03/06/2026: This is a true hidden gem! Food was delicious. It is impressive the amount of food they make by their own (several types of pasta, slow cooked meat, desserts, bread, liquors, etc… You can see and feel the amount of effort and dedication that goes into their offerings.

02/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. I understand the pursuit of quality and refined cuisine, but paying €24 for a tagliolini with asparagus served in a tiny portion is hard to stomach. The plate probably contained less than 50 grams of pasta, a truly insufficient amount even for a taste, let alone a first course at that price. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued with dessert: an €8 cheesecake that was practically nonexistent, so small it was truly perplexing. Here, too, it's not just a question of price, but of balancing the cost with what you actually get. An appetizer for six people, with four fried gnocchi, not even one each, and very little cold cuts, came to €65 on the bill. To make the experience even less pleasant, we also found the final bill incomprehensible: €15 for a simple plate of penne with meat sauce for a little girl and, even more surprising, the payment also required for a little girl sitting in a high chair who didn't eat anything. We don't expect abundance or special treatment, but a minimum of proportion, attention, and consistency. From a restaurant, we expect a pleasant experience and a balance between quality, service, and price. In this case, however, we were left with the feeling of having paid a lot without receiving dishes and attention that lived up to expectations. It's a shame, because such a high bill for such small portions and incomprehensible choices inevitably leaves a bitter taste. We won't be returning.

31/05/2026: The food was good, but the service wasn't. The guy who served us and then gave us the bill came to the table with our bottle of wine. When I poured my glass, I noticed a trace of red lipstick on it. I had him change it, and he brought me a dirty one. I didn't drink the wine, but I paid for it anyway. That's just not how it's done, sorry.

07/06/2026: I went for dinner on a Saturday evening in June. I was greeted with extreme kindness by all the staff. I ordered a medium grill with roast potatoes and a basket of 4 crescentine. The service was fast. The crescentine were good, but most importantly, not greasy. The meat was good. I'll probably go back.

11/06/2026: Excellent!!! From the welcome to the bill... Highly recommended. A small, traditional trattoria with a good menu, good wine, and delicious cantucci. And let's not forget the homemade pasta with black truffle and the tagliata... FABULOUS! ;)

Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

07/04/2026: The staff were very kind and accommodating, understanding an unexpected situation that led to a slight delay in our reservation, even though it was already late in the evening. They were very kind and helpful. The portions were generous and the dishes delicious.

07/04/2026: On our last evening in Milan, we ate at Osteria del Gnocco Fritto with our children. We ordered two set menus, each with different appetizers, unlimited gnocco fritto, and a pasta dish. We also ordered two separate pasta dishes. The appetizers were good, and the pasta was generally to our liking.

03/06/2026: It's great that you can make reservations online here! A beautifully presented osteria with refined Italian food. It's a perfect place to sit both inside and outside. It's nice that the kitchen is run by women. Friendly service, highly recommended.

21/05/2026: This place is a hidden gem for sure!!! We ordered weeks special gnocchis and gnocchi fritto, tiramisu and semifredo and every flavor was so good. The server woman was so nice to us and told us about the place and food and what she recommended. We asked the gnocchi for sharing and they serves us half portions on separate plates so this was very nice of them. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the place does not look too nice on the outside but the inside is pretty. So we recommend 100%!!

06/05/2026: Fast and efficient service. The owner is kind and always ready with a joke. We ate well, gnocco and tigelle, good cold cuts and various sauces. We will repeat to try the first courses too.

05/05/2026: A little pricey, but the food is excellent. We didn't appreciate the owner's nonsense, which bordered on politeness. His wife was excellent. I recommend it anyway.
