Everything was perfect! The food was of the highest quality.

I discovered it by chance on Google Maps while looking for a place to have lunch while traveling. The gentleman in the dining room was truly kind and knowledgeable in his service and descriptions of the dishes, which were truly excellent. It's the perfect balance between traditional cuisine and gourmet cuisine that experiments and succeeds well, without overdoing it. The price reported by the Google average is incorrect because it doesn't match the prices on the menu, and I find it hard to imagine that many people limit themselves to appetizers (which alone cost around €20). Overall, the prices are in line with other restaurants of this type, so the quality-price ratio is fair, considering that some of the dishes require fairly elaborate preparation. However, I only realized after paying, upon leaving the restaurant, that the side dish was charged incorrectly, as I had been told it was included with one of the two main courses, but I may have misunderstood what was stated when ordering. In conclusion, a truly positive experience!

We stopped here on the road from Rome to Lecce, tired of spending a lot of money on subpar food at the service station, and we've already decided to return on every future trip along the same route! The owner is incredibly kind, and the food is divine and very unique (the nettle fettuccine was excellent, and the smoked pork rib was so good it was moving). The bill was surprisingly affordable for the quality of what we ate. The icing on the cake: the owner is an animal lover and even happily welcomed our dog!

The food and hospitality were top-notch. The cod was undeniably perfect, but looking around, all the dishes were very inviting. The "Il Brigantaccio" amaro to finish is highly recommended. Mr. Nino is a great host!

A charming little restaurant on an alleyway off the main street... friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. The cod parcels are fantastic, and the cassata is delicious.
