The menu is not updated with fish deception and then being told it's been years since we've done it. Disappointing evening. Price and courtesy. A few steps away. Excellent fish restaurant with guaranteed taste.

26/07/2025: Last night was my first time dining here. I went with friends and we just had a pizza. It was delicious and light. I understand pizza is subjective, but I loved it. The place was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back to try the menu, as I've heard great things about it. I highly recommend it.

25/05/2025: After visiting the village of Guardia Sanframondi we chose to have dinner at “Platano”, and we discovered one of the best restaurants in Sannio. The environment is simple but well-kept, the service efficient and the cuisine offers well-prepared dishes. The ingredients are of excellent quality, in particular the Castelpoto sausage and the Castelfranco caciocavallo. The peasant soup for an appetizer is excellent, the Avellino fusilli and the sausage with broccoli and potatoes are exquisite. We also liked the pizza, the Messicana and the sausage and potatoes, with a soft dough and a crunchy edge. The artisanal desserts are delicious.

20/05/2025: Agriturismo with a fixed menu offered at 25 euros. The interior is made of exposed stone and a vaulted ceiling. The menu includes an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses (industrial), bruschetta, fried mountain pizza, pan with legumes. 2 half first courses served in a single dish and a second course with pork, potatoes, salad. Tiramisu served in single portions, coffee, digestive, water and wine. It's difficult to do better at this price. We'll be back. The outdoor garden furniture needs to be reviewed, all the chairs and the swing were broken and without cushions. Too bad.

However, the prices are quite high for what is offered: the proposals are average and not particularly original compared to other pubs in the area. It wasn't an entirely bad experience, but we would have expected something more.

14/05/2025: A magical place where you would never think of finding so much beauty. I have been going there for ten years, the lady is always kind, helpful, welcoming. For me, excellent location, a stone's throw from Santena, the Grugliasco market and the splendid Beltrame nursery in Trofarello. Airport half an hour's drive away

07/04/2025: I express a very positive opinion for Maison Louis. The owner Luciana makes you feel at home, the rooms are very beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy; the bathroom is very nice. There is also a large terrace overlooking the well-kept and well-kept garden of this renovated farmhouse. The breakfast is excellent, the location is strategic because it is just outside Turin. I would stay here again.

07/07/2025: Vincenzo is a true master: every day he studies, learns and improves with the right humility that must distinguish this sector! The dough is magnificent: light and fragrant, always fresh. The toppings are abundant and of quality. His pizza, whether in the wallet version, or in the cartwheel version, or contemporary, never disappoints and makes you happy and satisfied exactly like a pizza eaten in Naples! The fried foods, and compliments go to his wife, are very good, varied, well breaded and very rich! ❤️

25/06/2025: Welcoming place and really great pizza. The location is quiet and pleasant, and the quality of the products is good. However, the service leaves a little to be desired: the organization is not the most efficient and the staff's availability towards customers could be improved. I strongly recommend booking, indicating the number of seats precisely: we happened to show up in a group with a few more people and unfortunately there were not enough pizzas available for everyone. This created inconvenience and we had to make do. Furthermore, the central appetizer is not well designed for large groups: it does not provide portions for all the guests, forcing you to divide the few pieces. The price? Average, but considering the overall experience, not entirely justified. Too bad, because the place has excellent potential.

16/08/2025: Pleasant and hopeful. Found by chance, for a lunch stop, fixed menu at 30 euros hot and cold starter, first course, second course, side dish, dessert, coffee and bitter, we took a menu and 4 dishes of pasta with fish we spent very little given the quantity of food and the good quality, I recommend it.

10/08/2025: The food was good; we expected better since we'd heard good things about it, but perhaps it being Sunday evening, the fish wasn't as fresh. What really "ruins" the experience is the waiter service: courtesy isn't a strong point, and they weren't very present or friendly, even though there were three tables full... I'm sorry, but that's a sign of a place. Regarding the food, I recommend it, but the customer service is quite lacking.
