This is a wonderful restaurant that we visited twice during our week in Sorrento. We returned because the food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is simply lovely, and the staff are all delightful. The restaurant is tucked along a gorgeous cobbled street in old Sorrento, and they have created a place that sits in that sweet spot where everything just feels right. If we visit Sorrento again we will return without hesitation.

Best food I’ve had in Positano or Sorrento. Excellent service. Nothing fancy, just really good authentic Italian food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to family and friends. Trust me, give it a try.

A restaurant with a terrace on a quiet street, we ate so well that we went back twice more. The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in Sorrento, and the quality is excellent. The service is impeccable; the waitresses are friendly and very professional. The waiter was also very pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Beautiful location in the historic center of Sorrento. We dined outside, excellent food, excellent service, and pleasant background music by Pino Daniele. The desserts were sublime...we'll definitely be back...the girls who welcomed us were wonderful.

Without a doubt! The best family restaurant in Sorrento! Beautiful people working there so welcoming and kind! We tried different places but this was the best food hands down! Highly recommended! My wife even got a hug from the lovely waitress after our second visit! 🇮🇹🍋💚 really cool inside and very nice atmosphere and decoration, also right in the old town! Che ristorante meraviglioso! Grazie mille per averci servito e fatto sentire come a casa. Il cibo è stato fantastico. We will remember Il Pozzo for a long time! Ciao!

We stumbled across Il Pozzo on our first night and liked the look of it and went in. The service, staff and food were all excellent, so when we stumbled across it again on our last night, we'd no hesitation in entering again. The food was excellent on both nights and they have a wide selection of wines available.

A spectacular experience at Il Pozzo, in the heart of Sorrento. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent: Lina, our server, greeted us warmly and guided us with perfect menu recommendations. Her service was attentive, efficient, and very friendly at all times, undoubtedly making the evening even more special.
As for the food, every dish was a delight: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and meticulous presentation that reflect the passion they put into their cooking. It's clear there's a team committed to offering the best of Italian cuisine. We will definitely return to Sorrento with the perfect excuse to dine at Il Pozzo again.
