A very positive experience!
The restaurant is in a great location in the heart of Caorle and offers excellent, attentive, and friendly service. The food is overall very good, especially the fish dishes, which are fresh and flavorful. The only small flaw was the presence of a few bones in some dishes, but the overall quality of the cuisine remains decidedly high.

Seafood restaurant in the center of Caorle.
The interior is a bit dated, as is the presentation and composition of the dishes (from the 1980s and 1990s), but the quality and freshness of the fish are unquestionable.

I went to the Centrale restaurant in Caorle and really enjoyed it.
I had the spaghetti allo scoglio, which was delicious, flavorful, and especially with lots of fish—an excellent dish.
The waitress was super kind and helpful, always smiling, and the place is very beautiful and well-kept. Even though it's close to the road, it's a great place to be, and the atmosphere is quiet.
I definitely recommend it and would gladly return.

We were here for the first time. Fortunately we got a table without a reservation. The staff was very polite and attentive. The food was excellent with good quality and fresh products. We loved sitting next to a part of the harbour in a little side street. We would come back!

Excellent restaurant, discovered somewhat by chance on Google Maps while looking for a place for lunch.
Excellent food, top-quality, very fresh fish.
Very fast and friendly service.
Despite being located right in the center, it's a bit pricey for two people.
