Small restaurant, there are very few seats and it is not very easy to find. But once you find it, you sit down, and you go to heaven. Very kind staff and dishes that are out of this world, I recommend the gramigna with meat sauce. Really excellent value for money. I'll be back for sure

If you like small spaces but with character you will be very happy here. Besides the drawings on the walls the food is very good. Recommended for small groups or couples. I recommend booking

Nice trattoria in the historic center of Bologna, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Traditional local dishes. The vegetable flan and baked guinea fowl are excellent. The walls are decorated with paper placemats with customers' writings and drawings (colored pencils provided by the restaurant). To return

I have come on other occasions and have always had a good time... The place is simple and quiet, the products are well looked after and of high quality. Last time I took the cut: it was so tasty and tender that I couldn't help but give it my rating. Lots of stuff!!! The accompanying house Sangiovese was also very good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Buon primo di pasta fatta in casa con guanciale pepe e rucola Secondo , polpettone con piselli .locale piccolo ma accogliente, la host è un peperino di loquacità, si può ritornare tranquillamente

Abbiamo scoperto casualmente questa piccolissima trattoria che serve cibo tipico a prezzi più che onesti. Locale caratteristico in quanto tappezzato con le frasi e i disegni lasciati sulle tovagliette di carta dai clienti. Porzioni abbondanti e buona qualità. Anche il vino della casa si è dimostrato niente male. Peccato il poco calore da parte di chi serve in sala … a primo impatto sembra addirittura scontroso.

07/04/2024: This has always been my favorite trattoria in Bologna and I have been frequenting it ever since I moved to the city. Now, for work, I live elsewhere but, when I return to Bologna, a stop here has always been mandatory. The crescentine were divine, as were the cold cuts, a shame about the lasagna sauce which didn't convince us. The cut, however, was very good, my heartfelt compliments! From experience I say that their Bolognese cutlet is a must try! Hoping that gramigna al torchio alla salciccia returns to the menu, I recommend everyone to go here!

06/04/2024: Point of reference for the specialties of Emilian cuisine and for the generous welcome of the restaurateurs of this enchanting landscape of the Bolognese hills. Traditional dishes from the highest quality raw materials, cooked and served with profound professionalism and knowledge and kind and sincerely welcoming manners. In all my travels I have never eaten such thin pastry and so resistant to cooking, such a tasty and light broth, such special cold cuts in terms of cut and taste. Perfect overnight stay upon awakening to a personalized breakfast with rare homemade tarts and croissants. Modest and honest prices. Outside is an expanse of peace in the shape of a hilly forest for a real escape.
29/02/2024: I stayed in this hotel last night due to an unexpected event (the car left us stranded). Very clean and comfortable room, rich and very good breakfast, super friendly staff. All this in the low season without notice with check in at 3 am. I highly recommend it.
