I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina bolognese

17/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questa trattoria perché durante una trasferta di lavoro a Bologna volevo provare un locale di cucina tipica. Il locale é carino e ha posti sia all’interno che all’esterno. Il menù é molto ampio e prevede sia piatti di carne che di pesce tra cui anche quelli tipici della cucina bolognese. Il piatto di tagliatelle che ho preso era molto buono, abbondante e con tanto ragù. I prezzi sono ottimi, per un primo siamo sugli 8/9 euro. Il personale è molto gentile e insieme al caffè mi é anche stato offerto un carinissimo sacchettino di biscottini.

15/05/2025: Ristorante di medie dimensioni situato a Bologna. Cibo di ottima qualità, dagli antipasti ai dolci, con ampia scelta. Personale gentile e disponibile; prezzi nella media. Da riprovare!

27/05/2025: We had dinner here, friendly and professional staff. As a starter we had tuna tartare, it was served with strong sour mango sauce that overpowered the tuna and chunks of cocos. Fresh tuna was mixed with old tuna (brown pieces with a iron/fishy taste). The main course risotto with smoked char was ok. Risotto tasteless. We were pretty disapointed and the price / quality was not ok. Will not come back.

01/05/2025: Farmhouse with magnificent views of the hills. Really great food. We took the crescentine (abundant) with very good cold cuts, tagliatelle with nettles with ragù and excellent quality mixed grill. I'm writing separately about the tortelloni in cocoa paste with porcini mushrooms because they were so good that I couldn't stop eating them. And then the very kind and attentive staff despite the holiday and the many customers. They were also fast and in addition they certainly had fair prices. Absolutely recommended!

24/05/2025: great pasta, lovely interior atmosphere. HUGE PORTIONS and great price! for the price i paid for 1 dish of pasta, i feel that i got 3 portions of pasta, it was so much i was so full and almost couldn’t finish but i didn’t want to make waste. there is a big menu with many options.

04/05/2025: Out of the touristy area of ​​Bologna but very good food. We requested a table for 2 and were directed to the garden, beautiful garden with many places and a nice atmosphere. The tortellini was simply delicious, we had both the in brodo and with parmesan and it was impossible to choose between the two. Side note: we have not eaten better tortellini in brodo on our trip. Very extensive wine list with something for everyone. Definitely recommended if you want to have lunch after the climb of Sant Luca

03/05/2025: A very high quality restaurant in an area of ​​the historic center of Bologna that I personally love very much. Menu with very interesting proposals, impeccable service and rare courtesy. The summer garden at the back is excellent for dining in peace and enjoying the cool evening air. Absolutely recommended!

02/05/2025: We went for lunch on May 1st. Fantastic dining experience. Impeccable service, professional and very kind waitresses. From the tigelle and crescentine with cured meats, saltines, pickles and lard, to the truly delicious and plentiful first and second courses. We will remember this day in Caserta and we will certainly be back on our next visit to Emilia!

21/05/2025: Gran ambiente, buena comida y personal amable. Bonita ubicación en la zona de Navigli. Un poco fuera de la zona turística, pero mucha gente local el fin de semana. Precios también más baratos que en la ciudad. Ossubucco era increíble. Aperol spritz y vino bien. El lugar estaba lleno el viernes de Pascua por la noche. También conocimos a una buena familia de Bélgica y pasamos nuestra mejor noche con nuevos amigos y restaurante servido más limonchello para nosotros. Gracias! ¡Volveremos!

07/05/2025: Authentisches italienisches Lokal. Hier kocht der Chef persönlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Wir hatten abseits des Touristenrummels etwas gesucht. Das haben wir definitiv gefunden. Ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen

14/04/2025: Locale nelle vicinanze dell’autostrada, ambiante caldo e accogliere stile osteria moderna; personale preparato, gentile e cordiale. Salumi tagliati a mano davanti gli occhi, molto buoni. Foglia morta (tagliata di carne) con insalata di carciofi deliziosa. Sorbetto e caffè. ps ho visto persone che prendevano il gelato della casa che ho sentito dai commenti essere ottimo. Consigliato.

28/05/2025: Osteria nel cuore di Bologna con un menù apparentemente tipico, ma che non mi ha convinto del tutto. Da bolognese, mi aspettavo una maggiore attenzione alla tradizione, soprattutto sulla cotoletta alla bolognese, che è stata un po' deludente, una cotoletta impanata stile milanese con sopra una fetta di prosciutto e un po di salsa di parmigiano molto liquida... L’avrei chiamata in carta “cotoletta alla bolognese della Traviata” per chiarezza, perché dalla tradizione è distante. Crescentine e salumi invece buoni e ben serviti. Altro piatto non soddisfacente un antipasto, carpaccio di pere con gorgonzola e noci, per €12 mi aspettavo maggiore cura. La pera era tagliata con l’affettatrice lasciando torsolo e semi. Un dettaglio non trascurabile, soprattutto su un piatto semplice dove la presentazione e l’attenzione fanno la differenza. Nel complesso, esperienza altalenante. Non escludo di tornare, ma non è tra le mie prime scelte.
