19/07/2024: The managers of the restaurant demonstrated absolute unreliability and lack of seriousness. I had booked my graduation party at this facility, availability for the desired date was immediately confirmed, and we set the event for the end of July. A week before the date, despite having already invited everyone, one of the restaurant managers informed me via a WhatsApp message that it would no longer be possible to use their space for my party. The reason? They decided to bring the holidays forward, even though my booking had already been confirmed. What's more, they have practically denied any responsibility, without offering any kind of help in finding an alternative or attempting to mitigate the inconvenience caused. I was forced to postpone my party, since all the other structures contacted at the last minute were already booked. Never seen anything like it. I categorically do not recommend this place. *In the response the managers claim that I did not confirm the date. During our "brief meeting" I offered to provide a deposit just in order to confirm it, but they refused, and I was also told that I could calmly think about the details of the menu in the following days. Always in person, the manager marks my date in her diary and has me fill out a form with her with all the organizational details of the party. I would have stopped by the restaurant over the weekend, in agreement with the manager who told us there were no problems, to define the menu and communicate the actual number of guests. They refuse the advances and don't want to agree on the menu straight away, but then it's the customers' fault.

18/07/2024: I gestori del locale hanno dimostrato un'assoluta inaffidabilità e mancanza di serietà. Avevo prenotato la mia festa di laurea presso questa struttura, da subito mi era stata confermata la disponibilità per la data desiderata, e fissiamo l'evento per la fine di luglio. A una settimana dalla data, nonostante abbia già invitato tutti, una delle responsabili del ristorante mi ha informato tramite un messaggio su WhatsApp che non sarebbe stato più possibile utilizzare il loro spazio per la mia festa. La ragione? Hanno deciso di anticipare le ferie, nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse già stata confermata. Per di più, hanno praticamente declinato ogni responsabilità, senza offrire alcun tipo di aiuto per trovare un'alternativa o tentare di mitigare il disagio causato. Mi sono vista costretta a posticipare la mia festa, poiché tutte le altre strutture contattate all'ultimo minuto erano già prenotate. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Sconsiglio categoricamente questo locale.

22/03/2025: Modern, well-kept, clean place. Very kind staff starting from the welcome, efficient and fast service. Let's get to the food. I tried the montanare both classic and the one with mortadella, soft dough and you absolutely don't feel that it's fried. Fresh and quality ingredients. The pizza boasts a vast menu and you really are spoiled for choice in fact you have to go there in my opinion at least a couple of times. The dough is very light and the particularity that they can make you even not the classic. Only one flaw ... among all those offered were available only the whole wheat one and another. Really good ingredients, fresh and well cooked. Prices a little above average but as I always say, when it's worth it they are well spent. Paid about 30 per person without dessert. Ps. There is an entrance reserved for take-away only.

24/02/2025: Top notch pizzeria. The product is qualitatively exceptional, prepared with high-quality raw materials. The Crocché is truly artisanal, made with potatoes! We tasted both the traditional and the wholemeal dough and I must say that they are both excellent, perfectly digestible. The places are very welcoming, modern furnishings and visible mixer (nice idea). Finally the staff: all very kind and professional. Particular note for Emanuele who plays his role with professionalism and passion, something the customer notices and appreciates. In short: we have found a new reference pizzeria in Caserta.

29/03/2025: Pizza eccellente, eravamo 21 persone e l’attesa è stata breve, antipasto abbondante e particolare selezione di salumi e formaggi! Funghi porcini buonissimi, personale accogliente e disponibile! Un plauso a Roberta che ci ha assistito per le necessità tutta la sera!

29/03/2025: A nice surprise! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on a rainy day that we just wanted to dedicate to a walk. Luckily it rained otherwise we wouldn't have found this restaurateur. The only limit was our age which does not allow excesses. The offer is very wide and varied but mushrooms make up the majority. Excellent appetizers with beans with chestnuts and exceptional mushrooms. We had some excellent tagliatelle and a mushroom fillet as a second course with sautéed vegetables. Homemade desserts and excellent local wine. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

23/03/2025: Sunday lunch, quiet place, from the outside you can't really appreciate it but inside the restaurant you feel like you're in a family environment with excellent home-made cuisine. Careful and attentive service. The lady was truly welcoming and helpful, the high-level chef prepared some delicious dishes.

06/01/2025: A location that recalls the 80s of my childhood, where you feel at home, welcoming and warm, delicious food and pizzas, delicious dough, we were both with my family and with my boyfriend, I chose a pizza designed by me and I was satisfied with a delicious and perfect pizza full of flavour. Staff very kind and attentive to every need of the customer, the owner Mr. Maddalena very kind, very friendly and helpful. Our favorite pizzeria in a lovely setting of Francolise Castle

23/02/2025: Un’esperienza di mare da ripetere. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare all’Officina Zio Pesce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! L’atmosfera è accogliente e il servizio cordiale, ma il vero protagonista è il pesce, freschissimo e cucinato benissimo. Abbiamo iniziato con un cuoppo di fritto di mare croccante e asciutto, un perfetto equilibrio di sapori e leggerezza. Poi abbiamo assaporato un delizioso fusillo con ragù di dentice, un primo piatto avvolgente e ricco di gusto. Infine, il dentice alla siciliana ha chiuso in bellezza la serata: un piatto saporito, ben bilanciato nei suoi ingredienti mediterranei. Un ristorante assolutamente consigliato per chi ama il pesce e cerca qualità e passione in cucina ad un prezzo adeguato. Tornerò sicuramente!

20/02/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile all’Officina Zio Pesce a Caserta! Durante la nostra gita alla Reggia di Caserta, io e i miei compagni di classe abbiamo deciso di pranzare all’Officina Zio Pesce, ed è stata una scelta più che azzeccata! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande calore e gentilezza. La signora, con una disponibilità rara, ci ha aiutati a creare un menù personalizzato in base al nostro budget di 20 euro, riuscendo persino a farci risparmiare qualcosa. I piatti erano semplicemente deliziosi: pesce freschissimo, cucinato alla perfezione, con sapori autentici che raccontano tutta la tradizione locale. Le porzioni abbondanti e la cura nella presentazione hanno reso il pasto ancora più speciale. L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente e familiare, il servizio rapido ed efficiente, perfetto per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. È stato evidente quanto amore e passione vengano messi ogni giorno nel lavoro, facendoci sentire a casa anche lontano da casa. Consigliamo vivamente Officina Zio Pesce a chiunque passi per Caserta, sia per un pranzo veloce che per un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente!

16/03/2025: Good quality of food, everything very well cooked, the cheek is spectacular, the sweet shortcrust pastry flower is good. The selection of wines needs to be improved. I would prefer tablecloth and napkins to blow.
