30/03/2024: We didn't eat at this restaurant but had the bad idea of ​​going in to reserve a table. We were very poorly received, and the waiter told us with great contempt that everything was full. So we asked for a reservation for the next day, and again the next, but obviously everything was full. In the end the waiter ended up saying "no, we're closed anyway", just to end the discussion. 11/05/2024: Classic trattoria environment with friendly service and excellent quality food. A trio of first courses is recommended which allows you to taste more specialties. For the second course it is varied but with a barbecue the doubt about the choice is resolved. Top desserts such as trifle and a superb tiramisu. After 40 years of dating them, finding them still at the top is a pleasant surprise. Adequate price.

23/03/2024: I went to this place last night with a group of friends. The place is very small and a little sacrificed. But we already knew this. We ordered the meatballs with peas, a tagliatelle, veal, tuna, friggione and stuffed courgettes. The meatballs were hard, as is not common in Bologna, the stuffed courgette whoever ate it told me it wasn't that great, the tagliatelle wasn't even very satisfying, the friggione was anonymous, the veal with tuna was nothing special. The service is carried out by 2/3 young girls, who were very confused when picking up the order which led to delays especially in the delivery of the wine, which arrived after the dishes, of the bread and ultimately led to a debit on the account of two extra dishes that were not ordered. We noticed this and the bill was promptly corrected. The general impression, however, is of an approximation applied both to the cuisine and to the service and customer care which does not allow me to say that it is a place to recommend. In the end, for three veal tonnet, a meatball with peas, 2 meatballs and stuffed courgettes, a friggione, a tagliatella, 5 desserts, a bottle of wine, a half liter of Lambrusco sfus, 3 mineral waters, 3 coffees, we spent €37.50 each which might not seem excessive, but in reality we only ate one dish each (which wasn't worth the price) and the dessert (good).

15/03/2024: I ate an excellent cut, and breaded artichokes with ham. an old-fashioned Bolognese host who makes you feel at ease. The young chef wants to cook and experiment and it can be felt in the dishes. Congratulations I will be back.

29/04/2024: It had never happened to me that a waiter asked me for a piece of bread to throw to the pigeons. It happened here, and considering that the cover charge costs €3 (famous for a laugh). Local in the center with internal and external seats. I was expecting different flavors and a more al dente pasta. Friendly service.

04/04/2024: Every time I'm in Budrio for work I go to eat at Canaletti. It is the sincere tavern, where you eat and drink well. The food is great, the carts wonderful. But how nice to immerse yourself in this environment of other times. You are special.
