06/08/2025: Fantastic recommendation from a local shopkeeper. We were hoping for a traditional Italian eatery and we were not disappointed. Service was fantastic and even though we had 4 languages covered on the table that did not include Italian and the waitress had very rudimentary English, we still managed to order a very delicious meal with very little fuss. Beer was great as were the dessert choices. Prices extremely reasonable. If you are around here then this place is worth checking out. Parking is available close by.

04/08/2025: Very nice restaurant in the lovely Morano Calabro, we have been there one week and enjoyed diner 3 times, both pizza as primi/secondi. Friendly staff, also a lot of vegetables. You can also eat at the terrace.

20/07/2025: Sempre ottima scelta, buona la qualità degli affettati e dei formaggi degli antipasti, con tante buone verdure accanto. Buonissimi i primi, dai fusilli calabresi, alle pappardelle al cinghiale e le tagliatelle ai porcini. Ottima carne, sia il vitello che l'agnello scottadito. Buono anche il vino. Il posto è veramente bello e tranquillo ed il personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato.

15/07/2025: Aligia è da decenni un punto di riferimento per la ristorazione tipica calabrese nell'Alto Tirreno della provincia di Cosenza. Pranzare o cenare qui è anche un'immersione nell'arte, visto che uno dei titolari è un affermato scultore e diverse opere sono esposte nel giardino e all'ingresso del locale. La qualità della ristorazione è media. Variegato l'antipasto caldo freddo, con una menzione particolare per i peperoni cruschi e le altre verdure mentre i salumi e i formaggi hanno gusto indefinito. Non si capisce perchè un locale di tradizione come questo non punti su prodotti di maggiore qualità: in Calabria ci sono tante aziende artigianali che lavorano benissimo le carni suine e diversi caseifici di ottimo livello. Invece si sceglie di risparmiare, abbassando il livello dell'offerta gastronomica. Non male le carni grigliate. Buone le patate fritte. Ridotta la proposta di dessert. Eccellenti le birre artigianali del territorio, manca la zero alcol ormai sempre più richiesta viste le nuove prescrizioni del codice della strada. Rapporto qualità prezzo equilibrato.

17/07/2025: The food is really good, especially the fish, but also the pizza. The location is on the beach, under tropical-style wooden buildings. The staff is efficient and friendly. The prices are excellent.

01/05/2025: Ottima pizza! So good I had to come back the following night. Pizza just how it should be (IMHO): super thin, cooked to perfection. When I said I was vegetarian, they offered to make me a pizza alle verdure (if you don't speak Italian, just say "vegetariano/a" or ask for "alle verdure". Aldo, Francesca , Nicola and Silvia are super friendly and welcoming. There are tables inside and out, but no table service - essentially this is a takeaway with the option to eat on site. Excellent value as well, €6-10 for a high class pizza. And you can buy a beer too!

01/05/2025: Tan bueno que tuve que volver la noche siguiente. Pizza justo como debe ser (IMHO) : súper delgada, cocinada a la perfección. Cuando dije que era vegetariano, me ofrecieron hacerme una pizza alle verdure (si no hablas italiano, solo di "vegetariano/a" o pide "alle verdure". Aldo es muy amable y acogedor. Hay mesas por dentro y por fuera, pero no hay servicio de mesa - esencialmente esto es una comida para llevar con la opción de comer en el sitio. Excelente relación calidad-precio también, € 6 - 10 para una pizza de clase alta. ¡Y también puedes comprar una cerveza!

10/08/2025: Gorgeous terrace, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Good food, friendly waiters. I recommend the monkfish ravioli topped with yellow and red cherry tomatoes, excellent. Fairly priced.

09/08/2025: Personale molto gentile. Cucina non adeguata. Frissurata della regina completamente senza sale e pesce gommoso. Frittura da 1 metro per lo più composta da patate e pochissima varietà di pesce. Moscardini gommosi e fritto con un forte odore di olio bruciato. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. In zona ci sono posti decisamente migliori.

28/07/2025: Last night, this restaurant was recommended to us because we requested seafood. An excellent evening in every way, from the welcome to the excellent food. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and above all, a delight for the palate. Highly recommended!
