10/09/2025: The place is cute and really comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, as is the kindness of the staff. The fish is fresh and the sushi is good. I also really enjoyed the wine. That said, I have to say there are a few things that didn't convince me, and I hope the three stars motivate the staff to do better. I'll also explain why: 1) I think keeping an eye on the tables is definitely better than making customers get up every time they need something. 2) In a mixed raw seafood platter, you can't serve shrimp without removing the intestine string (a serious flaw). 3) The pasta dishes lacked that burst of flavor; a well-made shrimp bisque really makes your taste buds soar, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I'll stop here and hope these three points are constructive criticism to help them do better. Prices would be in line with what they'd expected if everything had been perfect. Guys, you can do better...!!!

22/06/2026: A wonderful experience, lunch at Trattoria Masella in Cerreto Sannita. A family atmosphere, beautifully presented food made with seasonal products, those found locally, at a specific time of year. Wild spinach from March to May, eggplant from July onwards, according to an ancient calendar that rejects everything and always, guaranteed by freezing and supermarkets. The flavors are those forgotten, because good cuisine is made from ingredients, be it meat, dairy products, or legumes. The lamb chops are excellent, accompanied by pan-fried chicory sides. Depending on your tastes, Mrs. Filomena knows how to recommend small variations that make the traditional menu truly special, from soups to desserts. We will return soon, in good company, to the trattoria, also encouraged by the good quality/price ratio.

15/03/2026: This is my second time eating here, and as confirmed the first time, the dishes were very good, starting with the appetizers. Everything from the first course to the last was delicious (prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, capicollo, parmigiana, and the version with zucchini and breadcrumbs). As mentioned before, everything was good. Moving on to the first course, I had the fusilli alla sorrentina, which I had already tried last time and this time too, they were delicious (I recommend trying them). Then, moving on to the second course, I tried the tegamino, which was made up of three layers: the first layer was toasted bread, the second layer was porcini mushrooms, and the third layer was melted cheese. Very good, but the only flaw was the bread, which was a little burnt, but overall it was good. Overall, the place is welcoming, a little small, but the service is very polite and kind, and always available. The owner is also very kind, joking, and very helpful. Final notes: I recommend everyone to try it; you will be satisfied with this experience.

19/06/2026: We spent a relaxing weekend at this property, enjoying the quality, courtesy, and professionalism. Spacious rooms, a 5-star spa with a variety of options for different settings and treatments. The spa staff were very friendly and explained everything to us. They were truly highly professional, and you could tell they love their job and aren't there by chance. I also opted for a relaxing massage and was very satisfied. My compliments to the masseur. The restaurant attached to the property was very good and convenient, without the need for a car. A very comprehensive breakfast buffet. A gem of a property just a few kilometers from Benevento. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

18/06/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a day at their spa and were pleasantly surprised. We'd already heard great things about it, but it exceeded our expectations! The spa is spotless, modern, and offers a totally relaxing atmosphere, with special attention to privacy. The spa staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always available, as are all the hotel staff. We'll definitely be back, not only for the wonderful spa but also to stay at the hotel. We highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: When talking about a pizza and giving an opinion after eating it, there's a lot of subjectivity regarding the dough, whether it's thin or thick, the crust or not, the mozzarella, the tomato, and ultimately, digestibility. In my opinion, and having eaten thousands of pizzas, I found this to be an EXCELLENT pizza: excellent dough, very flavorful, well-cooked to the right degree, and last but not least, cooked in a wood-fired oven, where, contrary to what you might think, the temperature constantly fluctuates. In an electric oven, however, it remains almost constant, which is what makes for a good, digestible pizza.

12/07/2026: Frankly, I don't know how to eat or everything else you can appreciate in a restaurant. We went ahead, trusting the reviews we'd read, and asked if there was room for two. They said yes, but immediately specified that we were required to choose one of the two tasting menus. We said fine; it's understandable that on a particular day you can't choose à la carte. But when I told them I had a dairy intolerance, the waitress said she didn't believe it was possible to prepare dishes to meet my needs. I only asked them not to include ingredients that would cause problems. The young lady went to ask the chef, and he confirmed that he couldn't do anything to accommodate my needs. They practically kicked us out; it was the first time ever! Never happened before. Everywhere I've been, I've always found great attention to people with dietary restrictions. This is serious in my opinion. They probably had everything already prepared. The place is beautiful and welcoming, but they're not very welcoming.

09/07/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying a tasting menu at L'Agape and I absolutely don't regret it! The chef admirably showcases the local produce of the Sannio region. The presentation is exquisite, and the flavors are both subtle and pronounced. This is truly haute cuisine in all its hallmarks. I have no doubt that the restaurant will earn its Michelin star in the near future because—in my opinion—it already deserves it. There's nothing flashy about it. Things aren't designed to impress, but rather to serve the dish, the flavor, and therefore the customers. Special mention goes to the wine pairings. Here too, the focus is on local wines, promoting the region, while also paying a vibrant tribute to Bacchus, as they are excellent. The dining room is elegant and welcoming. You feel relaxed and enjoy savoring each dish. As for the staff, what can I say except that they are incredibly kind. Don't hesitate to go, you absolutely won't regret it!

01/06/2026: Great experience! The sandwich and fries were very good. Although the bun may seem small compared to other sandwiches, it's actually substantial and has nothing to envy, so don't be fooled. I also saw slippers arriving at the nearby tables; they looked very good. We ordered a Roger (200g hamburger, crispy bacon, Agevola provola, and peanut butter), a burger with fries (very good), and two small bottles of water. Service included: €25. We waited a bit, but it was Saturday night. Great experience, quiet place.

26/04/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times over the years, and initially it made a good impression. Unfortunately, with subsequent visits, my opinion has deteriorated. The quality of the pizza is very inconsistent: sometimes it's good, but other times it's undercooked or rubbery. Even the ingredients don't always seem to be of good quality. One incident in particular left me truly perplexed: I once found a hair in the dough, which was absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the owner has repeatedly proven rude and intrusive, making the overall experience unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria: the service and quality should be much more attentive and consistent.

28/06/2026: Terrible. We sat down this evening around 9 pm. There were about 5 tables inside and outside, so my sister, my friend, and the dog sat down... we had to wait 10 minutes just to get the menu because there was a guy who was probably a novice, unfortunately, there's a girl inside who was doing the rest, taking orders, cashiering, etc. Nothing to complain about. I've also been a waitress and a bartender, I know what that means, but this kind of discussion is only possible when you have 300 people to manage, not 10 in total... but whatever... After she brought us the menu, I immediately asked the lady if she could at least bring us drinks without having to order sandwiches or anything else. She replied, "Just a minute, I'll take your order inside and be right there." She never showed up, and honestly, after 15 minutes, we decided to leave... why should water be the first thing you ask a customer to do after a hot day like today, when it was 40 degrees! Also, with a 10-year-old girl at the table and a dog, at least the water should have been brought right away; the food would have come later. But oh well, looking at the menu, we didn't even like it. The prices were very high for the quality, and honestly, very little choice. Terrible.

19/05/2026: I returned to this sandwich shop, where I'd been before, intrigued by the new management and some positive comments from friends. I came away completely satisfied: high-quality ingredients, excellent beer, and impeccable service. I tried a double smash burger (the Orazio), which I polished off in a few minutes; it was so good, I was ecstatic. To avoid overdoing it and try another, I went for the fried food (bandidos and onion rings), which were truly delicious. All washed down with an excellent draft beer. Congratulations! Highly recommended. Rating: 10.

25/12/2025: I got some take-away pizzas and was pleasantly surprised, the dough was well-leavened and the ingredients were excellent. The best thing was that the next day the pizza tasted like it had just come out of the oven. The Sardinian pecorino cream was excellent, top notch!!!

20/12/2025: The pizzas are truly excellent, and it was a real surprise to eat them under the new management. You can really feel that the pizza itself seems the same, but as soon as you take the first bite you immediately realize that the dough is lighter and the mozzarella is much more present. In short, well done guys, I'm eagerly awaiting the new flavors.

31/03/2026: We went to watch Italy football play in a World Cup qualifier on TV. The place was quite dead but the service was good, as were the burgers. Beer on special deal was flat and boring. Normally I'd rate this venue a 4 or 3 because they were pleasant and tried hard. However they tried to rip me off on my bar tab. Unacceptable.
