18/07/2025: Last night, a group of friends and I went to this place, and I have to say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Reggio Calabria! The dough was light and well-leavened, topped with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was also impeccable: the staff was always kind and welcoming, making us feel at ease throughout the evening. The prices are absolutely average and more than fair for the food. A wonderful experience...we'll definitely be back!

02/05/2025: Last week I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant. We were greeted by smiling and helpful staff and owner. The service was very fast and attentive. As an appetizer I took the Calabrian-scented octopus with celery, bamboo heart, Marsala raisins, fresh tomato, dehydrated orange flakes. A delight for the palate. The mango linguine with red prawns, bacon, Calabrian pecorino and nduja, very good. The owner showed me the piece of fresh swordfish and I ordered it. They served it with porcini mushrooms, potato chips and fresh cherry tomatoes, it was excellent! As well as the roasted octopus with onion and oranges. The balance of flavors is expertly dosed in all dishes. I promised myself I would return soon. I asked for a chocolate with coffee and the lady brought me them in different flavours. Quality and courtesy distinguish this place. The place is small and clean. The bathroom is unique for both sexes but clean and compliant. I highly recommend this place.

07/06/2025: Infinite THANK YOU and true compliments to everyone! To say exceptional is an understatement. We had lunch on Saturday in complete tranquility and grace. Impeccable service. We enjoyed a seafood salad full of flavors in 3, two excellent spaghetti with clams and bergamot, squid with tomato sauce 'illegal' in taste, sea bass and roasted octopus. They also have excellent options for lunch for breaks and business lunches, as well as take-away for both lunch and dinner. A reality like this must be protected. True compliments to Francesca and her husband Carmine for the idea, the care and quality of everything. I'll be back very soon to surprise someone very dear to me.

21/05/2025: Sta il cibo buono; locale piccolo ma gradevole, cucina gourmet specializzata nel pesce. Ottimi le tartare ed i crudi. Primi di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile e prezzo in linea con i prodotti offerti. Che dire da provare.

09/06/2025: English: We spent two nights in this hotel surrounded by nature. The hotel is in perfect mountain style and still maintains great attention to well-kept details. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Lake Ampollino, the Palumbo village and many other adventure parks where you can do many activities (such as horseback riding, kart rides, quad rides, and many other excursions). The view of the lake is breathtaking and you can reach it just 3 minutes on foot from the hotel. However, what struck me most was the impeccable welcome of a couple of brothers who, with simplicity and naturalness, made us feel at home. They immediately proved to be helpful and very kind. They also managed to satisfy our needs for a gluten-free meal with great attention to contamination! The food was all delicious and prepared by them with local products available based on seasonality, truly exquisite! Furthermore, at check out they managed to move me when I received a small gift from them: a beautiful origami as a wish for my pregnancy! It was a simple gesture, full of meaning that gave me so much joy. It was nothing to be taken for granted and it is these small gestures that show their kindness and the love they put into this work. Thanks again, we hope to come back to visit you soon! I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a little break from the hectic life of routine!

I took my Stelvio for a service and was surprised to see so much preparation and professionalism; impeccably managed by Giuseppe and Rosario Caruso. Workshop and dealership of the highest level 💪💪👍👍

22/06/2025: Terrible home delivery service. Not recommended to order home delivery, especially on Saturday evening. Delivery scheduled for 9:15 pm, arrived at 10:35 pm. At 10 pm I called the restaurant to cancel the reservation and they told me that the delivery man had already left, without even asking me who I was. It is difficult to believe that it took him 35 minutes to travel 2 km. A delay of about twenty minutes is tolerable but an hour and twenty minutes is scandalous, it means having no respect for the customer.

21/06/2025: La Sila, one of the most beautiful places in Calabria. Il Semaforo, in the middle of the natural park, where I spent a night, a spectacular dinner with local products and homemade pasta. Everything is 10/10 at very reasonable prices. To underline the attention of the staff, very friendly and always available to help. A heartfelt thanks to Peter and Vanessa who helped me solve a problem, allowing me to continue my motorcycle trip in this beautiful part of Italy.

16/06/2025: We had lunch during a trip to Sila: they prepare pizza by the slice and stuffed sandwiches. The sandwiches are huge, extremely stuffed and well-balanced in flavor. The pizzas are original but perhaps the dough is too predominant The prices are fair or perhaps a little high

28/06/2025: Pleasantly impressed by this intimate and original place, located inside a small cave, a refreshment on hot summer days, outside a small station delights the guest with a view of the square of an ancient church. The staff is very friendly and affable as well as competent and well organized. The dishes are a good combination of traditional innovation, the pasta they serve is all deliciously and expertly handmade, from appetizers to dessert, from the good wine that the place keeps very well, to the friendliness of the owner, I recommend visiting it and trying it to believe it. I spent a very pleasant lunch with a gem that I will never forget, they made it a birthday to remember ❤️ Thank you Osteria San Francesco. I really recommend it!
