Traditional-regional cuisine, without too many frills and which leaves you wanting to return. You get up from the table full in the heart and with the belly. Save a little place for desserts, coffee ... A heartfelt thank you for the tasting of cynar. Nutella - tigella forever. Excellent quality-price ratio.

01/06/2025: When we are away in Boretto for work and the break is long enough to allow it, we don't miss a trip here to Poviglio! Delicious tortelli and mascarpone and strawberry cake when I want to pamper myself. But the second courses are also good... everything is good!! And from the owners to the employees, everyone is really kind. Highly recommended.

With the coffee they bring you a delicious dessert 🧁. Maybe the prices are a little expensive, but the quality is excellent so in the end it's fine like this 🥳

24/05/2025: Il Colombo si è confermato essere un'ottima scelta, anticipataci da chi c'era già stato. Tutto molto bene: ottima selezione di salumi, primi molto ben realizzati, così come i secondi e i dolci. Proprietario cordiale, simpatico e attento. Manca però una stella: a nostro avviso potrebbe essere ampliata la proposta per chi non ama mangiare carne, inserendo in lista, oltre lo storione e il parmigiano, anche qualche piatto in più di pesce e di formaggi, oppure qualche sformato.

11/05/2025: Dopo alcuni consigli su questo locale da parte di amici, abbiamo prenotato per festeggiare una cena di compleanno in coppia. Location veramente affascinante, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo il servizio con personale molto cortese e attento al cliente. Qualità eccellente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

02/06/2025: Lunch on the way home to Germany. I had a reservation. We sat outside; the street was moderately noisy but present. I could have done without the soft music playing over the speakers. The appetizer was rather disappointing—green asparagus cooked in water for too long. The butter and Parmesan sauce, however, was very balanced. The main course was all the better: a wonderful bollito misto with excellent sauces. Very friendly and competent wine advice. Unfortunately, there was no room for a dolce! Excellent café—hot and creamy. We'll be back!

21/06/2025: A dinner at the Cavallino in Maranello is much more than a gastronomic experience: it is a coherent, refined and well-structured story, just like the cars that inspire its identity. The dishes were exceptional: all characterized by an elegant delicacy but at the same time by a strong, clear taste, capable of speaking with confidence and identity. A cuisine that is not afraid to tell its story, but does so with balance and personality. The strong point lies in the combination of tradition and innovation: the Emilian roots are evident and respected, but reinterpreted with intelligence and modern sensitivity. The impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive, makes the experience even more fluid and pleasant. The historic location, immersed in the Ferrari legend, adds value and atmosphere to every course.

20/06/2025: Not the Cavallino we knew before. Fantastic historical location in front of the entrance of the factory, nice up to date decoration, good food but expensive experience.
