We tasted an excellent appetizer, then moved on to the second course of grilled meat with side dish, all accompanied by an excellent local wine, very qualified and kind staff.

Years later, unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has deteriorated. We paid €30 for an appetizer with practically nothing. There were four of us with a reservation and we wanted to order two entrees, but the waiter immediately told us they couldn't be prepared. I don't understand why this wasn't communicated at the time of booking. Honestly, it was a disappointment. As for the service, the waiter was good and helpful.

Coming here is an incredible culinary experience... plus the excellent welcome from the owner and staff. The restrooms are clean even after hours... highly recommended.

30/06/2026: For the first time in this place, the welcoming and tidy atmosphere, the "tourist menu" is like eating at home... decent house red wine... attentive and professional staff... worth returning
18/05/2026: Welcoming place, very kind owner, reserved parking for customers. The cuisine is truly homemade and with fresh and freshly cooked products. I was there today and plan to return as soon as possible, very affordable prices.

Agriturismo Casale Vitelli

05/05/2026: I stayed at this agriturismo for one night. First of all, I'd like to point out that the road from Cusano Mutri to the property isn't the best. Fortunately, it's paved, but it's uphill with curves and dips, and it's narrow, so it's difficult for two cars to pass in the opposite direction. A positive note, however, is the scenery: it's far from traffic and completely surrounded by greenery and mountains. If you have a dog, this is the perfect place; they can roam free. The owner is an animal lover. Regarding the rooms and food, there are some details that need to be reevaluated. Relaxation is guaranteed, however.
