25/11/2025: The food may be decent, but there's no menu with prices, things are said quickly, and the presence of customers is almost annoying. If you pay with a POS, the curses and malfunctions are the icing on the cake. Mr. Lucio, I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Never again.

13/08/2025: If you're from a very low social class, it's a more than fine restaurant. I order a mussel soup A croquette A portion of marinated anchovies A Coke, a bottle of water, and half a jug of wine I get a mussel soup (€15) and a mixed appetizer (€3) (a croquette, two fritters, and a bruschetta). He had the barbaric nerve to ask me for €35 without a receipt with prices listed, like in the Middle Ages, verbally. After asking for a detailed price (which ultimately wasn't possible because he didn't write down the drinks anywhere), we arrived at €26, and to take the €30 home, he added a random €4 service charge.

23/11/2025: A good Japanese-Chinese restaurant. The place is different from other similar ones... the management is Italian, as are the waiters at the tables. Ordering is now possible via traditional tablets. The kitchen closes at 3:30 PM, time for last orders. There is an all-you-can-eat option (€20 for lunch, drinks not included, €2 cover charge) as well as an à la carte option. Orders start with three courses per person at a time. This is because, unlike other restaurants of this kind, everything is freshly prepared, allowing the kitchen time to serve all the tables. The quality of the food is superior to others. There is a good selection, even more so on the non-fish side (the beef and eggplant meatballs are good). The shrimp tempura needs to be reworked... the batter around the shrimp should be thin and the frying dry. The first courses, tartare, and sashimi are good. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and offers a pleasant atmosphere (it's not chaotic). Reservations are recommended. The kitchen closes around 3:20 PM.

18/11/2025: The food was awful, truly disappointing. We ordered the gyoza, which were inedible, both because of the cooking and especially the filling. The shrimp tempura tasted just burnt. The only redeeming feature was the noodles. The waiters weren't the friendliest.

01/11/2025: Fantastic experience this evening at Halibi! We were very impressed with the quality of the food. The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

23/12/2025: A quick stop just to get a scratch card. First, they didn't respect the line; at the cash register, they let two girls who arrived after me go through, while I was waiting behind a man who was finishing serving. Second, in 2025, I was told that payment for a scratch card "wouldn't be accepted" with the POS. Too bad the law says otherwise. I definitely won't pay even 10 cents at this bar again.

10/03/2026: Disappointing. I went there with some friends on March 8th and had one of the worst experiences at an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. When we arrived, only 5-6 tables were occupied by groups of people (in a room that holds many more), so we decided to place our first orders. Time passed and our stomachs began to rumble, while other customers sat at the tables around us. From that moment on, I don't know what happened. I noticed firsthand that some of the newly occupied tables around us were starting to be served, but it wasn't until an hour after our order that we received some of our dishes, while others would never have reached our table. Even though the waiters rushed between the tables, it wasn't enough to hide the disorganization and difficulty managing a clientele that fits within the restaurant's capacity. While a slowdown is acceptable, I didn't feel like there was a queue between orders (which is why we had time to digest between each service), not to mention the condition of the dishes, which were served cold (absurd for foods like ravioli and sandwiches that should be steamed). In short, the height of disappointment was reached only at the end of the meal, when—resigned to the fact that we wouldn't receive at least half of our orders (some of us literally ate three courses)—we tried to inform the cashier and were given a chilling response: "Next time, order less, it's a holiday." In short, an apology would have been appreciated, but that's not the case here. We will never set foot in this place again. I don't recommend it.

14/02/2026: I strongly advise against the food, terrible hygiene, and the service is non-existent. When I went to the cashier to report this, I was told that these situations can arise on these occasions. However, in my opinion, a visit from a suitable body for checks would do them good, especially if they handle fish food.

01/09/2025: Home delivery... pizzas arrived cold and burnt. Paid for a Coke that I NEVER RECEIVED. Mid-July... It's September and I'm still waiting for the driver to deliver the Coke!!!

30/01/2026: A wonderful pastry shop, old-school in the best sense of the word, yet capable of reinventing itself with great style. Here, artisanal tradition marries modernity, creating a rare and successful balance. The lady behind the counter was a delight, incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff behind the counter was impeccable: smiling, helpful, and super professional. Excellent products, attention to detail, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. A pastry shop that tells a story while also looking ahead. Definitely worth stopping by (and coming back again).

22/03/2026: Rude staff, mediocre food, and an inaccessible atmosphere: tables full of food, overpriced, and arrogant staff. If you ask for a glass of water and you're not at your table, forget it: they won't even give you that! I've seen many people ask for a glass of water and the bartender would respond with a cold, heartless "no," sending them away thirsty and sad. What kind of bar doesn't give you a glass of water? Zero respect, zero personality. Save yourself the bad experience: there are plenty of other bars nearby that at least treat you like people, not annoying customers.

14/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I've been going to Caldarelli's in Nola and Piazza del Plebiscito for years. Whenever I go to Naples, I always stop by to get their desserts. Today I went to this location in the shopping center. I had coffee at the table, and it arrived cold. Then I ordered four frolle and four babas to take back to Rome. The pastries were good as always; the babas were dry, they looked old, and the service was poor, with two girls who didn't want to help. I hope this one location is the only one that's bad. I'll give the places I go to often another chance. This place is forgettable, both for the product and the service. I'll start by saying that I spent €25.00.

14/12/2025: Terrible experience, unprofessional, incompetent, and the most RUDE staff I've ever seen. We went on a Saturday night, ordered drinks directly from the menu, and were brought a bill with a difference of more than €30. Only then did the waitress point out that "on Saturdays there's a mandatory €10 drink," something we weren't told when we booked, when we walked in, or even when we ordered. The waitress then insisted that we should have checked on Instagram (where it's not mentioned, and anyway, I don't think that's an excuse). We pointed out the unprofessional treatment we'd been given, and she derisively stopped us and called the owner. He insisted that we could have ordered something else from the menu, to which I reiterated that it's not fair to behave like that, so he angrily gave us the actual price and told us to leave the table. I also read another review like this a year ago; I advise you to be wary of places that try to scam you this way. I'm amazed that, after these terrible reviews, the staff continues to behave like this.

31/10/2025: A surreal experience, in a negative sense. As soon as we sat down, we were invited to browse the menu on Instagram and chose several items, including pinsas and chips. But when the waiter arrived, we were told we could basically only order a platter, and when we asked for a Pinha Colada, we were told, "No, it's not in season." The evening (I resisted for an hour) ended with us observing two tables next to ours where pinsas were being served, but we were denied.
