06/04/2025: Small characteristic trattoria, very kind they found us a table even if we hadn't booked! Excellent cappellacci and tagliatelle and even the chocolate dessert was world-class! The wall is covered with phrases and drawings made on placemats by customers, truly unique! Rating 10! Thanks

29/03/2025: As a solo tourist I was treated in a condescending way from the very beginning. The worker of the trattoria told me with not a very happy face (due to me being just one person) that I can stay only if I am going to use the table for not more than 1 hour. And actually during the time I was eating there were more and more free tables, not like I was occupying someone's space...

08/04/2025: In occasione del Compleanno di un caro vecchio amico ho scelto questa storica Trattoria proprio per le specialità di cucina bolognese. Nell' ampia sala da pranzo, si muovono quattro abili camerieri alla guida di carrelli in cui vengono proposti antipasti di varia salumeria, bolliti misti per tutti i gusti e i dolci della casa. I primi sono porzionati e vengono consegnati in base alle scelte personali. Nel complesso l' insieme è molto gradevole e familiare, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ben proporzionato. Consigliato ai buongustai !

25/03/2025: A place that I have known for years through work, I must say that I have always eaten well and with pleasant and competent service staff. Tonight the big disappointment, we book for dinner and my wife and I with our Maltese show up at the appointed time to be told that they don't accept dogs in their restaurant. Big disappointment, a place that doesn't accept our four-legged friends is not worthy of even the slightest consideration on our part. If you want to be attentive to your customers, it would be thoughtful to point out on the website and at the entrance to the restaurant that dogs are not allowed, but given the way in which we were told that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, I would say that attention to customer sensitivity is a problem that does not affect them in the slightest. I repeat, a place that doesn't accept our little friend doesn't even deserve our attention. Best regards, never again.

17/02/2025: Magnificent experience in this 1400s village, we felt like we were living in a castle in the middle of the greenery 🤩 we were accommodated in a wonderful apartment suite, clean environment, excellent breakfast with a variety of local desserts, Giulia and Alessia great availability and kindness, satisfying our needs. Thank you, definitely an experience to repeat.

01/04/2025: I'm sorry to leave this review but I will never return!! Grumpy waitress, makes mistakes in taking orders and responds badly to customers. Education would be appreciated!! The dishes are decent but far from the flavors that characterized this place. I don't recommend

01/04/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. First of all, keep in mind that the menu uploaded online is for take-out, but the prices for eating in are much, much higher and the portions are not particularly large. The quality of the food is neither good nor bad, nothing extraordinary but definitely edible. The real problem is the service: the place was not particularly busy but we had to ask for drinks several times before they brought them to us. The lady left halfway through the order and we had to call her back to finish ordering. But the most serious thing, in my opinion, is that there is no wine list: we asked for the house wine, but they don't have it. At that point, we were offered bottles verbally, but we avoided ordering them because without a wine list it was impossible to know the price and where they came from. The restaurant definitely has many aspects to improve.

12/03/2025: We were recommended by our hotel which was very close to this restaurant. They put us at a table at the back in a room at the back when the restaurant was not full. I asked the man with the mustache who looked like he was the manager of the room to recommend the wine and he sent me to a waiter who didn't understand wine…The food was very normal. It's not worth it, I don't recommend it if you are a tourist.

15/04/2025: Era uno dei posti frequentati da Lucio Dalla. Tanta storia, anche a detta del taxi che ci ha portato a destinazione. La storia si vede, nell'arredamento come nelle stoviglie e nel locale stesso. Nel tempo sembra diventato un posto dall'impronta turistica, come Bologna del resto. Ma siamo stati bene e abbiamo pagato il giusto. Buonissima la lasagna, ottimi i tortellini. Anche il bollito si è difeso egregiamente. Una punta di cordialità in più nel servizio non guasterebbe.

11/04/2025: Comida espantosa - los entrantes eran insípidos, la boloñesa de feticucina estaba seca, la carne hervida - anunciada como un clásico - era casi no comestible. El servicio fue amable y atento.

14/04/2025: We loved this guy! We mangled enough Italian to buy a couple of morning caffè corretti and he joined us in a pre-breakfast grappa — what a legend! If we lived in Bologna this is exactly where we’d want to come every day for our morning coffee.

12/04/2025: Nice and pleasant local bar with some tables on a little place in front of a church. The team is very gentle and kind. Nice atmosphere. A small Mercatino on the right hand side of the church.

22/03/2025: We went after the theater to end the evening on a high note, but it was the most unpleasant part of this evening. I specifically want to overlook the food (we had 2 Bolognese cutlets without art or part with a side of potatoes (4, but my diner was decidedly luckier and had 5), at a fair price too. The scandalous thing is the person at the cash register. After more than twenty minutes of waiting (that's okay, no note), he started shouting at an employee in the dining room. I'm not paying, he went to the back and threw objects making a noise that was is clearly heard. I don't pay he went back into the room shouting at a member of the staff who didn't care about the customers. He even added a curse, always in a loud voice. Never again in that place. Dude, you have a huge problem, and you in turn are a huge problem for those who pay to dine in peace. Obviously, no dessert, no coffee.

08/04/2025: Hidden and sunken tavern in the historic center, a place with an intimate and reserved atmosphere, dynamic youthful service, excellent mortadella (I speak as a person who hasn't eaten it but I really went crazy here), excellent tigelle. A little disappointed by the lasagna because I found it very good, but I would have preferred a more lively and decisive flavour. As for the cutlet, it surprised me because it was truly an unexpected surprise. Fair price in line with local taverns. Should we go back? Gladly, also to be recommended

07/04/2025: Such a place we were looking for. Rustic, hipster waiters who may not have taken any charm courses. Simple and fast service, good atmosphere. The pheasant was perhaps not great, but the beer was incredibly good. Everyone else was happy with the food.
