I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina bolognese

13/04/2025: Hemos estado en este restaurante dos veces. Una vez a mitad de semana (no demasiado ocupado) y luego un sábado con una cola de espera extrema. Definitivamente hacer reservas los fines de semana o noches. El servicio fue consistentemente fantástico. Giuseppe fue nuestro camarero en ambas ocasiones, siempre fue atento, amable y da las mejores recomendaciones. La comida es increíble. No tuvimos nada que nos decepcionara. Los precios son muy razonables, en realidad excelente para la calidad del servicio, la comida y el ambiente. Este es un “no te pierdas” cuando estés en Bolonia.

06/04/2025: Visitato il 4 aprile a pranzo ottimi i tortellini con crema di formaggio e ragù come primo e il secondo scaloppine con i funghi porcini.Bonta' in assoluto.

Sara came to take our order and with great kindness entertained us with professionalism accompanying us in choosing the dish The dishes were fabulous and we enjoyed them with a lot of scarpetta The staff, despite the confusion and the frenzy of Friday evening, looked after us to the maximum In short ... like being at grandma's house! 09/04/2025: A place with substance, the food is really excellent (the cheek with Sangiovese is exceptional) and I think the offer is different between the weekend and the weekdays. In the first case you order à la carte, in the second there is a fixed menu with the possibility of choosing both the number of courses and the dishes at a truly accessible price. Highly recommended in both cases. I will certainly return again

Rabbit was delicious , had these lardon pastry puffs which are super nice and so tasty and they even bring a fruit jam to add My starter was homemade tortelloni with cheese and veal ( amazing ) and house red wine was excellent 😊👍

05/04/2025: Nothing special. Traditional foods, with a questionable flavor. Not recommended are the pistachio linguine, avoid the Bolognese cutlet.

15/04/2025: Bellisima location nel cuore di Bologna perfetta per organizzare un evento come la laurea di mio figlio. Devo dare la lode per la professionalità mostrata al telefono fin dall'inizio dove abbiamo concordato un menù composto da antipasto bis di primi e un seconso con vino acqua e caffè. Tutto perfetto grazie anche all'impegno di Matteo operatore del locale chiedete di lui e veramente un grande.

31/03/2025: Ristorante consigliato da una signora incontrata per strada alla quale abbiamo chiesto dove mangiare qualcosa di tipico. Tortellini in brodo buoni, non ricordo il nome dei miei tortelloni, erano verdi con dentro la mortadella e la ricotta top!!! L antipasto con mortadella e mousse di mortadella veramente buono….ma dopo i primi ci siamo fermati perché le porzioni erano abbondanti, peccato perché mi è rimasta la voglia del dolce di riso!!!!

06/04/2025: This trattoria is immersed under the incredible Bolognese potti, overlooking one of the main streets. Overall the food was good, but it was a pity that the lasagna was cold and this had a major impact. Appreciated the service offered to us by the very kind waitresses.

19/03/2025: Prenotiamo per ora di pranzo in questa storica trattoria, distante dal centro storico ma raggiungibile facilmente in autobus. Il locale è famoso per le tagliatelle fatte in casa ma noi preferiamo optare per altro. Ordiniamo antipasto di salumi e antipasto della gigina (la spuma di mortadella molto buona), proseguiamo con tortellini in brodo (abbondanti e molto scenografici, serviti in una zuppiera) e due cotolette con tartufo bianco e fonduta di formaggio. Tutto squisito davvero. Personale simpatico, alla mano, come se fossero di famiglia. Da rivedere qualche accortezza nella gestione del servizio. Prezzo a persona per 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 2 secondi, acqua, vino e caffè 52 euro. Direi equo considerando la qualità e l'abbondanza dei piatti.

The tagliata that sails in a sea of ​​oil is the most orgasmic thing there could be. For once, ask your liver and stomach to work overtime, because it doesn't end there. If there are only a few of you, they bring you desserts by the portion, but if there is a large table, they bring you a bucket full of dessert.

04/04/2025: Terrible service!!! We chose to visit Da Bertino based on the excellent online reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. While the food was decent, it didn't come close to the quality we had the night before at Vamolino. The real issue was the absolutely appalling service. The restaurant was busy, but that does not excuse the lack of attention and care from the staff. We were greeted with no warmth, and it wasn’t until we were paying that anyone even seemed to notice we were unhappy. To make matters worse, when we requested to try the bottle of wine before pouring it, the staff simply left it on the table for us to pour ourselves, without offering any assistance or even acknowledging our request. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here, and it completely ruined what could have been a pleasant evening. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting a welcoming atmosphere or good service.

02/04/2025: Great place to eat Bolognese. It's not a cheap place, but quality. Typical is the roast and boiled cart. It must be tried at least once in a lifetime. I loved the tongue... Superfine! Spaces a bit narrow, but bearable

25/02/2025: We ate quite well. The meat was requested and it was rather tough, but my companion didn't want to hear any complaints. The portions are generous. Prices normal. Very little parking, we must have been unlucky because there was a huge table and everyone must have come one per car because the external square was full. Where we were sitting there was a crumbling wall with a hole right next to our table. It could use some maintenance. The buzz grew until it became difficult to speak.
