28/09/2025: We went on September 27, 2025, three of us—my husband, myself, and my 14-year-old daughter—for my birthday, and we had a fantastic time! The rooms were perfect, compared to other hotels... when you woke up, you went downstairs and found a breakfast that was WOW! Croissants, tarts, and for those who prefer a savory breakfast, too! What can I say? A gorgeous hotel, with a pool in the back for relaxing, delicious food, and for the price, it's excellent—in fact, magnificent! The staff were especially kind, and we extend our compliments to the chef!!! Highly recommended!

Excellent food quality, impeccable time management, meticulous attention to detail, and a stunning location! We had so many guests (over 300) and received endless compliments from each of them: some even complimented the type of dishes chosen for the dessert buffet, highlighting the professionalism behind the plating. 11/10/2025: A confirmation! We returned to this trattoria next to the Mother Church after a year, welcomed by the owner Silvano. We had a great time. My wife, I, and our two-year-old daughter, even though the place was packed (on a Saturday), had no problems. The quality-price ratio is definitely good.

30/09/2025: What a journey... when I reached the hare dish, I literally cried. I gave this experience to a dear friend of mine for his thirtieth birthday, and in the end, I decided to give it to myself as well. We expected it, and we found so much. All the staff in the dining room were extremely kind, and I appreciated the fact that they adjusted to our level: precise, but without the formality that often only creates detachment. At the end of the evening, we even ended up playing table football with them: they were so friendly! There were only two seats, so the dining room was all to ourselves. The experience itself was a revelation for me: there are flavors we are completely unaware of, and discovering them like this, one after the other, was astonishing. My favorite dish, as you may have guessed, was the hare. I can't say exactly what was in it or how it was cooked, but I remember closing my eyes and feeling the weight of the (lead-fired) gun, the wild smell, and the atmosphere of the forest. Eating it catapulted me into that fantasy, as if I myself had hunted that hare. It was metaphysical, and I'm not exaggerating. At that moment, a tear slid down my cheek. The rest of the experience was equally memorable, but that was the highlight. Sincere applause to everyone: you were magnificent, and I truly hope to share an experience with you again.

29/08/2025: I was there over a year ago and didn't find it exceptional. There was a strong emphasis on sophistication (the price has to be justified somehow), which I found a bit excessive. I also found the insistence on offering us the wine tasting menu (we had chosen to share one) unpleasant, despite the fact that it was repeatedly pointed out that one of us was driving: certain things should be taken seriously.

02/09/2025: Dual entrances, bar and pizzeria, fast and friendly staff. They also have outdoor seating, and it's easy to find a parking spot. I've been several times; not a bad place for a nice evening.

31/08/2025: Moris is a guarantee of food, service, and hospitality. Over three days, we tried as many dishes as possible from the extensive menu and were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality of the dishes. All this was complemented by a spectacular view in the absolute tranquility of Vitulano. Exceptional value for money. A special hug to Anna and her husband. We hope to see you again soon. 29/06/2025: L'agriturismo Marinella è ormai una tappa obbligata. La cucina migliora di volta in volta. A mio parere è diventata da stelle michelin. Ambiente sempre gentile e disponibile. Per non parlare della simpatia e della cortesia della signora Lia che non ha eguali. Super consigliato.

23/09/2025: History has changed, long-stable balances are now shattered, the once-kind and courteous service is now extremely poor, almost crude. At the cash register, waiters, unsympathetic to longtime customers who are treated like fools in their presence, wildly invent prices, often doubling the cost of what was consumed in unacceptable disarray. Despite this, we remained faithful to the memory of what this place once was; there was a willingness to turn a blind eye, but it is no longer a serious place to visit with joy. Beauty is no longer enough to mask serious incidents. With great regret, after numerous unrewarding experiences, I will not return. It's not worth it.
