I had lunch at this restaurant, which I've known for years. Salvatore, the owner, and his wife Yaima are always kind and extremely welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, and the service is attentive. High-quality food, prepared and served promptly. Highly recommended. If you want to eat great food and not spend a fortune, this is the place for you.

The quality of the food is simply top-notch. The fish was incredibly fresh, you could taste it right away with the first bite, and every dish was meticulously crafted. It's not your standard all-you-can-eat, but decidedly superior, comparable (if not better) to many à la carte restaurants. I tried several courses, from sushi to hot dishes, and everything was truly delicious. I absolutely recommend it!

I visit Japanese restaurants a lot and this one, given its extremely high quality, shouldn't be an all you can eat, but a luxury à la carte restaurant... congratulations indeed!

Caserta has many restaurants serving Japanese cuisine, but most of them are actually Chinese, and only three or four are run by Italians with chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine. Among these, I believe the best are Bushi - Umami and Nippon. Having tried them all several times, I can confirm that Bushi (for me) is tops. All three compete highly in terms of quality, but Bushi is a cut above in every respect: location, parking, beauty of the venue, cleanliness, quality of food, and the ease of ordering on the menu. The owners truly put their heart and soul into ensuring the best possible service for their customers and ensuring they leave satisfied. The venue is immaculate, beautiful to look at, and a pleasure to experience. The menu is incredibly easy to understand thanks to the tablet and its extensive menu, divided into various sections. The fish is all top-quality, every dish is of high quality and highly digestible. I've never had any problems; when something is good, it's good. The staff is friendly and quick. The chefs are friendly, and with the titmouse in full view, you can see their professionalism and cleanliness. The owner is very kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Maintaining a restaurant like this at this level isn't always easy, and here you can see the commitment and dedication. Guests should always remember the hard work that goes into running a restaurant like this, and especially try to use the restrooms with all due care. It's unfair that the owners have to fix things broken by rude people every time, as if it were a nightclub. Some people use the restrooms and use them inappropriately. As a former restaurant owner, I fully understand the commitment required to ensure the full functionality of all this, and especially the ongoing expenses that come with it. In conclusion, a 100% recommended restaurant with a quality all-you-can-eat service that justifies the price and the price difference from other places that are anything but Japanese restaurants. I don't remember if they still have the à la carte menu, but the great thing is that there's never been a difference between the à la carte menu and the all-you-can-eat option. What do you mean? I mean, as I always say, when there's quality, there's quality. Thank you.

Elegant and refined atmosphere. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. The meat melts in your mouth, I've never had a stomach ache from fried food, and the fish is exceptional. I also love the touch of natural color on some dishes, making them unique compared to other similar dishes. The service was perfect: friendly, efficient, fast, and very polite. Perfect!

I'll start by saying that we arrived late (10:30 PM), but we chose this restaurant because it closed at midnight. Everything was delicious, and the location was very elegant, unlike the usual sushi restaurants in Naples. However, it's unacceptable that the waiter snorted in our faces with every dish served. It's not something you do, especially since I didn't snort when I paid the bill. Next time, if you don't want people to sit down late, please let us know so you can avoid these embarrassing situations.
