03/05/2026: My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant on May 3, 2026. We ordered a first course, an extra drink each, a bottle of water, and two liqueurs, and spent €35. It was absolutely excellent value for money. For my first course, I ordered tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. I felt like I was having lunch at my grandmother's house, warmed up inside. It was a truly delicious dish, starting with the homemade pasta with game ragù, which was truly well-prepared. I highly recommend this place, especially for the very polite and friendly staff. If you're in Telese, you absolutely must eat here.

The pizza, made by Franco, a pizza chef with decades of experience and a deep knowledge of the subject, is light and tasty. We ordered a classic marinara and a log, which was a pleasant surprise. Franco's kindness and courtesy make him stand out from his more highly-regarded colleagues. Next time, we'll try what we thought were some inviting panuozzi.

An evening meal from another era, you'll feel right at home with your grandmother (a grandmother from San Giorgio, of course). A complete establishment: bar, farmhouse, restaurant, pizzeria, and unlike many who try to do everything with poor results, this "all-around" approach works very well here. Local products, quality ingredients, and a wealth of tradition. Informal but punctual service. The cuisine is very seasoned, and we recommend arriving on an empty stomach. Excellent value for money. The place is nestled in the greenery of Monte Erbano, immaculately clean, and offers a rejuvenating view. What we tried: • Charcuterie board: Homemade and top-quality. • Fiorentina steak: Simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had. There are no photos because we literally "raided" the dishes as soon as they arrived, but trust me: everything was delicious. If you're looking for substance and a wonderful setting, stop here. 16/04/2026: I dined here while walking the Via Francigena, recommended by the lady at the B&B who was hosting me. I ate paccheri with guinea fowl stew, which alone would have been enough to fill me up, and the best lamb I've ever tasted. I also saw a sumptuous mixed antipasto served. Adequate service and a welcoming atmosphere, despite there being a birthday party with dozens of children in the next room.

04/05/2026: A decidedly negative experience. We entered this pizzeria to order pizza by the slice, but the welcome was terrible from the start. The simple noise of a glass being thrown into the trash can caused the lady behind the counter (the one with the big hair clip on her head) to become extremely agitated, immediately displaying an annoyed and unprofessional attitude. During the order, instead of helping or guiding the customer, she responded rudely and impatiently, as if we were bothering her. When we asked for a center piece of the pizza pan (which was available, by the way), she refused in an annoyed tone, still giving me a different piece than what I requested (she gave me the corner). Beyond the quality of the food, which is secondary, what is striking is the total lack of courtesy and attention toward the customer. Walking into a restaurant and feeling annoyed and treated arrogantly is unacceptable. A smile and a minimum of politeness should be the foundation of any business dealing with the public.
