One of the last places where you can eat traditional food. No fish, no pizza; the specialty is meat, especially boiled and roasted meats. Reservations are highly recommended for both dinner and lunch. Prices are fair for what you get. Ask for the daily specials, which vary seasonally. Fast service, highly recommended.

I had a truly wonderful time at Trattoria da Probo: local cuisine prepared with modern care. Tagliatelle, a tribute to the season, cappelletti with a sweet broth and a savory Parmesan filling, and dry and fragrant gnocco fritto accompanied by Sant'Ilario and culatello. Even the sbrisolona—and Stefano himself recommended it, looking for a partner in crime: “𝑔𝑢𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑎 𝑐ℎ𝑒 𝑒𝑑𝑎𝑣𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑜 𝑏𝑢𝑜𝑛𝑎, 𝑐𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑎𝑚𝑜 𝑑𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑒.” The wine list was a surprise, an unexpected plus: as far as I'm concerned, almost all the best local labels. It was a wonderful discovery. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite, and I truly appreciated the authenticity of the dishes. The charcuterie board was excellent, with thin, flavorful slices served on elegantly designed plates. The first courses and the fried gnocco also fully met my expectations. I will definitely return to try other specialties.

The lunch was excellent, the staff professional and courteous, but beware of asking for clarification on the bill: the boss gets angry and offended! If, instead of arguing (4 euros on a bill of 153 euros for two people), we had received the correct explanation right away, it would have been a lunch to remember, and instead...

A very cute and welcoming place, with extremely kind and attentive staff. The herb tortelli are sublime, as are the cured meats and Parmigiano Reggiano, all homemade. Private parking, outdoor dining options, and moderate prices. Highly recommended, and we'll be happy to return ☺️

We had lunch at this trattoria, which serves traditional dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious. We ate outside because we couldn't bring our dog inside, but we still had a great time. The staff was super friendly, even with our big pup. I highly recommend it!
