily find a place, especially for tourists who want to stop in a local restaurant for the day.

The dishes are tasty and cooked in a simple way but with that taste for which you can't help but make the final choice.
The history that can be felt inside the restaurant, with simple and certainly not modern furnishings, is that of people dedicated to work with sacrifice and determination.

I ordered sliced beef. That's was tasty and well done.
We waited a little bit and the restaurant was not so busy.
Service is nice and prepared about the menu.
The location is pretty uncomfortable, there are a few parking spaces if you go by car.
I found the price for what we eat and drunk too high.
Very nice the salted cod on bread as appetizer.

07/04/2024: Very special place, welcoming atmosphere, attentive service. Not easy to find, healthy food, healthy at zero km if possible. Open not every day. To be booked.
