04/05/2025: A go-to place for quality sandwiches and pizzas, excellent ingredients, and always helpful and friendly staff. A welcoming place, suitable for families with children. When there's a Napoli match, it transforms into a serious Club Napoli where you can eat and drink while watching the game on the many TVs.

12/07/2025: The bread dough remains excellent, but the rest is of poor quality. The counter service needs revising; you can't fool the customer who orders and pays. The customer watches and judges; don't think the two girls are the ones who are clever, even when it comes to serving. The bakery rightly sells bread, but be careful about the first course: two cannelloni, and I mean two, can't cost €8; it's also very expensive.

21/09/2025: I'm still at the table and I have to say it's a wonderful restaurant. The owner is polite, professional, and explains everything before you sit down, so if you don't like the menu, you don't have to stay! The waiters are helpful and ready immediately despite the crowds. The cuisine is perfect, and compliments to those behind the scenes: the chef, the assistant chef, and the dishwashers. Everyone is an excellent team for carrying this project forward. I'm reviewing this before I finish eating because I can already tell everything will be great. After the appetizers and first courses, we can say it's top-notch, so the second course and everything else will be just as good. If you come to visit Pietralcina, you can't miss the La Vecchia Fattoria restaurant. Served by Roberto and Francesco, very friendly, professional, and above all polite. Congratulations to everyone, they were great, and they conclude by saying the menu is affordable for everyone, fair, plentiful, and honest.

It also features a delightful outdoor space, ideal for enjoying dinner on summer evenings. The decor is modern and thoughtfully designed, with subtle lighting that creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate every request. But the real star is the pizza, exceptional in every version, with a wide selection of flavors ranging from classics to more unique and innovative options, capable of surprising even the most discerning palates. The location, just steps from the Arch of Trajan, is a beautiful one.

06/09/2025: The place is lovely and definitely worth a visit, even just to admire the themed rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, but the food isn't what it used to be. This was our fourth visit, but the quality of the sandwich has deteriorated. Extremely dry, the bread a bit dry, not enough sauce, and the egg inside was overcooked. I'd say the bread is the worst thing; I'd suggest replacing it. It's a shame, because otherwise, it's a truly worthwhile place. Recommended for the experience, but not for the burgers.

19/09/2025: Magnificent medieval-style restaurant with very elaborate cuisine. We highly recommend it.

22/08/2025: In the charming Candelo, a medieval-style tavern that fits perfectly with its setting. We had the pleasure of choosing from the menu displayed outside the magnificent entrance, which was undoubtedly inviting. Even though we were accompanied by our parrot on this out-of-town trip, they kindly welcomed us and seated us in a magnificent, softly lit room with wooden tables, fresh roses on each, and pewter plates. The appetizer was delicious: the stuffed eggplant was expertly executed, the beef tartare with onions was delicious, and not to mention the porcini mushroom dish. We chose to enjoy them fried and accompanied by veal fillet. To finish it all, a berry sorbet and an excellent mint panna cotta. Dinner was accompanied by breadsticks and fresh bread. Along with our coffee, we were served some delicious sweets. The service was impeccable and truly kind. At the end of this pleasant experience, we also had the pleasure of seeing the entire venue, meticulously designed down to the last detail: lighting, spaces, colors, materials... Candelo's style is evident throughout the tavern, which also offers ample space for hosting conferences in a dedicated room. The upstairs offers a delightful view, with meticulously designed furnishings. We'll definitely be back, and congratulations to all the staff!

24/04/2025: The pizza is exceptional!!!! But the other proposals are also highly recommended!!! In the center of Frasso Telesino, it is definitely a place worth visiting!

17/02/2025: I'm here on a business trip, I ate at this pizzeria this evening and I can say that the girl was really courteous and kind, the pizza dough was good, as well as the almond and black cherry dessert. Nothing negative, worth trying.😄

14/09/2025: Dishes are well-presented and generally good, but the service and kitchen are too slow. Orders were placed at around 9:00 PM, and appetizers arrived an hour later, while the other dishes were brought at 11:00 PM. Too much! Portions are moderately small.

The eggplant parmigiana... simply amazing: authentic flavor, generous portions, and an aroma that captivates from the first bite. 11/08/2025: A STATELY experience! Everything is a work of art: from the renovated 19th-century farmhouse to the chef's dishes and the estate's wines (special mention for the Falanghina sparkling wine); from the kindness of Anna, Valerio, Mara, and the entire staff, to the pool, suitable even for the littlest ones (our daughter, under two, had a blast thanks to the 10-centimeter-high edge, allowing her to move freely). Even our cattle dog was pampered and welcomed into the shaded pool on the last day. Congratulations 🍾

01/08/2025: My wife and I were Franco's guests for lunch, as we will soon have the pleasure of hosting a reception at his premises. The restaurant is easily accessible and conveniently located, offering a stunning view and a relaxing poolside setting. The atmosphere is generally pleasant and the staff are attentive. During lunch, we felt privileged by both the owner and the waiters. Particular attention was paid to both the promptness of the service and the selection of dishes. Each course was generous and delicious, with a blend of flavors pleasing to the palate and perfectly balanced. The red wine offered was very good, drinks were always chilled at the table, and the waitresses were courteous in providing excellent service. Despite our excellent relationship with Franco, the quality of the food and the skill in managing the restaurant are undeniable. Recommended for any type of event, as the owner will certainly know how to accommodate any request. Congratulations!
