Discovered by chance, loved by choice! On the way back from Rome, we discovered this osteria in Faicchio based on the reviews, and I must say they are 100% accurate. The place is nestled in the greenery of Monte Erbano, immaculately clean, and offers a rejuvenating view. What we tried: • Charcuterie board: Homemade and top-quality. • Fiorentina steak: Simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had. There are no photos because we literally "raided" the dishes as soon as they arrived, but trust me: everything was delicious. If you're looking for substance and a wonderful setting, stop here. I dined here while walking the Via Francigena, recommended by the lady at the B&B who was hosting me. I ate paccheri with guinea fowl stew, which alone would have been enough to fill me up, and the best lamb I've ever tasted. I also saw a sumptuous mixed antipasto served. Adequate service and a welcoming atmosphere, despite there being a birthday party with dozens of children in the next room.

The quality and variety of the food offered is excellent, the service impeccable, the only flaw is the lack of car parking, I highly recommend it.
