19/09/2025: I went there at lunchtime. The place is clean, set with paper placemats. We tried some starters: lasagna, tagliatelle with ragù, and tortellini with cream (all half portions, not generous). The ragù wasn't particularly good, so the tagliatelle were so-so, and so was the lasagna, which was reheated and barely warm. The tortellini with cream were quite good. Prices were high. I won't be returning.

11/09/2025: The only restaurant in town with a basic atmosphere, very rude and with little desire to work

06/09/2025: Everything was fine. We stopped on the Via degli Dei. The food was very good and the service was quick. The only flaw was that the paper or digital menu with the corresponding prices wasn't available; a serious flaw.

10/09/2025: I'm giving it a 1 because I can't give it any less. I made a reservation, and when I arrived with my mother, minutes before the reservation time, they told me no, that there was no free table and that they weren't going to do anything about it. We tried to ask them why, in half-made-up Italian because we're not from here, and they responded very rudely, saying no, so we had to leave, even though we saw there were free tables. It wasn't until my father came to tell him again that we had a reservation, that they didn't tell us it was a system error and that we should just go in. If it weren't for him, the two of us would have been left on the street without dinner. Then they didn't even apologize, but instead told us it was an app problem, that we should have called, when the last thing we imagined was that the app would be giving us problems. We had dinner there because we had no other choice and everything was closed, but otherwise I would have left without hesitation. The menu was short, and the food was good. While the green balanzone were good, the potato gnocchi were soggy and not at all recommendable. Finally, they told us that our reservation time was very late (9:30 p.m.), but if the reservation had been made days in advance and hadn't been denied, I don't think they had the right to treat us the way they did.

06/10/2025: Fantoni is a surefire option if you're looking for traditional Bolognese fare. They've added more sophisticated dishes and complemented the traditional with a few new twists, but the guarantee of feeling at home in a casual, comfortable place where you can spend time in peace remains unchanged. The food is good, the staff are always helpful and courteous, the drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable. It's still a valid option. I recommend it.

05/10/2025: Historic restaurant in the beautiful town of Dozza. The restaurant is housed in the castle's stables. The atmosphere is classic yet very welcoming, and the food is excellent. We went for the mutton and were not disappointed. We'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: A splendid restaurant located opposite the Dozza fortress. Friendly and accommodating service offers a pleasant selection of local specialties (and wines). Let them recommend you and you'll have a delightful experience.

29/09/2025: No we didn't book but got a table straight away. They took our order and got our drinks. Then a large group booking came in and we were just left we had our starter and then it took 45 minutes for our mains to arrive, after I asked the wait staff how long it would be. He apologised and mentioned about the large group but we had ordered way before they arrived. We were never asked if we wanted another drink or anything during that time. Other people were arriving and were getting served and there meals arrived before ours. When our food arrived it was nice but the sides never arrived. When I asked for the bill they said we had another order coming (the sides) he implied that was my request when I had specified i wanted everything to come together. The wait staff never stopped just disappointed with overall experience.

07/10/2025: The traditional dishes were very well prepared! I also recommend the beef tartare, which was very tasty! The service was quick and the prices were fair. The highlight of this restaurant is its beautiful setting, which is truly charming. The only downside is that it was quite loud, but that's to be expected for such a popular place.

05/10/2025: We stopped because the place is really nice, but the welcome from the manager was not at all appreciated: he was unfriendly both towards us and the employees (who, however, seemed knowledgeable and patient). A constant display of superiority, decidedly poorly expressed. In any case, good value for money.

Great customer service, wonderful attention to detail and fabulous food. Our second visit did not live up to expectations but the beer and food were still great
