Platter of poor quality cold cuts, and in Bologna it is difficult to find such bad ones. 1 platter of cold cuts for the price of 18 euros for one person, madness. Plate of meatballs and mashed potatoes: 17 euros for a plate of 4 half-raw meatballs and a mashed potato thrown on the plate that isn't even found in a canteen. It's a shame because the interior of the place is nice.

07/05/2025: Eravamo stati altre volte in questo locale ma al dire il vero non avrei mai immaginato che fossero caduti così in basso riguardo l'accoglienza dei clienti. Ci hanno fatto accomodare e servito la cena di corsa, con un tavolo che a malapena era per due persone, noi eravamo in tre, chiaro segno che avevano fretta di liberare il tavolo. Osservando gli altri avventori del locale Il modus operandi era lo stesso per tutti. Il proprietario invitava i camerieri a servire i tavoli il prima possibile. Per non parlare delle portate: un piatto di tortellini in brodo piccolissimo ( 17€) , poi nel menù scrivono: tagliata di angus per due persone ( 46€), che era di gran lunga distante da quella che è la vera tagliata ,l'angus e la quantità della portata. Assolutamente da evitare. Mai più!!!

28/04/2025: Ho portato degli amici fidandomi delle recensioni ma siamo rimasti un po’ perplessi. Cotoletta alla bolognese più buona da altre parti e patate al forno che sembravano surgelate. Prezzo decisamente alto per la qualità del cibo. Unica nota positiva i camerieri.

19/05/2025: I'm from Poland and honestly... I'm confused by some of the reviews from my fellow Poles. This was one of the very few places that didn’t scream “tourist trap” – and I say that after a deep dive through Google reviews. The focaccia? UNFORGETTABLE. Just olive oil and salt – simple, perfect. Meanwhile, other places were serving something closer to cardboard. The pasta here was actually cooked right (yes, it’s possible!) and full of flavor. And the waitress? An angel in human form. Highly recommended for anyone who actually wants to eat well and not end up with soggy noodles that taste like packet pasta from a sad Polish supermarket.

11/05/2025: We chose this place for dinner on a Saturday evening, booking in the afternoon. Despite the reservation, we arrived on time, but we still had to wait for over 40 minutes standing for our table to be ready. The staff snubbed us and the head waiter didn't even apologize for the very long wait. When they finally sat us down, the waiter who took our order didn't even write it down, and consequently, the platter chosen as an appetizer arrived without the fried gnocchi ordered together, having to ask for them. Furthermore, our first courses arrived after about 20 minutes following our further requests. The dishes in general are to be considered average, nothing exceptional also because the first courses were extremely al dente. The place is nice in its aesthetics, but the staff was very disorganized, very slow and not very attentive to customers. The quality/price a little high for the experience that is offered. I strongly recommend choosing another place if possible.

10/05/2025: Excellent food, I'm talking about the first courses we tasted, I'm sorry about the fact that we had ordered a side dish and either due to a large influx of people or an oversight in the kitchen we didn't receive it and due to lack of time we couldn't stay longer to taste them.

29/12/2024: Good drinks, what we ordered was very good, not outstanding but very good... I don't give it a 5 because they give you the hotel breakfast bread and also as I said it is good but nothing remarkable, in any case much better than other hotels that I've been and the breakfast is very top! Recommended 👍🏼 also the attention of the staff is a 10!

26/04/2025: Very pleasant stay in Sasso Marconi. The hotel-restaurant offers a large reserved car park and we were able to check in after dinner without problems. A note of merit for the staff, truly friendly and attentive: if we return to the Bolognese area we will certainly stop by here!

06/04/2025: We came here because of the numerous good reviews, but I wasn't very enthusiastic: you have to like the fact that some antipasti are already prepared at the table (the liver spread has clearly been there for a long time) as well as open bottles of wine and water. In addition to the antipasti that were already available, fresh ones were also served without asking what you wanted. Afterwards we both had a pasta dish. We skipped the secondo so we still had room for dessert. The meringue cake was very good, I've had better Zuppa Inglese. It seems to be a business model here to make the guests so full with antipasti and primi that they tend to forego the secondo, because it was the same at the other tables and the waiter immediately offered us this option. Afterwards we had an espresso and two grappa and paid 120 euros. There was no menu or price list anywhere at the table and for me this price was clearly too high for what was on offer.

22/03/2025: Se cercate un ristorante che unisca cucina eccellente, atmosfera calorosa e un servizio impeccabile, Da Silvio è una tappa obbligata a Bologna. I tagliolini alle zucchine sono semplicemente strepitosi, un piatto che da solo vale la visita. Ma il vero colpo di scena arriva con il carrello dei dolci, un trionfo senza fine di tentazioni irresistibili. Ogni dolce è un capolavoro, ma una menzione speciale va al mascarpone, assolutamente da Oscar. Il servizio è impeccabile: rapido, attento e di una gentilezza che oggi è sempre più rara. E come se non bastasse, il proprietario aggiunge un tocco speciale con la sua simpatia folgorante, trasformando la cena in un’esperienza ancora più piacevole. L’atmosfera è quella che tutti vorremmo trovare in un ristorante: familiare, allegra e gioiosa, perfetta per una serata tra amici all’insegna del buon cibo e del divertimento. In sintesi: Da Silvio non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza da vivere. Assolutamente da provare!

04/05/2025: Pasta fatta a mano da applausi e una cotoletta alla bolognese semplicemente indimenticabile: croccante, saporita, con quel tocco di gusto autentico che solo la vera cucina tradizionale sa dare. Il servizio è impeccabile, l’ambiente accogliente e la professionalità si percepisce in ogni dettaglio. Una vera eccellenza per chi ama la cucina emiliana fatta come si deve. Super consigliato!

12/05/2025: Sconsiglio questa trattoria alle persone in carrozzina. Abbiamo avvisato telefonicamente della presenza di una persona disabile, e ci hanno detto che non c' erano problemi. Una volta sul posto abbiamo dovuto sollevare la carrozzina per la presenza di un gradino in entrambi gli accessi, con l'aiuto di altri commensali. C' è stata poca disponibilità da parte del personale, che anzi è parso insofferente alle nostre esigenze.

02/06/2025: Aperto sempre ! Per quanto riguarda le tagliatelle, che erano il mio interesse iniziale, questo è decisamente il posto giusto per assaggiarle nella loro versione più autentica bolognese! Buonissimi anche i salumi ! Costi in linea !

13/12/2024: Place run by Asians, but clean, with quality products, and at fair prices Friendly and welcoming staff. Savoury brioche filled with raw ham and bionissima cheese + barley cappuccino. All for 4 Euros. Well done!!

25/05/2025: In pieno centro storico, classico pranzo della domenica in un ristorante che fa riassaporare i ricordi e le tradizioni della “vecchia” trattoria. Ambiente familiare con Menù tradizionale bolognese composto da piatti di ottima qualità. Personale disponibile e sempre pronto con un sorriso. Prezzi corretti e in linea.

10/05/2025: Siamo stati per la giornata del 25 aprile e nonostante il locale fosse pieno il servizio è stato abbastanza veloce anche se non particolarmente attento. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto del Biassanot (davvero abbondante) e una porzione di polpettine fritte, a seguire una lasagna, uno strozzaprete al ragù (molto buono e saporito) e due tris di primi composto da un pezzo di lasagna, un po’ di tagliatelle al ragù e i tortellini in brodo. Infinite abbiamo diviso una cotoletta alla bolognese con patate al forno. Il tutto accompagnato da 1/2 L di lambrusco, acqua, una coca cola e 3 caffè per 172 euro in 4. Il motivo delle 4 stelle è dato dal brodo dei tortellini, sapeva di poco e sembrava quasi allungato, inoltre 3 euro a testa di coperto per una trattoria mi sembra un filino troppo. In ogni caso, se siete in zona si può andare ma consigliamo la prenotazione
