26/08/2025: A coffee, a beer, an aperitif, or an aperitif dinner, enjoyed here in the center of Santa Maria, there's nothing better. With friends, family, or as a couple, you can't go wrong here at Garibaldi.

18/08/2025: Never again.. we arrive at 1pm, they seat us, we order a platter that arrives after 40 minutes while other tables sit after us and in 10 minutes they are served and they completely forget about us.. we order 2 first courses, they bring one and mine is brought after 20 minutes but only because I remind them otherwise I doubt they would have brought it to me, which was even better a nerano which just mentioning it was a tasteless blasphemy without that cream of zucchini that should be there.. we order a frittuta and a plate of baked potatoes, the fried food full of oil and the baked potatoes never arrived and then at the cashier they tell us that they were out and that a boy had come to tell us but it was nothing true and I was waiting for them... In all this, the tables that arrived after us and were more numerous than us had already had everything and one had already left... fed up, we got up to pay and at the cashier not even an apology for everything treated with indifference... trust me, catering is something that doesn't really belong to you...

15/08/2025: A very disappointing experience. We arrived at the pizzeria at 9:00 PM and didn't receive our pizza until around 12:30 AM. The service was disorganized: while other tables were being served, we were completely ignored. Every request was fulfilled with a delay of at least half an hour. Waiting almost five hours for a pizza is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

09/09/2025: They're lucky I didn't take legal action! I already have health problems and ended up in the hospital the next day for food poisoning! I even have the receipt and medical report! A young boy greeted us and asked me if I had a reservation, but I told him yes, and that even if I hadn't, the place was empty except for another couple with a newborn (I hope they're okay), so there was still room. However, at the sight of the stroller, with a two-month-old baby, he tried to get me to sit near the play area so the baby could play as he pleased. And there we were... Meh... I insisted, telling him I don't think he can play given his age. By insisting, I managed to get a nicer seat, at least that... When I went to the bathroom, I found it filthy, with pubic hair everywhere and the smell of man fluids!! Let's move on to the food. My partner and I ordered everything seafood-based, but there was something that didn't convince us! The shrimp were soft and black. The mussels smelled bad, with a strange aftertaste... so much so that we left most of them behind. But clearly I ate more than her, as well as the rest, and you could tell the difference. My partner got away with a bad stomach ache, thankfully! The portion of fried food was supposed to be generous for two people, but to this day, I say thankfully, it wasn't! The waiters were illogical and uninterested in serving me; I had to ask for everything every time. The two small plates, the glasses, the bread, the cutlery. I could hear the owner, 'I think' sitting off to the side like a customer, giving the kids homework. In my opinion, they weren't the right people! I obviously don't recommend it, and if I were to go back, I wouldn't have chosen this place!!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, because that was my mistake. Unfortunately, for the food and service, you can't give less than one star!

07/09/2025: The restaurant is stylishly decorated and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the service organization is poor. The staff seems inexperienced, sometimes unprofessional, and lacks clear leadership. This resulted in long waits and even lost orders. The food itself was solid in terms of taste, but overpriced for the quality. Overall, the restaurant didn't meet my expectations. Therefore, I can't recommend it.

05/10/2025: I'm referring to the response to (pankaki soski's) review. I was there too, and denying the obvious seems unprofessional, especially with the words you used. It's what you call it. If we want to dot the i's, the change was only made for one pizza, namely the stuffed crust. The beers weren't 7-8, but 4. We asked for the candle; you, the person writing this, were obviously not informed! The pizzas are objectively not worth what you're asking for. The review was written with discretion and without offending, as you did. I repeat, it's what you call it based on your response. Ask yourself why there were only a handful of us that Saturday. I came about two years ago, and it wasn't like that; you've obviously changed the pizza maker or the food. That said, if I have to put myself on your level, "you buy it and you come."

10/09/2025: We came one evening with family and sat outside, forgetting that they didn't have any awning lighting (the absence was justified by a storm that hadn't happened recently). They still made us sit in the dark area, without considering that eating in the dark isn't ideal. We even asked for a candle in the center of the table, but we were told they didn't have any. We were asked to move and sat under the wall, but until then everything was fine. We ordered pizzas and beers (Leffe 33cl for a modest €6, but that was also our fault in not seeing the price on the menu). We waited 40 minutes for the first three pizzas and were alone when we arrived. And then after another 10-15 minutes, more pizzas arrived, while by then the first ones had already gone cold. The next day, in the end, none of us felt well; there was obviously something wrong with the toppings. The crust was nonexistent and crunchy, not like the typical Caserta pizza. The chips on the pizza were burnt and stale, as if they'd been fried first and then reheated in the oven to keep them warm... For 6 pizzas like these and the service, €100 isn't worth it in my opinion. Maybe it's worth trying as a grill and restaurant :|

06/08/2025: Ordered 6 sandwiches via Deliveroo, and they arrived on time and still hot. No bad sandwiches, and most importantly, for my tastes, the best sandwich in the area... perfectly grilled bread, well-cooked meat, superb sides, and plenty of sauce. Excellent value for money!! Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: Truly a hellish day. I'll start by saying that the owners are rude and truly impolite. Prices are out of line, truly exorbitant. The place is dirty, with trash and stained loungers, making it truly disgusting to lie down. Not to mention the food... truly inedible. Change your profession, it's not for you. Working with people requires heart and passion. That's exactly what you and your staff lack.

19/07/2025: Unfortunately, nothing positive...where to start...entrance 12 euros per person, umbrella with two bar chairs, a pool for adults just right.....but....EVERYONE WITHOUT A CAP!!!!!!! Diving everywhere, I didn't understand who the lifeguard was because he didn't have an identification shirt...then full of FLIES, flies everywhere even far from food..I'm sorry but....NEVER AGAIN!!!

17/08/2025: I ordered takeout for 8:20, not only did the delivery driver never arrive, but when I showed up at 9:40 because I didn't want to wait any longer, he told me I'd have to wait another 35 minutes. Not recommended.

19/06/2025: If there is someone who does not understand the reasons for the positive reviews, on the contrary I do not understand the negative ones. We have been relying on Pizzeria Don Andrea for our home deliveries for months and honestly we are enthusiastic. Kind staff, light pizzas and exquisite fried foods. The pizza is very digestible and does not leave me with the feeling of heaviness that I usually experience. This is evidently the result of a dough that follows the standard methods. We have only had a few slight hitches in deliveries that were a little late but in our opinion it is all easily tolerable. A message to all those who have not understood anything of what they have eaten: if you are used to the current trends related to gourmet pizzas, you are in the wrong place. Here, only simplicity... and you know... less is more💖

26/08/2025: Call the Treasury! Every time I eat there, they always add 2 or 3 euros! A dish that costs 12 on the menu, when you have to pay, they charge you 15! And not just on one dish!!! Shame on you! I strongly advise anyone who eats there to write down the prices on the menu and carefully check the total price.

22/07/2025: THERE'S A PRICE ON THE MENU, AND THEN THEY ADD 2 TO 3 EUROS MORE TO THE BILL! 15 EUROS FOR A MINIMAL PORTION OF MUSSELS, A SEAFOOD SALAD WITH JUST 3 OR 4 LITTLE THINGS, WHEN OVER THE YEARS THE DISHES HAD BEEN PLENTY. I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 5 YEARS, BUT ON SATURDAY YOU CONFIRM THAT IT'S NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO COME TO YOU BECAUSE YOU RAISE THE PRICES YOURSELF, YOU DON'T UPDATE THE MENU WITH THE PRICES, AND YOU DRAMATICALLY DECREASE THE PORTIONS. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

10/08/2025: Zero service I sat down at 9pm at 11pm the sandwich still hasn't arrived I received a portion of chips at 11pm without the sandwich the sandwich order disappeared... no one said sorry for what happened for me zero!!

27/09/2025: Well-maintained venue both inside and out, very friendly staff, fast service, generous portions and excellent quality.

20/09/2025: While it's impossible to comment on the overall restaurant experience, the pizzeria experience was disappointing. The hour-long wait, the unhelpful staff, and the annoyed attitude following our complaints all contributed to a negative experience. The pizza was served cold, with poor-quality ingredients, including questionable prosciutto and imitation parmesan. Ultimately, the pizzeria experience was not satisfactory.

12/10/2025: A terrible place. Last night we went to "O Merican": we paid 30 euros for a measly pizza, 2 croquettes, and a small beer, after a two-hour delay. When we asked for an explanation of the price, they explained that it was high because it was part of the "piano bar experience" with music and table service (which was absent). This restaurant has nothing American about it; it just reminds us of a seedy Neapolitan place where the boss of ceremonies used to be.

07/09/2025: Excellent service, excellent food, beautiful and clean atmosphere, run by a lovely family, very friendly and helpful people. Only note: The price was a bit high for what we ate. But we'll definitely see you again next year.

01/11/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We ate at this restaurant expecting a more refined menu (we were promised a "suit" for four), but we ended up with tiny portions: a small croquette, a few fries, a mini omelette, and a meatball each. We felt cheated, especially after the initial description, which suggested otherwise. Furthermore, many of the items listed on the menu were unavailable, and what we'd seen on social media—advertised with inviting photos and generous portions—turned out to be completely different in person. It's a shame, because a little sincerity and respect for customers would have been enough to avoid such a disappointment.

26/10/2025: Poor service... incompetent waiters, different courses than those seen in the advertisements, appetizer courses all on one plate, the bread was finished and was brought to us when the first course arrived... among other things, the first and second courses were brought together, we had asked for a local wine and we were brought a wine that cost €25, and to the bill added two Cokes and an extra wine we didn't order... NEVER AGAIN!!
