09/08/2025: Very friendly owner who is willing to chat with you and tell you many interesting stories about Bologna and regional food. Food is typical for the region and delicious. Service is good. Reservations are recommended. Outdoor seating is comfortable.

09/08/2025: Lovely food and host was good. Especially blown away by the dessert's. Not usually a strong point of Italian cuisine apart from Tiramisu and panacotte that is. Well done.

16/07/2025: First time at this restaurant, on a Wednesday evening, with very few other people besides our table. The food was really good; we had mixed appetizers, two first courses (excellent lasagna), a selection of desserts, and two bottles of wine for five people, all for €35. For the quality of the food, it was super reasonable. I'll be back!

28/07/2025: This restaurant is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. The servers and their service was amazing! They were always attentive and super friendly too. The ambience was very well made as well and you couldn’t help but feel comfortable there. Then the most important part; the food It was absolutely delicious and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten this good of a risotto before! The appetiser and the dessert were just as amazing and I went there twice on my there day vacation in Bologna because it was just that good. When I’m in Bologna again I’ll definitely return.

31/07/2025: Non ho mai provato la cucina emiliana/bolognese autentica nella Città di Bologna e spulciando sul web ho scelto questo ristorante. Scelta azzeccata. Eccezionale la tagliatella fatta in casa con culatello tagliato a coltello. Mix di sapori. Superlativa la petroniana, mai assaggiata e curioso di vedere com'era. Peccato non aver assaggiato la zuppa inglese Ci ritornerò

26/07/2025: An authentic experience! A restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and very friendly staff. The menu features traditional dishes and high-quality regional and seasonal products. The stuffed ravioli and guinea fowl are truly special. A restaurant to return to!

06/08/2025: One of the historical restaurants in Bologna. They make the typical bolognese food and it is so tasty. Lasagnes and Ragu are top. They make them with only beef, no pork. The dessert is another her story! Highly recommended !

14/08/2025: Typical osteria dinner but with character, friendly and competent waitress, excellent rosé wine and dishes in the right portions, if I happen to be in Bologna I would gladly drop by.

08/08/2025: I don't know if the food is good but the welcome is unprecedented. We arrived and the lady asked us if we had booked, we replied that we didn't and the only response from her was "arrivederci" she turned her back on us and left us standing at the entrance of the restaurant. We were stunned. The food could be the best in the world, we will never set foot there again.

18/07/2025: The fresh pasta was delicious. I ordered the tortellini in broth and the tortelloni with pumpkin to go. Everything was excellent.

13/07/2025: The lasagna tasted like it had been reheated, but it was good. We were given cutlery and were allowed to sit at the tables outside, but they belonged to a nearby bar. A waiter came and you ordered a drink, and then you could eat there.

25/07/2025: We came across this terrace in a small square near Piazza Maggiore. There was no one there yet, so normally we would have walked right past, but we were so glad we did. Not long after, the terrace was completely full, by the way. The restaurant itself is just around the corner, and it's a lovely place to be. Fantastic service, amazing food! The tagliatelle al ragù is highly recommended, but the lasagna was also very good! We didn't try any other dishes ourselves, but my wife and friends said they were also very good! The coffee was the best I've had in a long time, and the house limoncello was a pleasant surprise! All in all, a top-notch place and highly recommended!

29/07/2025: A historic restaurant in the province of Bologna. Traditional cuisine...a guarantee. My friends really enjoyed the cotoletta alla bolognese...and I thought the tagliatelle were excellent. If you like traditional food...excellent.

01/08/2025: Restaurant in a beautiful location. A bit of a feeling that we are not Italians so a colder approach. Menu possible in digital form, which will make communication easier. Food excellent, place also but.....

27/07/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo locale per pranzo, eravamo in cinque. Il ristorante ha una location molto carina, si trova posto esattamente di fronte il Castello di Dozza (che tra l'altro consiglio di visitare). Abbiamo preso come antipasti un tagliere di formaggi, uno di salumi, la polenta fritta e le Crescentine, tutto molto buono. Come primo, invece, ho preso gli strozzapreti al pesto di zucchine e fiori di zucca fritta che però non mi hanno fatto impazzire; li ho trovati un po' insipidi, un po' "anonimi", forse perché avevo qualche aspettativa in più. Per il resto è stato tutto impeccabile, soprattutto il personale molto garbato e gentile.
