Top-notch Bolognese cuisine: soft crescentine, spectacular cured meats, excellent meats, and a truly amazing mortadella crostini. Spacious restaurant, convenient parking, and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely worth returning!

07/03/2026: A dear friend and I ate a boiled meat, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and two sweets zuppa inglese. 95 euro. Bertino isn't cheap and the food is normal.

06/03/2026: We went here for dinner for a friend's birthday. The food was delicious, and the zuppa inglese dessert is a true institution. We thank waiter Alberto for his excellent service, his friendliness, and his courtesy. An experience we'll repeat!

14/02/2026: A good Bolognese osteria with a completely traditional menu. Tortellini in brodo weren't entirely convincing. The crescentine were a bit heavy, but the mortadella was good. Prices were reasonable considering the central location.

The dish that won me over was the frog risotto: simply extraordinary. Perfectly cooked, al dente, and enveloping creaminess, with a refined and authentic balance of flavors. The tender and flavorful frogs enhance the dish with surprising delicacy. A true masterpiece of tradition, elegantly reinterpreted. Sincere compliments to the chef, who demonstrates great talent, technique, and passion. Each dish reflects research, quality ingredients, and a love of cooking. A memorable gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to a special day. I will definitely be back

The dishes are beautiful and delicious, well-balanced, and stand out for both the high-quality ingredients and the technique, perfectly crafted by Parisian chef Raphael. 09/03/2026: We went for lunch yesterday during the match. Unfortunately, they made us sit near the entrance door, which kept slamming, making a very annoying noise. The waitresses kept coming and going to serve the tables outside. Plus, the pasta was half-cooked, and the first course was really hard and inedible. I don't think I'll be back!

22/02/2026: We had lunch at this small trattoria under the arcades of Via Saragozza. Inside, there are two small rooms, and when the weather permits, a few tables are set up outside. The atmosphere is pleasant, not noisy (despite the tables being very close together), and the service is friendly and fast. We had appetizers and lasagna (which they only serve on Saturdays and Sundays). The appetizers were very good (eggplant meatballs and flan), but the lasagna was hard to describe as "Bolognese-style" because, while it tasted good, the pastry was overcooked and the characteristic crust on the top was completely missing. The portions were adequate and the prices fair. It's a shame about the lasagna; I would have happily given it 5 stars.

12/03/2026: Unfortunately, osterias on the outskirts of town no longer exist. There can't be an osteria with a cover charge of €3, a roast beef for €22, and a bottle of basic Pignoletto for €20. This is a small neighborhood restaurant, with furnishings that aren't vintage but rather old, that revels in a name it built 20-30 years ago (when it was an osteria on the outskirts of town). Today's patrons (who probably frequented this place 20-30 years ago) seek the same experiences and emotions, finding ordinary cuisine at high prices in an old establishment. With a wine cellar that's honestly mediocre, both in quantity and quality.

05/03/2026: Raw guinea fowl leg, reheated and dry. The side dish arrived after the main course was finished. Service was poor.
