14/03/2024: Super recommended place. Tasting menu consisting of 10 finger foods, 8 dishes with cutlery (including dessert) and a very generous small pastry. Very high level of cuisine, worthy of two Michelin stars. A special thank you to Gabriele, the waiter who took care of the table, for his care in describing the dishes and for acting as a guide in the cellar and in the laboratory. The only note is that maybe I would have added 1-2 courses to the menu

The fact is...that more attention to the customer from the owner...having found the errors there should have been! Clarify the type of ingredients.

06/04/2024: Food quality not bad, service terrible. We sat down and after 15 minutes where we didn't even have the table set we had to ask for a menu to order. Among other things, we order an appetizer taking it for granted that it was for two people, in reality we split it in two but it was poor even for a single person and I would have expected at least that the waitress when ordering would point out that it was for one person. Very MINIMUM quantity of food. I ordered baked potatoes as a side dish for the second course which were RAW, I pointed this out and they brought them back to me after two minutes, heated in the microwave and unseasoned, left there. After finishing dinner, we waited about 30 minutes before leaving but we would have liked to be able to order dessert and coffee but it was not possible as the waiters were not at all attentive to the customers in the room. Too bad, I expected more.

24/03/2024: Although I cannot deny the excellent food and the kindness of the staff, I cannot help but give 2 stars to the place because yesterday 03/24/2024 I ordered two pizzas and two beers with home delivery which never arrived. Order placed at 8pm for delivery at 9.45pm. I can understand the delay, since it was Saturday, but not delivering them is completely unprofessional. I thank the pizzeria, whose name I am not reporting for the sake of correctness, which repaired the damage, called at 11pm and delivered at 11.30pm

01/01/2024: Trovati per caso, siamo rimasti piacevolmenti colpiti, proprietaria e personale accoglienti, le proposte del menù con piatti della tradizione anche se presentati con qualche rivisitazione, non hanno perso la loro identità. Materie prime ottime. Ci ritorneremo, alla prossima
