06/07/2025: We ordered the mixed fried seafood, and I personally didn't like the presentation or the taste. The smell was very strong, like dog food or fish... That smell is very strange, but I'm not used to that smell in food... The chocolate dessert was good, although not great, and I also liked the sun-dried tomatoes as a starter. Overall, I thought it was expensive for what it was. The place was nice, and the service was good.

24/06/2025: We had dinner in this tavern located at the gates of the historic center of Sanremo. Simple but very suggestive location. Excellent quality food, cooked as it once was, with portions that are definitely right even for those with a good appetite. The staff (I think all family members) were really very kind and available to satisfy requests. Excellent wine, a bottle recommended by the owner. Excellent quality/price ratio, even more so when compared to other restaurants in the town. If we return to the area, this will definitely be our reference tavern.

17/06/2025: Very satisfying experience and definitely worth repeating. The food is excellent, the quality of the raw materials is high. The environment is very unique and we really appreciated the combination of food and book display. The guys in the dining room are very courteous and present. The cellar, for natural wine enthusiasts like me and my wife, has a wide selection. The only small criticism perhaps concerns the advice regarding the wines: we would have appreciated some more information and suggestions. The quality/price ratio is adequate and more than congruent. An address certainly to recommend and to which I will return.

10/06/2025: Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.

31/05/2025: La bellezza e la bontà: questa è la sintesi. Arrivo dalla Repubblica di San Marino con mia moglie e voglio mangiare la cucina del luogo, non quella turistica di tanti luoghi. Piatti eccezionali come i ravioli con patate maggiorana e funghi, maltagliati con verdure, cinghiale. Cameriera gentilissima, prezzi onesti.
