McDonald's In Lusciano

Terrible service, I had to wait 40 minutes for some fries, a sandwich and a coke, it was never brought to my table, I had to collect it at the cashier... for the fries there was little bacon, for the rest ok.

Along with my family, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Sabrina for her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. During our visits to McDonald's in Trentola, she always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome, and demonstrating great customer service. Congratulations on her excellent work and thank you for the dedication she puts into her service every day.

Small free parking lot. Surveillance should be increased and service improved.

We visited McDonald's in Trentola, and the experience was consistent with the usual McDonald's quality: familiar, high-quality products, fast service, and an atmosphere suited especially for a casual meal. A special mention goes to the staff who served us at our table after taking our number: very kind, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant doesn't have many parking spaces, so you can park in the nearby Jambo paid parking lot.

I stopped in for a quick guilty pleasure snack. Christian at McCafe was just the kindest soul as we exchanged bilingual pleasantries. He made my heart smile and brightened my day. Grazie mille, Christian!
