06/04/2024: “Bolognese taste” I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Vini d'Itali, and I must say that the experience was extremely positive. The place is characteristic, with walls adorned with images of distant countries and historical icons represented with a touch of amused irreverence. Plus, album covers of the best rock add a touch of originality. A perfect atmosphere for an evening with friends. Moving on to the food, the à la carte menu traces the Bolognese tradition. The tigelle and cured meats were a nice start: fresh and tasty. The tortellini in capon broth warmed the palate and were a real caress for the taste buds. (More Tigello, the people ask for more TIGELLE!!!!) The braised meat, tender and succulent, literally melted in your mouth. The combination with the recommended wine enhanced the flavors in total harmony. The place is spacious, with well-spaced tables that allow friendly conversations without feeling too close to other patrons. The prices are average, but perhaps I would go for a little more with the portions...especially the TIGELLE, the people are asking for more TIGELLE!!!! Osteria Vini D'Italia is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor the Bolognese culinary tradition in a welcoming and original atmosphere. 🍝🍷

06/04/2024: Legendary Bolognese "out of town" tavern, which continues to honor its history. Excellently cooked dishes, excellent choice of wines, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, which encourages you to stay late.

Very good lasagna as well as the vegetables with buffalo mozzarella, good tartare but too "compressed" for our tastes. The pignoletto is also excellent. 05/04/2024: Beautiful location in the center of Bologna. Menu with a good choice of dishes and wines, mainly from Bolognese cuisine. The dishes convinced me, especially the chocolate tenerina with mascarpone cream. The only complaint concerns the pasta (tagliatelle alla Bolognese) which was a bit overcooked. Trained and friendly dining room staff. Correct quality-price ratio

07/04/2024: This has always been my favorite trattoria in Bologna and I have been frequenting it ever since I moved to the city. Now, for work, I live elsewhere but, when I return to Bologna, a stop here has always been mandatory. The crescentine were divine, as were the cold cuts, a shame about the lasagna sauce which didn't convince us. The cut, however, was very good, my heartfelt compliments! From experience I say that their Bolognese cutlet is a must try! Hoping that gramigna al torchio alla salciccia returns to the menu, I recommend everyone to go here!

24/03/2024: It’s not as we imagined and memorized at all. Meat was very salty and too well done. Spaghetti is dry. Pizza should be their specialty but I don’t see much difference with ones that I have been having from take outs from outside of this town. Very disappointing to my memory of this restaurant.

28/03/2024: Small restaurant, there are very few seats and it is not very easy to find. But once you find it, you sit down, and you go to heaven. Very kind staff and dishes that are out of this world, I recommend the gramigna with meat sauce. Really excellent value for money. I'll be back for sure

06/04/2024: Point of reference for the specialties of Emilian cuisine and for the generous welcome of the restaurateurs of this enchanting landscape of the Bolognese hills. Traditional dishes from the highest quality raw materials, cooked and served with profound professionalism and knowledge and kind and sincerely welcoming manners. In all my travels I have never eaten such thin pastry and so resistant to cooking, such a tasty and light broth, such special cold cuts in terms of cut and taste. Perfect overnight stay upon awakening to a personalized breakfast with rare homemade tarts and croissants. Modest and honest prices. Outside is an expanse of peace in the shape of a hilly forest for a real escape.

29/02/2024: I stayed in this hotel last night due to an unexpected event (the car left us stranded). Very clean and comfortable room, rich and very good breakfast, super friendly staff. All this in the low season without notice with check in at 3 am. I highly recommend it.

06/04/2024: For those who like a small family and non-commercial restaurant, for me it's the best, excellent quality typical Bolognese food, nice and friendly staff, very honest prices and I really like the old school location, it's like going back in time, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

30/03/2024: I was traveling for work in Bologna and luckily I had this trattoria under my house. Very good tagliatelle and lasagna and very friendly and always smiling staff. Recommended.

Environment needs updating some details but if good food is what you are looking for this is the right place. Fair price

04/04/2024: I ate in this restaurant for the first time and it was all delicious, homemade pasta made by them and I highly recommend it, we took 2 different types of cappellacci and they were exceptional. Then I had the Crescentino with cured meats, fresh cheese and pickles of their own production, all super. The owners are very kind, we loved the place because it was clean, warm and with 70s furnishings that take you back to the good old days. The only flaw is that they tell you the menu orally, and therefore ultimately difficult to keep in mind. Very fair price for the generous portions and the quality. Too bad it's 300 km from where I live, otherwise I would have come back to eat there at least twice a month.
