21/07/2025: A nice setting for dinner, but: Bread is poor Braised veal cheek crying out for some salt, totally bland (although tender) Roast beef basically just some cold carpaccio with mustard squirted on top And a really bad tiramisu (some achievement) with waaaay too much sugar. Left disappointed and unsatisfied

01/08/2025: The food was awful, and the bill was too high. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

01/08/2025: We felt cheated, or rather, unwelcome. A business lunch for 20 people, a pre-arranged menu at €40 per person, included 9 tortellini with ragù, 12 overcooked penne all'arrabbiata, macaroni with cream, ham, and peas (not appraised). Then a grilled skewer, a sausage stamp, a small square of pancetta, and a piece of sirloin per person, potatoes and a lightly cooked friggione, and finally a trio of desserts to sample. To forget.

04/08/2025: The "La Tigre" restaurant has a very welcoming and well-organized dedicated space. The service leaves a little to be desired, very slow and at times even rude. When they came to collect the empty plates, they asked me to leave the cutlery with me, even though it was dirty. The prices are standard for the dishes, but they are very high for drinks and service charges. Furthermore, the microfiltered water is not reasonably priced...much more than bottled water.

24/07/2025: Spent one evening here, great place for typical dishes! Very good food, great staff who give details on the dishes ordered!

For the restaurant, in case the manager you posted at the entrance doesn't agree with my review, because he might even deny it. I'm from Bologna, not a tourist passing through. I'd like to clarify. 25/07/2025: After a few years, I returned to Bologna and was delighted to return to this restaurant for some excellent tagliatelle with ragù and some excellent crostini.

10/07/2025: Excellent food, lots of variety, and not the usual Bolognese classics. Prices are average, parking is a bit difficult, and there's a changing table in the bathroom.

09/07/2025: We dined here at the end of May. The lady who took our orders was quite annoyed, but the waiter who brought our food to our table was very kind. The quality/price ratio was disproportionate, meaning the prices were very high compared to the average for the area, and the quality of the food was decidedly below par. We ordered two tagliata (veal cuts), which we asked for rare, but they served them almost done. Unfortunately, the cut of meat wasn't suitable for tagliata; it was full of sinews, rubbery, and difficult to chew and swallow. The flavor wasn't typical of the cut of meat typically used for tagliata. The desserts and wine were good.

24/07/2025: Good restaurant, but I didn't notice any difference from other Italian restaurants; most of them serve good pasta. The water is filtered, and the Coca-Cola came in a glass, I assume from a carton.

08/07/2025: Excellent service and food. Grilled calamari and shrimp scampi were excellent. Expensive relative to other Bologna restaurants, but it was a great experience and the flavors were amazing.

16/08/2025: Having reached the final stage of the Via degli Dei, after 27 km under the scorching sun of August 15, 2025, we find the only open place in the area, people still sitting and eating at the tables. We enter and politely ask if it's still possible to eat and drink something, a sandwich, a toast, or something else without disturbing anyone. The curt reply, "No, it's August 15 for us too...", is a bit disconcerting. So we settle for two simple cans of Coke, which are served to us with a bit of hassle. However, this hassle is not present when it comes to paying the 8 euros. We ask for at least two glasses, and only by insisting do we manage to get them in glass with a little ice, instead of paper ones. They call it "welcome." You're in front of the "Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca." The patrons of a place even pay you, but courtesy doesn't seem to be on your menu. Luckily, we won't see you again, and you won't see us again, but with your rudeness, you've ruined Bologna's calling card after a long journey. What a shame.

26/07/2025: I recommend this restaurant. I had a good platter of cured meats and a delicious hot chocolate cake with mascarpone.

24/07/2025: I dined in one of the quietest and most refined places in Bologna. I've tried many restaurants, both Michelin-starred and otherwise, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations, even in terms of value. Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: They let us eat 15 minutes before closing, everyone was lovely and the pasta was delicious.

02/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance due to a car breakdown; they welcomed us and we stayed overnight. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I liked the friendliness of the staff. I've never seen them grate cheese directly onto your dish if you want it. Thank you.

29/07/2025: I returned to this restaurant after years, and I must say the quality of the food is consistently high. Kudos also to the owners, who are always kind and helpful.
