10/10/2025: A real Italian restaurant that has been serving for 120 years. It would be a great loss to come to Bologna and not to come here. Ambiance is perfect, service is excellent. We ordered a Tagliatelle al ragu and a Stretta alla Romagnola. It was our 3rd dinner in Bologna and it was by far the best. I especially highly recommend Stretta alla Romagnola, it was a masterpiece.

04/11/2025: Stunning restaurant, the interior is adorned with paintings and vintage items, very beautiful. The menu is large and varied. The pizza is also very good, with good first and second courses. This is already my third time there.

27/10/2025: A very pleasant experience, one I'll repeat! The atmosphere is unique, a bit retro but still welcoming! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The cuisine is delicious: I was delighted to taste the carefully prepared and authentic dishes! Highly recommended!

10/11/2025: Very good first courses, especially the ragù. Service was very quick after you were seated, but the line outside was poorly managed (it was messy and names weren't recorded). I recommend it for a meal downtown, but be careful not to get passed over while you're in line.

07/11/2025: I came with a group just before lunch service ended. I tried the house wine, some cheese plate, tortilloni with squash, and a nochino(black walnut liquor). Everything was exceptional.

18/08/2025: August 15, 2025. This isn't our first time at this restaurant, and it lived up to our expectations. Superb location, good service, and a warm and welcoming staff. Service is friendly and prompt, despite the changes during the holiday season. The menu is beautiful and varied, offering a wide selection of meat and fish, catering to all tastes. The quality of the dishes is well above average, bordering on excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality, and the wine list deserves special mention, as it's well-stocked and top-quality. Lunch outside under the umbrellas overlooking Bologna was a pleasant, relaxing moment to celebrate Ferragosto.

14/09/2025: Yesterday I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect. The €35 combo menu was excellent, we ate a lot and had a variety. We drank some good wine. The location in the little square is obviously gorgeous, but perhaps even better inside! Thank you for everything, I confirm that this management is attentive and does what it deserves.

04/11/2025: I loved it. I was a guest of my brother and my family. The place is well-maintained, with attentive, kind, and well-organized staff. They know their job. A dish I didn't order was brought by mistake, but they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. I don't know about the prices... I didn't pay 😁👏👏

02/11/2025: We were skeptical at first, but we wanted to try it anyway. Alas, we were right! First of all, the place was full of children screaming at the top of their lungs. It was hard to even talk to each other. Even though the place is divided into several rooms, no one thought to "separate" the families and try to provide a modicum of tranquility for those who come to the restaurant with friends to chat and share this and that... well, let's move on. Right after ordering, we received some wine we hadn't ordered, and oh well... Finally, the food arrived. I ordered tagliatelle, some of the worst I've ever eaten in Bologna! Stringy, dry ragù, and overcooked pasta! Then the cotoletta alla bolognese, again as above. A stringy steak covered in meat sauce that made the breading flabby, only "enhancing" the flavor of the breadcrumbs. Cacio e pepe potatoes, potatoes that looked like they were packaged with grated pecorino cheese and pepper on top. The other diners didn't like them either, except for the tagliata, which apparently did. Desserts... the worst zuppa inglese I've ever had in Bologna! The watered-down Alchermes had no flavor, tasted like nothing! All this for the modest sum of €240!!!! Prices were too high for the quality of the food! The icing on the cake was the bald man at the cashier who, when we asked to split the bill, responded inappropriately and rudely, making us feel truly uncomfortable. The only shame about the two young waiters, they were wonderful guys and they treated us very well! We'll never go back and I don't even feel like recommending it!

11/11/2025: It seems like a nice restaurant but unfortunately the host with the white hair is very rude and soured the experience :( I had called the day before to book a table for myself and a staff member enthusiastically confirmed. But when I arrived the man said they are declining my reservation because they don’t want a table with one person. He was quite rude and honestly made me nearly cry. The waiters were quite kind and apologised. And Nothing against the kitchen - bolognese was tasty. Tiramisu was nothing special. I saw a similar situation happen to another couple that had booked. They need to sort out their booking system so this does not happen.

11/11/2025: Reccomendws to us by our Airbnb host as a local favourite. Small place away from the main tourist areas, tucked away in a side lane. Delicious simple food, which we enjoyed so much, came back for a second meal. Small menu but done well. The pasta with onion and tomato sauce was divine. Service is brisk and they turn around tables quickly. Booking reccomended to get a table. The host reccomended slower times on Friday evening if we wanted a table without booking, and kindly made space for us when we returned.

11/11/2025: It's true that it's difficult to eat badly in Bologna, but here it's impossible. With just a few dishes on the menu, you're guaranteed seasonal, carefully prepared dishes. The tagliatelle with ragù is a must. And for dessert, if you're lucky and it's the day, a tart with homemade cherries. In the warmer months, they have a small, tastefully furnished courtyard.

11/11/2025: Excellent Bolognese trattoria. We stumbled upon it by chance and immediately found the staff very kind and friendly. The food was good: tortellini, probably handmade, with excellent broth and very tasty, delicious, and easily digestible vegetables. A good house wine, bottled, was also available, and the atmosphere was warm, pleasant, and very clean. Congratulations.

11/10/2025: A true traditional trattoria, top-notch food, a superb atmosphere, and perfect service. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are always some unmissable flower menus. If you're going with a group, I recommend choosing different dishes and sharing them. The wine list is also top-notch.

28/09/2025: Cannot rave about this place enough. This is such a great place. The food is on point, the flavors are rich. I would say the best place we have gone in Bologna. Was kind of a last minute place, but so Good. I highly recommend!!

16/09/2025: Its a big restaurant, the food is ok. Staff is nice. The inside is very noisy but the have a lovely opened roof terrace. Is not expensive and since is off the beaten path is touristy.

28/09/2025: Good Falanghina wine, excellent eggplant meatballs, and the gramigna pasta with sausage and cream was delicious. As for dessert, the cheesecake was particularly gelatinous, and the red fruits on top were shriveled from the cold. The service was very friendly.
