11/04/2025: Super welcoming, warm and familiar place. There are many choices on the menu, the portions are generous and the dishes tasty. Good range of beers available. The owner also has a very nice aperitif/winery/cocktail place nearby, that one was closed but upon request they still made us a noteworthy White Russian!!

17/08/2025: Stunning location, surrounded by pristine nature, excellent, top-quality food! The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive to their guests' every need! To top it all off, a super-clean organic pool with a well-stocked bar and the option of a generous aperitif! A little corner of paradise where you can truly feel at home. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: Before the start of Cautano in Poetry, I had lunch at Agriturismo Al Tavernone, and I have fond memories of it. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, with a dining room filled with the aroma of authentic, local cuisine. A father's tradition passed down to his children, as happens at Agriturismo Al Tavernone, has only one meaning: the value of family. And here, you can feel it in every detail. Welcoming, yes, just like a large family, Luisa and Ciro are formidable. The menu offers typical local dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, cooked with care and passion. Rich and flavorful appetizers, homemade first courses, and second courses that showcase the authentic flavors of tradition. The house wine is also excellent, perfect to accompany the meal. The herbal and fennel liqueurs are exceptional, not to mention the Strega tiramisu and all the fresh fruit. The service is friendly and attentive, always ready to offer advice and make guests feel at home. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover the cuisine of Sannio in a genuine setting, where tradition and warmth go hand in hand. Oh, and I almost forgot, the establishment also has a natural water pool, perfect for relaxing in the greenery. I will definitely return, because when I feel at home, I always come back...

03/06/2025: Eravamo in zona per lavoro e abbiamo cercato un posto tipico dove mangiare. Questo locale ci è sembrato quello giusto. Abbiamo ordinato dei primi piatti e la loro specialità: la carne di cinghiale. I primi erano molto buoni, in particolare il ragù di cinghiale, che consiglio vivamente. La carne, invece, ci ha convinto un po’ meno, non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzi nella media.

01/06/2025: Cena indimenticabile. Tutto buonissimo, il proprietario ci accoglie e ci racconta un po’ il menù, e i piatti del fuori menù, tutto proveniente dalla sua masseria e dal suo orto, anche il Pecorino servito nell’antipasto lo fa lui. Fantastico! Bistecca di cinghiale ottima, tagliatelle ai funghi antipasto e contorni tutto una delizia, per non parlare dei dolci, il babà alla strega strepitoso, ne avrei mangiati altri 2. Se dovessimo tornare da queste parti si andrà diretti al cinghiale per provare altri piatti sicuramente eccezionali. Ci siamo trovati bene, locale piccolo e accogliente, si sente la passione per la cucina e per i prodotti di ottima qualità.

We've been customers for a while now, and Blue Moon, along with the staff and Pietro, have become a pleasant stop before departing Italy. Selected ingredients, authentic presentations, and a welcoming, family atmosphere are what you'll find. Enjoy your meal!

11/07/2025: We sat down at 9:30 PM, it's 11 PM, and we still haven't eaten the pizzas we ordered. However, at the table next to us, they preferred to bring pizzas with Nutella for dessert and not serve a table that hadn't eaten anything yet. In response to the owner, I'm attaching the receipt. I don't usually lie or disparage the work of anyone I respect. That said, the pizza was excellent; you should just organize yourselves better.

21/08/2025: Beautiful property with exquisite staff. Excellent food, abundant in abundance. Lovely rooms with excellent linens. A delightful pool. Surrounded by greenery, the Cancelleria farmhouse is a charming place. An excellent experience.

16/06/2025: We went to lunch with family and they welcomed us with the utmost cordiality. We enjoyed the lunch, everything was very good and of high quality!

13/07/2025: The place is well-kept and clean, the service is good but the transparency of what you spend is to be considered in the evaluation value is (0)... we asked for the menu and it was not given to us, explained verbally what to eat and I tell you that an appetizer for 2 which were 2 slices of mortadella 2 of capocollo 2 of pancetta 4 slices of salami and 2 of cheese with a side dish with 3 handfuls of side dishes (peppers/mushrooms/aubergines) cost €34 (absurd)... plus 1 second course for 2 (a slice of meat approximately 400g no more with all the bone) cost €46... (a real scam) a portion of chips (€5).... 1 lemon sorbet and 1 slice of babá (€13) 1 small coke 1 glass of wine 1 bottle of water. Total spent €110..final (food for 1 person, bill for 4 people)...now they do what they want, there are no more controls and they take advantage of the politeness and do-goodism of the customers because they have to get up and leave without paying...last thing (the bill written by hand on a piece of paper without a header and above all without a receipt...now we are at the end of our tether...thanks to the state that allows all this....(it is done to those who put in more)...the consumer pays the expenses....we are ruined😑

07/07/2025: The dishes we tried were really excellent, the Marchigiana steak the same. However, we thought the cost of the appetizers was exaggerated: 16.5 euros each.

27/04/2025: I am a Belgian pilgrim heading to Santa Maria di Leuca, what was my surprise 😲 to discover this restaurant! The boss welcomed me with great kindness and invited me to a gourmet meal!!! Thank you boss and the staff for your big heart ❤️ and gratitude to providence

03/08/2025: The pizzeria is primarily for takeout, but it has a small indoor dining room with about twenty seats. Don't expect Neapolitan pizza, because this one is more like a focaccia. I ordered a DOC pizza 🍕, but there wasn't even a hint of basil (as required by the regulations), and the cherry tomato 🍅 I chose wasn't the right one. Paper placemats cover the pizzas, but drinks aren't available. Table service is quick. Upon payment, the receipt wasn't punched.
