18/07/2025: What can I say? An unforgettable evening! The location is incredible, the quality of the food and wine superb, but it's the service that will make this evening stay in our hearts. When the dining room managers learned we were there to celebrate our anniversary, they notified the kitchen staff and the chef, who all came to our table to surprise us. In catering, raw materials and food quality are important, but it's the human warmth that makes the experience unforgettable. Thanks again to everyone.

06/07/2025: We booked a dinner at the beginning of January for the end of June using the “50 years for two” promotion. The date arrived (and long gone) and no one heard from us, we were completely ignored. Not even a message saying there were no places available. The fact that in 6 months there was not a free place seems absurd, but the worst thing is not knowing anything after having made the “reservation”. But even an automatic message would have been fine. We waited because we would have been together for 4 years, but having no more news in the end we gave up and went to another starred restaurant. Excellent marketing idea, perhaps designed only for influencers… if you are normal people you will wait forever abandoned to yourselves.

The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. The restaurant's rooms are charming, and the service includes several "carts," from appetizers to side dishes and desserts, but the roast and boiled meat cart is truly unmissable. There's a wide selection of wines, including some from their own production. Having to drive back, we chose wines by the glass; the Sangiovese Riserva Arnaldo and the Barolo Terrafredda were very good. Let the Sommelier's experience guide you. The menu is varied and well-structured. Tasting options are available. On the summer menu, we tried a capon appetizer with citrus fruits, a must-try. The roast and boiled meats are excellent, accompanied by a variety of sauces that pair well with each. You can choose the cuts that most intrigue or appeal to you. The puree is excellent. Prices are low. The kindness of the staff and the passion in illustrating each course make the experience of a dinner in this restaurant unforgettable. 01/08/2025: Nice, welcoming place, professional, and friendly service. The food was a sore point; we ate like at a normal, non-starred restaurant and paid more than double. Even the famous boiled meat cart we came for was disappointing—nothing special. They didn't even offer us coffee. We won't be returning.

09/08/2025: Siamo stati all’Osteria dei Sani a Sasso Marconi ed è stata una scoperta fantastica. Piatti eccellenti: vitello tonnato perfetto, tortellini al brodo e ai funghi porcini da manuale, e uno sformato di patate al tartufo semplicemente indimenticabile. Ambiente caldo e autentico, servizio gentilissimo e attento, proprietari accoglienti come pochi. Prezzi onesti e qualità altissima: ci si sente davvero come in famiglia. 27/07/2025: Nice restaurant, I ate quite well, but the prices are quite high considering we only drank 1 bottle of white wine, the service was a bit too fast and the place was almost empty, I don't like to eat in a rush, I can understand if the place is full and there's a line outside, but if there's almost no one there, give me time between courses, ample free parking, kind and helpful staff.

Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

28/07/2025: Incredible. The second best restaurant we've had since arriving in Italy 10 days ago. The choice (and yes, you can eat something other than pici and tagliata!) and impeccable service add to the magic of this place. The menu is even translated into French. We had a blast!

10/08/2025: Good food. Cozy and charming little place. The staff is perhaps too young and inexperienced, but polite. The coffee served in plastic cups is a real letdown; it's scalding hot and tastes bad, ruining the finish. Overall, everything was good. The desserts also need some updating.

30/07/2025: Typical Modena restaurant. We went there for a birthday and had a great time. The waiters were kind and helpful. Excellent location and very good food. I absolutely recommend trying the tortellini in brodo. The appetizers, including fried gnocco and the classic fried fish, are also very good. Desserts are served from a trolley, just like in the old days. This is the perfect place for a special evening. We'll definitely be back!

06/08/2025: Bologna is a stellar city for food and Sfoglia Rina shines even there! Best food in Bologna—beautifully made and presented—I ate slowly just to savor every bite. Favriccio was our server (I think I got the spelling right) and he was so kind and helpful. 😍👌🎶

We had an appetizer, then complimentary petits fours for dessert, we were delighted. In short, it's a completely charming place.
