06/04/2025: I went last night for the first time with a friend. Let me start by describing the dessert. Why? Because so many restaurants neglect it. It arrives at the end of the meal when many in the kitchen think that "the game is over" on the strong dishes, the restaurant's strong points. Instead, that's where I pay the most attention. It's easy to overlook. Standard dessert menu, BUT La Fabbreria served me an abundant and delicious mascarpone cream. Like the rest. Very typical Bolognese dishes. Excellent dishes, excellent service. Maybe in the future thinking about a draft beer, it wouldn't hurt. The choice of bitters/liqueurs is excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easily accessible and convenient location. My friend was as happy as I was. The only point is that the room is a little too noisy when fully booked but the quality ABSOLUTELY wins over these aspects. Prices appropriate to the quality. You spend money but you make a superb impression, and in any case it doesn't disappoint like some much more expensive places. For me to mark in the diary!

27/03/2025: I am sorry to report that my husband got very ill with food poisoning after eating the pasta dish with sausage and ricotta. It made our drive back to France a miserable one. These are the facts of our experience here. Food storage and preparation needs to be examined at this establishment. I am writing to prevent this from happening to others. Addendum: We ate at your restaurant the evening of 23 March 2025. He fell ill during the course of that night. Excuse the delay of a few days before writing you. I waited for the puking and diarrhea to be over first. Instead of denying the incident you could take necessary measures to check the ricotta, cream and sausage used in the preparation of the dish. Food poisoning does not fall from the sky. That day we ate a homemade meal for lunch at a friend's house. Everyone ate the same thing. No one got sick. My elderly husband felt perfectly fine before eating at your restaurant. He became very sick soon after. It is highly probable the source of the contamination was your restaurant. He suspects the ricotta which was cold on a dish described as " al forno" on the menu. I would like an apology. He is still barely able to get out of bed 4 days later. This is serious. Treat it as such.

03/04/2025: Erg leuk restaurant, prima bediening!! Mina, die ons bediende gaf ons excellent advies over wat wij moesten eten. Welk advies wij direct overnamen. Onze conclusie was erg lekkere tagliatelle met regut. Zelf vond ik hem iets te hard en wat te mager qua vlees. Leuk lekkere verrassing als toetje, dus prima!

29/03/2025: The restaurant, better defined as Trattoria, is a historic environment, full of "vintage" memories and objects hanging on the walls. They told me that it was opened in 1953. Typical Bolognese cuisine of excellent quality (I have already been several times and have always eaten well). Reasonable prices. Definitely favorable quality/price ratio. Almost always full. It is best to book a little in advance. I'll be back tomorrow too.

08/04/2025: We ordered lasagne and cotelete alla bolognese. Everything was very tasty and filling. It is better to book a table in advance, but we were lucky and there was a free table without a reservation. For dessert we took tarte di riso (too sweet for us) and chocolate cake with mascarpone and strawberries - also sweet, but I liked it. We paid 68 euros for everything. We left full and happy.

05/04/2025: Yummy!! Prices quite high but justified by the excellent service (lasagna 15 euros and dessert (huge) 7 euros)

21/03/2025: Love love love this place, the food was delicious so I went back the next night to!

21/03/2025: It really has a country town feel. It's antique and at 8 o'clock, people started gathering one by one and the tables were full. The wine was served in cups instead of glasses😂 But the Sangiovese Riserva was really delicious. I ate salami on thin fried bread and it was light and good. The Bolognese pasta and dumplings were also good, but the meatballs were not my style. The pig's feet tasted like Korean food😄

06/04/2025: We stopped in Bologna for a trip....we chose to stop at this Osteria. While walking we also noticed their completely visible Fresh Pasta laboratory, which encouraged us to go in even more. We were greeted by very kind and smiling staff, accompanying us to the room downstairs....very intimate and quiet. We took a platter of local cold cuts with tigelle and fried gnocco....red wine......and to follow tagliatelle with ragù and lasagne. After dessert we said goodbye and continued the tour. Everything was excellent....prices were normal being in the historic center. I would definitely go back. 🔝⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🔝

15/03/2025: Wonderfully quiet area and a stone's throw from the historic center. Excellent dishes of typical Emilian cuisine. The owners are welcoming and friendly. How good is the Bolognese cod and what about the trifle! I always gladly return to Trattoria Trebbi.
