08/08/2025: Fantastic food! The price is also fantastic, considering that just a few hundred meters earlier the prices were three times higher. But it's not about the price. If you enjoy hiking and are heading from the Heraculum excavations towards Torre del Greco, you must stop here, eat, and literally melt into the Italian flavors at this charming family-run restaurant.

25/08/2025: Worth all the hype and a real highlight of our trip. I would recommend this to anyone. Despite the fact that almost everyone in the restaurant was a tourist, it still felt like we had all stumbled upon a kind of secret adventure. No part of the experience felt slick or corporate or “touristy”. The staff are friendly and expressive, running up and down the stone steps in bare feet with plates groaning with beautiful food. The prices and specials are still scrawled on a chalk board. There are several cats roaming around who our waiter knew by name. There were as many Italian voices as there were international ones, and people were recognising each other and catching up. Ride the cute boat, eat the delicious food, relax on the private beach, soak up the atmosphere. You won’t regret it! Top tips: book online before you go, and bring a parasol for the beach if you’re sensitive to the sun. There’s no natural shade and it faces the south.
24/08/2025: We had a fabulous time at Da Adolfo! All the negative reviews here are a disgrace and must come from people who haven’t done their research on the schedule of the boat, the prices for the beach, or how to book a table. We booked our table 10 days before traveling to Positano with no issues at all. We requested a table for lunch, two sunchairs and a parasol for the day which were set up as we requested. When we got to the beach, we went up to the bar and ordered some coffee. They’ve just opened up so we had to wait a couple of minutes for the machine to heat up, but were served excellent cappuccini! Our lunch was superb! Excellent! It literally made me shed a tear of joy. We had Tuna Carpaccio, Parmigiana and Aglio e Olio. The pasta was al dente and had a really nice balance between the garlic, herbs and olive oil. The parmigiana was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life - I actually felt sad I didn’t get a portion for myself but had to munch up the leftovers of my girl. When we asked for a dessert recommendation, they suggested we order the lemon tiramisu and boy o boy… The following account actually happened)… After we finished the main course, the sun hid itself behind the clouds and some raindrops fell through the fabric above us. But when the waiter brought out the lemon tiramisu and the very first bite touched my gums, the sun came out again. It was the most delightful dessert we’ve had on our trip to Italy this year, and it felt like god himself was lighting up the sky from above and within. The flavors of this tiramisu captured to essence of Campania. Bite by bite we were lured more and more into la dolce vita and tipped our hat to the chef and his staff. WOW! What a food experience. If you are going to Positano, book a table in advance. There is also a way of booking a table without calling… (research goes a long way 😉) Don’t go to the pier and ask for a free ride as they won’t take you there without a reservation. Also: If you want to show some respect to the workers at the bar, learn the most basic words and phrases in Italian. This goes a very very long way and will make your overall experience so much more pleasurable. Don’t be a stereotypical American or German tourist by expecting them to speak your language. Even if they do… you’re a guest in their country and at their restaurant. Have some dignity, respect and you will be treated with such! 11/10 recommendation! Would and will come again.

Everything was perfect, taken care of in the smallest details... from the welcome, to the service, to the cuisine, to the reassuring smiles of all the staff🥹 A dream wedding that we will remember forever (including friends and relatives who never stop calling us and thanking us!) You are a very strong team! Brunella, the owner, surrounds herself with collaborators who reflect her passion, dedication and kindness towards the customer. We felt at home right away. 13/06/2025: We had an amazing dining experience tonight. We decided on the tasting menu, and every course was a pleasure, well presented and very tasteful. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the evening.
10/06/2025: Qué joya absoluta de un restaurante. Al compararlo con nuestros restaurantes favoritos de Nueva York, Boston y Miami, supera las expectativas. La creatividad del chef en la interpretación de los favoritos y la creación de nuevas interpretaciones de pastas clásicas fue increíble. Después de un largo día de gira por Pompeya, esta era exactamente la comida que necesitábamos para terminar nuestra estancia. A unos 10-15 minutos a pie de la plaza principal, vale la pena!

25/07/2025: Nella bellissima piazza Flavio Gioia, in cui da tempo pullulano locali di tutti i generi, spicca questo interessante struttura, non solo per i tavolini colorati, ma soprattutto per un’idea originale ed alternativa di proporre cocktails e spuntini. È la diramazione campana del locale che c’è a Torino e che ha aperto anche una filiale alla Marina di Arechi. Le proposte sia di drink che di food sono diverse e tutte interessanti e improntate sull’utilizzo di materie prime di qualità. Gli aperitivi sono ben fatti anche con un tocco di originalità. Veramente interessante il Mago, un classico Negroni con sentori affumicati di palo santo e di tabacco. Simpatico il menù presentato sotto forma di cartoncini in stile carte dei tarocchi. Le proposte della cucina, che accompagnano le bevande, vengono fatte al momento, molto buone le Laniballs (polpette di manzo accompagnate da gustose salse) e le Lanichips. Servizio professionale e attento. Molto brava e simpatica Chiara nello spiegare le varie proposte in maniera molto precisa e dettagliata. Consigliato agli amanti dei cocktails con un tocco in più.
25/07/2025: In the beautiful Piazza Flavio Gioia, long abuzz with bars of all kinds, this interesting establishment stands out, not only for its colorful tables but above all for its original and alternative approach to serving cocktails and snacks. It's the Campania branch of the Turin establishment, which also opened a branch in Marina di Arechi. The drinks and food options are varied and interesting, all based on the use of quality ingredients. The aperitifs are well-crafted, with a touch of originality. The Mago, a classic Negroni with smoky hints of Palo Santo and tobacco, is truly interesting. The menu, presented in the form of tarot-card-style cards, is charming. The dishes that accompany the drinks are made fresh; the Laniballs (beef meatballs served with tasty sauces) and Lanichips are very good. The service is professional and attentive. Chiara is very knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the various options in a precise and detailed manner. Recommended for lovers of cocktails with a twist.

26/08/2025: This place in the center of Salerno is unmissable. Take advice from Francesco, the owner, a true Tuscan. He always offers new wines. It's located under the bell tower of Salerno Cathedral. You can't miss it! Definitely worth returning to.

24/08/2025: The place is very nice, located in a good area, very central. The food is quality, with unique pizzas. I had the salmon with stracciatella, good but unusual. Of course, you have to eat it with a knife and fork because it's covered in milk. My mother had the flowers and pancetta, which wasn't bad, but at €13 it's a bit pricey. The service was quite slow; we waited half an hour for the pizzas. Plus, I asked for fries with the pizzas, but they brought them as an appetizer instead. They were kind, but they should have been more attentive.
22/08/2025: You'd expect something commercial near one of the most popular tourist spots in the area, but the pizza (that's the focus of the place) was amazing. Five pizzas, all different, including the calzone. It was crowded, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Well done, congratulations!
