21/01/2025: Traditional dishes of Bolognese cuisine, but not only. The tasty, spicy honey guinea fowl is recommended. The second courses always have the same side dish, baked potatoes and vegetables, which I must say are a little anonymous. Very characteristic environment but the space is cramped, mainly for this reason I didn't give 5 stars.

12/01/2025: Questa settima ho mangiato in questo locale due volte, prima per lavoro e non contento ho portato anche la famiglia dopo pochi giorni. Onestamente non comprendo le recensioni negative che ho letto e vi parlo della mia esperienza. A Bologna il centro dentro le mura (dove abito…) é strapieno di trattorie e ristoranti che si ripetono nel menu e non tutti sono originali o hanno carattere. La drogheria di rosa respira di storia, passione e casa. Il bancone all’ingresso é quello originale della drogheria e il locale all’interno sembra un antiquario o un negozio di cose vintage. Emanuele Addone é l’anfitrione e ai caratterizza per ospitalità e per intrattenere le persone con genuinità. Abbiamo parlato di presepe, di tradizioni e ci ha salutato con sorrisi, con dei mandarini e una rosa. La carta del menu miscela sapientemente tradizione locale e qualche contaminazione. Suggestiva la cantina dei vini. Dopo un antipastino della casa abbiamo mangiato dei primi piatti. La pasta é fatta in casa e gli ingredienti da filiera corta e locale. Tutto molto buono. Servizio al tavolo attento e veloce. La nostra esperienza é stata più che positiva e ritorneremo a trovare Emanuele e il suo staff !

30/12/2024: Very elaborate and delicious food, the best lasagna I have ever tried. Exceptional treatment, very pleasant and close. Highly recommended. Thank you for your attention, despite everything being full, we ate on the terrace.

08/01/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service and a lovely and welcoming location. My partner and I had two Bolognese cutlets and some baked potatoes, all accompanied by some very good tigelle. I would have dared a little more on the parmesan cream, making it tastier. Excluding this absolutely personal note, I recommend this place if you want to spend a pleasant evening in the center of Bologna. I will definitely come back!!!

25/01/2025: The service is always friendly but something has changed in terms of food level below last time but we will certainly return to confirm the excellent food of some time ago.

24/01/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying an extraordinary Bolognese cutlet, while my friends appreciated the traditional tagliatelle with meat sauce. Located in the heart of the city, this osteria is renowned for its authentic cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.  The environment is informal and lively, often frequented by students and tourists, which contributes to a convivial atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service efficient, despite the crowds. Prices are affordable, making Osteria dell'Orsa an excellent choice for those who want to savor Bolognese cuisine without spending too much.  One aspect to consider is the possibility of having to wait for a table, given the popularity of the place. However, the wait is often short and well rewarded by the quality of the dishes offered. 

23/01/2025: The food is good, but the service is problematic, there is a bit of a rude service team.

03/01/2025: Historic trattoria, absolutely a typical place. Very friendly, especially the waiter, but used to grinding tourists. The first ones were really good. We had tortellini in broth, tortellini with cream, tortelloni with ricotta and spinach with melted taleggio cheese and tagliatelle with meat sauce. As a second shank (good) and Bolognese cutlet (quiet). The side dishes, however, really leave something to be desired, the beans were good, but both the peperonata and the potatoes were not very tasty.

30/09/2024: The quality of the food was decent. The service was rather slow and unfriendly, but the absolutely negative thing was that, in a room where only our table was occupied, with at least 20 tables available, they sat a couple with two large dogs at the next table. to ours with the result that one of the two got up, climbed onto my legs and licked my hands (because I prevented him from reaching towards the plate). The icing on the cake was that they then came to us after the meal had already started, to ask us if we wanted to change tables. Really approximate

15/01/2025: We stopped for a break after having "climbed" all the arcades.. Excellent coffee.. Delicious biscuits.. I understand everything.. But a tiny biscuit €2.50 is excessive

11/01/2025: We called and booked on 07/01 for this evening (11/01). We went there specifically from Parma, too bad we found it closed for holidays. Next time let me know first. Disappointed

21/01/2025: Family run restaurant. Among the typical Bolognese dishes we tasted friggione and tortellini in broth, also a taste of trifle, but stuffed courgettes are also suggested in addition to the classic boiled meat. An exquisite, welcoming and customer-focused family. The small place is equally welcoming, with a nice atmosphere. Strongly recommended.

20/01/2025: Family-run restaurant Grandfather Serghei, his son Saverio, his nephew Leonardo and also his sister. The real recipes of Bologna: friggione, tortellini in broth, trifle and much more. Warm and welcoming environment, friendliness and smiles. To try and to return.

26/01/2025: Very tasty food, portions are not large, but tasty, fresh and filling. Prices moderate.

20/01/2025: We have enjoyed the food here. Attentive waiters and pleasant atmosphere and very good food. Very delicious lasagna, good grilled vegetables and a very good cottolete bolognese. We ordered pizza and they told us that on Sundays they didn't serve it. After a while, those next to us had 3 pizzas on the table. Those details must be taken care of. But I recommend this trattoria

05/07/2024: Best place we ate in Bologna, superb five courses. Tomato Salad was amazing, tortellini, aubergine parmigiana, plate of deserts all very good. Well worth a visit, sat in the garden which was really special

03/07/2024: Accoglienza servizio e ambientazione ottima, tutti i ragazzi sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. Giardino unico ed incantevole, silenzio, garbo, e relax. Menù eccellente, cucina creativa con ingredienti freschissimi lavorati con cura e delicatezza. Gusto e sapori raffinati . Cucina in costante evoluzione.
