23/08/2025: We returned to this place, as we usually do every year, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. In the past, the churrito was served with the filling included in the price, with several types of cream to choose from. This time, however, when we requested white chocolate as a filling, we were charged a one-euro surcharge. In our opinion, this surcharge was disproportionate, especially considering the amount of chocolate actually served, which didn't justify the price increase at all. It's a shame, because as regular customers, we expected greater consistency and fairness.

17/11/2024: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We took two pizzas, one very salty, with spoiled cooked ham and mushrooms, super spring for the mozzarella milk. An absurd thing. The other sausages and (non-existent broccoli). We also took a cut of meat, very hard, burnt with a strong smell, old meat I presume. When I say this at the cashier they reply "we're sorry". But having to pay a bill for such mediocrity must be displeasing. Not recommended

25/10/2025: Even if you don't have any food issues in Naples, everything is good, especially the pizza. But we've eaten here several times with friends. I have to say, it's very clean and everyone is friendly, like the Neapolitans. Worth a try. 👍

24/08/2025: I called at 9:00 PM for an order, it's 11:06 PM I called to cancel the order. I called back after so many times they said 10 minutes and it will come, but nothing ever arrived at my house, I have 2 children waiting for the sandwich, you suck! I put one star to leave a review otherwise I wouldn't have put it.

17/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give less for all the times the owner has been rude or has even raised the price of juice during various events like the Scudetto. The only exception is the very kind lady; the rest should be avoided.

15/08/2025: A very bad experience at this cafe. The staff were rude and disrespectful. I had booked my accommodation through Booking.com with breakfast included, and since the host has a partnership with this cafe, we expected decent service. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being treated as if we were getting breakfast for free, meaning "at a discount." On the first day, without specifying that we had the Booking.com package, we were served large cups of freshly squeezed orange juice. The next day, when we showed our reservation card, to our surprise, we received very small cups of bottled juice, the kind you find in supermarkets. When I asked for it, the waitress insisted, saying it was "freshly squeezed" and "natural"... 😱 On the last day, before we were even seated, a server called me to the counter and asked me "the usual?" in a curt and inconsiderate tone. In short: no professionalism, no welcome, and discriminatory treatment of Booking.com customers. Avoid at all costs. I do not recommend it at all.

27/07/2025: Rude staff, especially the Bangladeshi idiot with the goatee who takes orders with a PDA. At the end of an argument, we apologized, but he didn't even accept our apology. He's a World Cup-level rude guy, and he deserves to be sent back to his country. He's a third-world rabble who comes here and ignores us! Disgusting! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

04/09/2025: It was our first time at this place. The welcome was zero, despite the place being empty. After paying €24 for two drinks, we moved to the bar. I've never seen two drinks pre-prepared in large quantities, poured into glass bottles, and then served to the customer, served right in front of the customer. We then also ordered a small bottle of water for €3, not even in Positano. It should be noted that this is all self-service, so the prices are high without service. All this without a receipt, of course.

10/07/2025: The Wednesday format is very nice, too bad that some of the staff are rude and during the other days of the week, sitting at the bar, they make unpleasant jokes or make strange reactions if you don't have a drink but just want a Coke, and it happened several times with different people.
