18/10/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly disappointing. The draft beer we were served was warm and undrinkable. After we pointed this out, they replaced it with bottled beer, which turned out to be expired—a serious problem for a place that should guarantee the quality of its drinks. We ordered 11 pizzas, but many arrived incorrectly. Furthermore, the quality of the pizzas was poor. Despite the mistakes, they still charged us for the incorrect pizzas, with no apology or attempt to correct them. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time both for the initial order and for any corrections, making the experience even more frustrating. The service was slow and inattentive, lacking professionalism and customer service. No one apologized or attempted to resolve the issues satisfactorily. All in all, a very negative experience in every way. A place with these shortcomings doesn't deserve the trust of its customers, and we certainly won't be returning.

30/01/2026: I come to this restaurant often. The food is always excellent, from appetizers to desserts. The location is very nice, it almost feels like home. I'm not giving it 5 stars because several times some of the dishes on the menu were sold out.

22/01/2026: An exceptional experience, featuring perfectly reinterpreted Neapolitan dishes. Everything was delicious, with every dish meticulously crafted, both in presentation and flavor. Special mention goes to the meatballs, truly delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. An experience I would gladly repeat.

18/06/2026: Perhaps the only place left where neither the pizza nor the prices have changed. Ever since I was a child and lived in Massa Lubrense, it's always been a regular stop for pizza.

02/06/2026: Maybe it was a bad day. Last pizza of the evening, perhaps, with an oven unsuitable for cooking. The pizza was raw under the ingredients, the crust underdeveloped. What a shame.

17/05/2026: A very positive experience! The menu was typical Neapolitan, with generous portions. The number of dishes to choose from isn't as extensive as at many restaurants, but the owner is always willing to vary and accommodate the different needs of his guests! In my opinion, a small number of dishes is a sign of fresh ingredients! At the end of the evening, we chatted about food and movies with the owner, who proved to be very knowledgeable. All of this made for a delightful evening, one to remember! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

07/05/2026: We spent two nights at Hotel Villa Lubrense, and loved it! Beautiful room with a beautiful view, a bit away from the busy-ness of the city. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside of Sorrento city center (I’d recommend renting a car or taking a taxi from the Sorrento station—it’s a bit challenging to get to from public transport) and only 5 minutes from Massa Lubrense, a small town with quaint shops and a few restaurants. This place gives you a more local, less touristy feel! Service at the hotel was excellent. Staff was helpful in recommending local activities and giving tips. Definitely go for a breakfast-included package—you’ll get a lovely meal with beautiful ocean views. Tino and Fabiola were so wonderful!

07/05/2026: I cannot emphasize how good of a find this was. Clean beautiful property. All the staff was truly amazing, and they were supportive in anything we had requested. We will definitely come back, this is our new favorite vacation spot. Ps. Since there is one main road, rent a scooter or a small car if you want to visit the beautiful area.

06/06/2026: As a loyal customer, I note with regret that the freshness of the products no longer seems to match what I once appreciated about the brand. It's natural to wonder whether success and increased demand have led to a production focus on volume rather than quality. Furthermore, considering the now rather high prices, the overall experience no longer lives up to the expectations created in years past.

06/05/2026: Best burger I had in Italy. I ordered the Gringo burguer and it was awesome. I personally love the caramelized red onions. The Rustiche fries were always crispy and well fried. The order gets ready really fast.

06/05/2026: The best burger I ate in Italy! It was very quick to prepare and the sandwich was simply delicious. I decided to try it to break up the frequency of standard tourist meals (pasta/pizza) and it was the best choice I made. I even went back the next day, it was so good.

31/12/2025: Four Spritzes, three dry pastries, one slice of cake, and one orange juice for €75. This was crazy, a completely unjustifiable and unmarketable price. The quality was average, but certainly nothing to justify such a price. The lady at the cashier was also annoyed because we wanted to split the bill (by card, therefore with two separate transactions). Never again.

30/12/2025: Beautiful, clean place with super-friendly staff. The desserts are a feast for the eyes and the palate. Some are famous because they're on TV, and then there are master confectioners like Pepe who are equally impressive. I forgot, the coffee is excellent too.

11/06/2026: We stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights with our two daughters. It was fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly, and Marco took such good care of us. We would love to come back again.

11/06/2026: We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant, which deservedly received a Michelin star.
