The wait lasts for over half an hour, but randomly SquidGame sandwiches are served for subsequent orders, in the absence of a valid explanation. The justification is always the same, we are waiting for his sandwich (the same as others already delivered with subsequent numbers). The advice remains if you order in the App, notify the operators of your presence, otherwise you will be ignored. After ordering from the app, and waiting for 6 orders that arrived on the display after me to be served before mine, I ask for explanations. I am told that orders made at the totem at the same time as the app are received and served in advance. Now specifying that there are only 4 totems at La Cartiera di Pompei and that I had finalized the order from the app indicating my presence in the facility, I would like to understand how it can happen that more than 4 orders made from totems arrive at the same time as those made from the app. Note that during the wait, the operator personally selected the orders to be prepared from her display (certainly according to a logic of efficiency), but why this punitive policy towards those who use the app?

Uno pensaría que como esto se encuentra en la plaza principal, estaría pagando precios de gama alta, pero no, esta tienda vende helados a precios tan asequibles. Probamos vainilla y pistacho. Ambos fueron increíbles. El tamaño de la porción del helado es muy grande. Puedes compartir una fácilmente con tu pareja. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita aquí!

02/06/2025: 4 ragazze svogliate e maleducate specialmente quella più in carne con l’allergia e quella con l’orecchino al naso le abbiamo chiesto due milkshake e le due si sono guardate sbuffando su chi dovesse farlo in più con fare maleducato per la scelta dei gelati dei bambini invitava a fare presto . Vergogna queste ragazze sono maleducate e in questo esercizio commerciale non verremo mai più che schifo di servizio

11/06/2025: Two stars for the food only because they make gluten-free pizza for my mom, otherwise avoid them. I told them the flavor of pizza I wanted and they said they wouldn't make it because it sucks (absurd to use that term). I had to insist to have them make the pizza I wanted, luckily I'm not asking for a favor but I'm a paying customer. Update 11/06/25: I'm attaching a photo because it's absurd... PIZZA WITH A HOLE. 14/06/2025: I'll start with the strong points: a wonderful garden, where it's a pleasure to taste a good pizza. The problem, however, is the pizza itself, all those that arrived at the table had most of the edges burnt, so it was possible to eat only the inside. Considering that the price of the pizza is for its entirety, it's not nice to have to throw away part of the plate. Another negative note was the bathrooms, although clean there was a persistent bad smell and the electric hand dryer didn't work and there were no tissues.

15/06/2025: A modern, minimal and welcoming place; drinks only in glass, excellent pizza and panuozzo, courtesy and professionalism. Recommended
