It was our first night in Bologna and we really wanted an excellent food experience, and we got it here! It’s quirky but authentic and the food and wine are excellent.

I enjoyed a very good dinner. I tried several dishes and all of them were delicious:
As a starter, a very complete and high-quality DOP Bologna salumi mix, several starters such as tortellini in brodo di gallina (very intense flavor of the broth, highly recommended), tagliatelle with Bolognese ragú (a classic that they cook very well), green balanzone with tartufo black and prosciutto, cotoletta alla bolognese (exquisite).
All accompanied by a wine.
The service was unbeatable and the atmosphere very pleasant.
I would definitely repeat.

Friendly staff and nice environment, although the lower rooms would benefit from a little extra ventilation.
I wasn't impressed by the food. You can find better options in Bologna.

Starting with the good, the staff were very kind and accommodating, but all the dishes we tried were over-salted. The rooms on the lower floor are not as nice and fresh as on the ground floor. Overall not a great experience considering the Bologna food scene.

Typical and so tasty. Also, very accommodating as we arrived on a Friday early evening without reservation (highly recommended) and owner and staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Great experience

Taverna carina, con tavoli fin troppo attaccati li uni agli altri, che serve solo piatti tradizionali bolognesi.
Tutto molto buono e abbondante. Dai salumi, alle tagliatelle al ragù e ai passatelli e per finire un eccezionale tiramisù.
Servizio preciso, fin troppo veloce.
Conto che rispecchia la qualità.

Locale storico in una posizione centrale e di grande pregio . Sale accoglienti e ben organizzate , arredi di prestigio e personale cordiale . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Cotoletta alle bolognese? Si scioglie in bocca . Torneremo ! Grazie
