25/07/2026: Fantastic food served with the best ingredients. We were served lovely cheeses for starters paired with a lovely northern Italian white wine. This wine also went perfectly with our main course (Cololetta). The evening ended with a local ice cream and lovely dessert wine. Nice staff and good waiters. Especially appreciated the handwritten bill. Thank you for us!

An excellent trattoria that also serves traditional Emilian and Bolognese dishes, like friggione, and also offers traditional flavors from light fried foods: meaty fried frog legs and fried fish, truly delicious! For drinks, I recommend their artisanal "birrina" (a bottle of beer), and be careful, the 0.75 liter is really large... even the desserts are truly inspiring. You can find their menu online. I wholeheartedly recommend this little place for couples, families, and groups of friends! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, good, light dishes. Come and dine here, without hesitation!

21/05/2026: The only good thing is the location on a side street, so there's less hustle and bustle. The food is poor and the service even poorer. There are tons of dirty plates and glasses on the bar, as if they don't have enough staff.

A typical old-fashioned place where you pass through the bar to access the dining room.
The quality is good but not exceptional. The first courses were good, but the stuffed zucchini in the second course weren't baked, as I expected (perhaps because I was waiting too long), but rather seemed boiled and served in some sort of broth.
It must be said, however, that the flavor of the filling was truly excellent, and if they had been baked and gratinated in the oven, they would have released all their deliciousness!
The fried food was also mediocre.
The welcome appetizer (salami and pancetta) was pleasant, and the availability at the time was appreciated.

Careful cuisine and a Bolognese menu, not extensive but well-chosen.
Good wines and friendly service.
Highly recommended, given the deterioration in the downtown area.
Very polite and discreet staff, even at late hours. Well done.

26/05/2026: In the past, when I wasn't living in Monzuno, I stayed in one of their rooms and always felt comfortable. Recently, I've been using the restaurant almost daily, which serves business lunches on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. A la carte lunches are available on Saturdays and Sundays. It's open in the evenings only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's closed on Tuesdays. Lately, the restaurant's clientele has increased due to the presence of foreigners and hikers on the Via Degli Dei.
18/05/2026: I enjoyed the restaurant: delicious and tender scallops, sublime homemade fiordilatte! Fair prices and a welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended 💯
