15/08/2025: We went to the Tortuga restaurant at the port of Baia. We had a great meal; the place is beautiful and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the customer service was excellent. The owner, Antonio, is a truly lovely person; I highly recommend going.

29/05/2025: My daughter is visiting for the summer and we decided to return to this restaurant that we had enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Since my daughter is allergic to seafood, we specifically asked the waiter for a simple pasta with tomato sauce, without any contamination. His response was, “This is not America, we don’t have this.” I would like to point out that we are not Americans, and I made this known immediately. Unfortunately, the waiter’s tone and attitude were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The restaurant has lost two loyal customers after this experience. It is desirable that the staff receive more training in terms of courtesy and handling food allergies, which are a serious health issue.

29/06/2025: be careful dear and incorrect, we took two pizzas and two Heinekens for 66, the bill arrived, you beat the beers to €4 each when from the price list scanned at the table they were 3.50, we asked just to understand why, and they in response said that the price was from the takeaway price list..... really not serious not for the extra euro but on principle these people raise the prices as they want..... they can raise the price of the pizzas and say nooo it was the takeaway price list that doesn't exist at the table, they could say we made a mistake or it was the old price list... already for the cover they took €2 which wasn't worth it to us then 50 cents more for each beer........read the reviews before going these people do as they want..🥹🥹🥹

31/07/2025: On our last evening in Venice, my fiancé and I spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant. We didn't have a reservation, but the waiter kindly asked if we had one and, after just a few minutes, set a cozy table for us. This was a truly appreciated gesture, considering it's usually difficult to find a free table here. The restaurant is located right next to the canal—the view is simply stunning, especially in the evening. The atmosphere is quiet and romantic, perfect for a special evening. As soon as you enter, you can immediately see the open kitchen, where the chef prepares sushi in front of the guests. There's also a refrigerator on display, everything clean and tidy, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and hygiene standards are fully respected—this immediately instills confidence. We ordered four types of sushi and a portion of shrimp tempura—everything was delicious and beautifully presented. For dessert, we had chocolate fondant and mochi—simply divine! We were also pleasantly surprised by the prices: for Venice, they're really fair, especially considering the extremely high quality. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. This dinner made our last evening in Venice truly special. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Venice. Delicious food, excellent service, beautiful views, a clean environment, and fair prices—what more could you ask for? 🍣🍤🍫🍰🌅

30/05/2025: My party of people arrived 10 mins early for our dinner res, the waiter man (Whom didn't speak English well) straight away says ‘no reservation instead of a Hello or welcome... I replied Hi, yes we have a reservation and point out that’s my name in the reservation book, this waiter looks bewildered (note the restaurant is empty only 2 customers currently dining in this 10+ table restaurant). After a moment the waiters colleague (that took the reservation in person the night before) remembered me and showed us to our table. * This 2nd waiter Marco was great and did his job well 🤌🏼 The food was average not exactly wow factor for sushi. The customer service was not even middle of the scale it seemed to lack any personal touch, it was all over the place. We watched the waiter/server go along all the tables wondering were he was serving he didn't know the tables or what he was delivering. Sadly there's no other place that does sushi in Venice 'old town' so if you're tempted and have sushi withdrawals - it's not the worst food. If you are thinking will I or won’t I visit this restaurant - my honest suggestion is don’t, it’s overpriced for the quality of sushi your getting, and the service is very poor compared to other places you can visit and enjoy and feel good about leaving a Tip for your waiter. Noting : we were here from 8pm - 10:30pm and not all tables were used/reserved - so this means restaurant was not reserved as waiter 1 with little English suggested, maybe ask for a manager if you venture in and you get told no table/reservation! Marco our waiter at the start took order etc.. appeared Ok, had OK English and was Attentive but the waiters kept changing between courses so we didn't have the same waiter throughout our meal - we still tipped as Marco was fab.

26/07/2025: Posto bellissimo niente da dire . Molto affollato e ambito Purtroppo devo dire ho ordinato un primo e mio marito un secolo... In pratica lui ha guardato me ed io ho guardato lui poiché il suo piatto è arrivato 20 min dopo. Scialatielli ai frutti di mare con più scorze vuote che altro Salmone alla griglia nella norma Gentile la signora ed anche il cameriere che ci ha seguito. Per scusarsi del disguido ...nulla. Almeno offrire un caffè... Ma va bene lo stesso.

02/06/2025: Went on the suggestion of friends, found it very quiet place and the word that best suits this place is HOME my boyfriend and I felt like we were on a quiet Sunday with the family with excellent home cooking. Excellent dishes from appetizer to second course and unique cordiality. To return.

30/06/2025: Prenotato con TheFork con largo anticipo per il pranzo del 5 luglio e sconto 50%. A pochi giorni dall'evento ricevo da TheFork mail con notifica della cancellazione della prenotazione da parte del ristoratore. Nessuna motivazione. Zero comunicazione dal ristoratore o proposta per diversa data/ora. Questo nel mondo reale non esiste. Mai sentito di un ristoratore che cancelli una prenotazione. Senza nemmeno metterci la faccia, accampare una scusa, simulare dispiacere. Zero! E da TripAdvisor mi pare di capire che sia comunque possibile prenotare per stessa data e ora. Quindi qual è il problema? Che non vuoi più riconoscermi il 50% di sconto? Ci hai ripensato? Dillo. Inventati qualcosa. Proponi una alternativa. Perché questo è davvero un comportamento affatto professionale e da ragazzini. Se lavorate in cucina come lavorate sulla comunicazione con i clienti, allora è un bene che le nostre strade non si incontrino.

21/06/2025: Ci sono stato per una cena in famiglia. Abbiamo preso le polpette al sugo ed i fiori di zucchine, abbastanza bene entrambi. Molto buoni i primi, e porzioni anche generose. Meno bene lo spiedone: scenografico e poco altro. Buono il tiramisù nella moka. Servizio un po' frettoloso e dire che il locale non era affatto pieno, almeno quando siamo arrivati e per buona parte della cena. Prezzi accettabili, ma solo con la promozione The Fork, altrimenti alti. Da riprovare

09/08/2025: Πολύ ωραίο φαγητό, γρήγορη και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση με κλιματισμό στον εξωτερικό χώρο!!! Και το τιραμισού στο τέλος υπέροχο!!!

06/08/2025: It was the first restaurant we tried upon arriving in Naples and also the only one we returned to for our last meal. The atmosphere was calm and cool, with fast and friendly service. The pizza felt authentic, and the eggplant lasagna was delicious too. The San Benedetto lemon tea was on another level!

17/08/2025: The frittatina is still excellent (the price has doubled in 7 years), but the rest is just not so good. What a shame.

12/08/2025: Excellent food, welcoming place, disappointing service. When I asked to move the air conditioning louvers so they wouldn't be pointed at me during dinner, the waitress, looking annoyed, replied that she would ask the manager and then never returned. It was obvious she was new to the business... the same request was made to another waitress, who immediately grabbed the air conditioning remote and adjusted the direction of the louvers as requested.
