11/03/2025: In general it has always been an excellent place, with excellent service and where the food is excellent. The quality of the dishes has remained almost the same but the service has worsened drastically. They go into crisis when there isn't even a full room, I can't imagine what happens on the busiest days. It's a shame because you would eat well if it weren't for the rudeness, arrogance and lack of delicacy of those who serve in the dining room, people who are better suited to being truck drivers than waiters in the dining room (even from the way they dress, you are serving in a restaurant, not unloading boxes at the fruit market). The last time I left before all the dishes arrived because it was taking forever for 4 sweet loaves, which never arrived. I will avoid in the future, to point out that I was a regular customer.

22/03/2025: Absolutely amazing! I eat here everytime I'm in town, and they never miss a trick! Family run business, Toni, Jessica and Marion are such amazing people, the food is excellent and the service is well taken care of... All this topped with the sea breeze and the amazing view of the beach front and the sea rocks of Ajnella from the restaurant porch! Highly recommended... Ask for the fresh fish of the day!

09/03/2025: Splendido posto sul lungomare con vista mare, la sala è molto elegante ed il personale gentile e sa ben consigliare il cliente. Carta dei vini davvero eccezionale con un'ottima scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con piatti ottimi e davvero ben presentati. Assolutamente consigliato

06/02/2025: Espectacular comida en un espacio de lo más encantador comisariado con cariño por gente maravillosa. Me encantó todo, pero lo mejor fue charlar con la signora Daniela extremadamente conocedora y la divina sopa de verduras con huevo en la parte superior.

15/02/2025: Nell'istante in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia del ristorante, ci siamo immersi in un luogo magico, curato nei minimi particolari, dai quadri alle lampade per finire alle tovaglie,tutte in un armonioso ordine di semplicità ed eleganza.La professionalità di Alessandra era equiparata solo alla sua gentilezza.Il cibo, un tripudio di sapore e freschezza,polipo all'insalata sublime e frittura di gamberetti e calamaro raffinata, senza retrogusto di olio di frittura, particolare non trascurabile. Se vi trovate a passeggiare nel meraviglioso centro storico di Scalea,una tappa a dir poco consigliata!!!

14/12/2024: Appena varcata la soglia del locale, incastonato nel centro storico di scalea, sono stato pervaso da un mix di emozioni che trasudano tradizione ed innovazione.Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima e solare Alessandra, la stessa ci consigliava un menù che ci ha fatto immergere in un turpinio di sapori e ricordi.Lo schef ha saputo esaltare la regalità degli scampi freschissimi con un retrogusto di cedro, il tonno al cacao, pur attenendosi ad una ricetta prettamente locale, richiamaca dei sapori mediorientali.Cosa dire del polipo alla Luciana che da un buon campano mi ha ricordato mia mamma e le sue squisitezze.Infine il tiramisù, è stato qualcosa che nella sua semplicità una delizia per il palato, per non parlare dell'abbinamento con il passito di pantelleria che mi ha accarezzato come un caldo vento siciliano.Esperienza da condividere per chiunque si trovi a psaare da queste parti.

17/02/2025: Hi, very bad experience, super rude and indifferent waitresses, they saw the dirty table while we sat down and didn't come to clean it. After reporting it, they were very annoyed and came. I have to say the food is very good, in fact excellent, but the service is very poor. I recommend changing staff because I only want excellent products but seeing how they treat you takes away the desire so I will never go back Thank you.

01/01/2025: Terrible. And I'm sorry to disappoint the owner. I'm not from Castrovillari, nor am I a paid spy. A wait of an hour and a quarter for the pizzas rated 5. Maybe a little different organization would be wise. Even if we think we are "excellent", improving in life never hurts.

01/03/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale da quando è aperto: un'idea geniale quella di realizzare un pub/ristorante su vagoni ferroviari delle vecchie Ferrovie Calabro Lucane (ora Ferrovie della Calabria). Ambiente "ferroviario", ma servizio molto buono: con poche pietanze e tradizione silana, gode il palato, ma anche l'anima.

10/02/2025: SUPERLATIVO. E non esagero. Location inusuale e magica in un treno dismesso di una stazione ferroviaria in funzione. Cena strepitosa, tutto molto buono. Dal pimo al secondo al dolce. I titolari che sono anche i camerieri sono fantastici e conto onestissimo. Insomma non riesco a trovare un difetto. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Questa e' la Calabria che amiamo

11/03/2025: I had been there last year, but I couldn't wait to go back, so I was satisfied with a nice, organized environment, to choose or order there were no queues or gestures to attract attention. The meat was delicious with various side dishes and above all very friendly staff.

09/11/2024: The peculiarity of the restaurant is that you choose the meat to eat directly in the restaurant's butcher's shop. The environment is also nice, rustic and familiar. Also, thank you for your patience. We were more families (Neapolitan) so a little noisy. Furthermore, on site we also made friends with another group, also Neapolitan, also noisy. And the staff endured with infinite patience. (A couple instead expressed all their dislike for our origins 😂)

24/09/2024: Location basically not bad. The restaurant... Oh well. Service was friendly, but not really there. We even had to worry about the salt for a pizza. Pizzas ok, but no burner. Price OK Wine also not a burner. But at least you don't get a headache...

28/02/2025: Ristorante molto curato, titolare sempre gentile e presente con la clientela. Menù a base di pesce con prodotti freschi e di qualità superiore. Per quello che si mangia il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti serviti. Lo consiglio

27/02/2025: Si mangia bene ma è diventato caro, non c'è nulla al di sotto dei 18 euro, sia che si tratti di antipasti, che di primi, che di secondi. In questi ultimi due casi, se non erro, non si scende sotto i 20 euro, nemmeno per i primi. Ho mangiato altrettanto bene anche altrove ma pagando un po' di meno. Peccato che abbiano alzato i prezzi rispetto ad alcuni anni fa. È vero che è tutto caro ormai, ma così facendo non si è invogliati a ritornare purtroppo.
