Pizzeria - Trattoria Retrogusto In Amantea

We are in Amantea (CS) on the Tyrrhenian Sea near Cosenza. It's evening and we decided to just eat something. Walking along the main street we found ourselves in front of this "Retrogusto" pizzeria and restaurant and we decided to enter. The place has nothing distinctive but it is well kept and clean. I order a Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella, the others order pizza, some meat. Since we have to wait a few minutes we decide to start with a snack, we are recommended the fried potatoes seasoned with porcini mushrooms, truly excellent. Once the potatoes and mushrooms have been devoured, it's time for the Napoli-style pizza, I found it cooked well and with good ingredients. Those who ordered something else, such as sliced ​​meat, found the meat tender and cooked rare, served with porcini mushrooms which are the main dish of the house. The service was efficient. A place to recommend.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Vorspeisenplatte war sehr reichlich. Wir haben sie geteilt und waren besonders vom Büffelmozarella begeistert. Unsere Pizzen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt, der Teig war etwas ganz Besonderes. Die junge Dame die uns bedient hat war sehr freundlich und hat das Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir willkommen sind. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant gern weiter!

Ambiente molto carino, personale molto accogliente e cibo squisito.

È uno dei miei locali preferiti per andare a mangiare ad Amantea, consigliatissimo soprattutto a chi piace la pizza napoleta, sono specialisti dei funghi porcini quindi consiglio anche di mangiare pietanze a base di funghi. Servizio velocissimo e personale in sala sempre molto cortese e disponibile.

Posto elegante e ben curato. Accogliente sia per l'ambiente che da parte del personale preparato e professionale. Purtroppo il cibo anche se buono e poco caratteristico ma comunque da 4 stelle. Cercherei più di differenziarmi dalle altre pizzerie, visto che secondo me dovrebbe essere considerato più di una pizzeria.

Una bellissima scoperta! Su consiglio di conoscenti abbiamo cenato in questo locale accogliente con personale gentile, disponibile e attento anche alle ordinazioni più esigenti (siamo intolleranti al lattosio) senza variazioni (in aumento) di prezzo. Ottime le patate con i funghi porcini (per i non intolleranti, oltre ai funghi c'è la ricotta salata) e le pizze gustose e ricche di ingredienti. Complimenti e speriamo di rivederci presto!
